I am in the process of getting a new phone but unfortunately, I cannot recall my password. I altered it some time back suspecting unauthorized access to my account. The issue now is that although I set up a Snapchat account on my old phone before changing the password, I have been unable to access my account on my new phone due to the inaccessibility of the phone number linked to it and an unverified email address. Even after attempting the "forgot password" option and purportedly receiving the reset email on my current email address, the emails are not coming through. I still have access to my old phone and the associated email, which may be beneficial in resolving this matter. I recently purchased a new phone and signed into Snapchat on it. The device seems to have been banned because shortly after, I received a 'temporarily locked' message on my account. I decided to wait until the morning to try again but when I attempted this morning, I received the same 'temporarily locked' notification. Upon visiting the Snapchat support page, I discovered that my account has been permanently banned for logging into Snapchat on the new phone. There were no warnings or second chances given before this ban. I feel this is unjust as I have not violated any rules other than using a new phone to log in. I believe there has been an error and I hope you can review my account. I have always followed the rules on Snapchat, and I find it extremely unfair that I have been permanently banned for simply logging in on my new phone. I need help with my Snapchat account. My girlfriend changed the password multiple times and then deactivated the account. When I try to reactivate it with the correct password, it gives me an error saying, “please check connection and try again.” It's not saying the account is locked, but I can't log in. My Snapchat account was not only deleted but also locked. When I tried to log back in March, it wouldn't allow me and randomly locked me out. I want to emphasize that I have never violated any of Snapchat's rules. I was not provided with a reason for being locked out. Please, can you assist me in recovering my account? I believe I accidentally shared a photo of my prescribed medication on my story.
