I accidentally linked my friend's bank account details to my Skrill account in an attempt to send money to her. I now understand that I cannot do this as the account owner should be the recipient.
My friend is having trouble registering her bank account on her own Skrill account as it says "your bank account has already been registered." I believe this is due to me saving her details on my account.
Could you please assist in removing her account details from my records so she can register her bank information without encountering the error message "your bank account has already been registered"?

Hello, I'm unsure if this is the appropriate forum, but I attempted to deposit funds on Dmarket, a CS:GO skin marketplace, using giro-direkt/skrill. Although the money was deducted from my bank account, Dmarket claims the transaction failed and prompts me to retry. Despite this, the funds were already removed from my bank account. Dmarket's support team has been unhelpful, so I am reaching out to Skrill to trace the missing funds.

I recently received a payment through Skrill, but upon checking, I was directed to a WhatsApp link to activate my account. Once I activated the account after receiving the payment, I was asked to pay $65 for cryptocurrency. Subsequently, they requested a personal account for the funds and then informed me about a "security payment" due to government policies for transfers above $[redacted], indicating that they couldn't transfer the money to my local bank. They explained that I needed to pay an additional $65 for the security levy, stating it was a government requirement. Do I really need to pay another $65 to access my funds?

Hello everyone, I am a Skrill user from Romania. At the beginning of this year, on January 3rd, [redacted], my account was permanently closed. Hello,
I recently created a Skrill account using the email address [redacted] However, I would now like to create another account using the email [redacted] to make transactions in euros. Unfortunately, it seems this is not possible as Skrill is showing the following error message: "We have detected an account with a similar profile in our system. Please contact customer service if you would like to activate this account. If you have forgotten the initial credentials for your active account, please reset your password below."
