My bank statement is linked to this account as my primary salary account, and all the personal documents I submitted are genuine, including my National ID and email account. I believe I set up the account correctly, but encountered issues during the verification process that led to the closure.
Unfortunately, I made mistakes unknowingly which resulted in restrictions and eventually permanent closure by Skrill. If I am unable to regain access to my account, I have no alternate legal options as all my essential documents and IDs are already associated with Skrill.

I made four $30 deposits through PoliPay to an online casino. I encountered an error message with each attempt, unknowingly deducting the amount from my bank account without allocating it to my casino balance. PoliPay disclosed that they do not facilitate online gambling transactions, triggering the error. After contacting PoliPay, they directed me to Rapyd, the intermediary responsible for processing the deposits. Rapyd indicated that only Skrill, the business merchant, can access information about the deposits. Despite reaching out to Skrill several times via email, I have not received any response. I am hopeful that Skrill can liaise with Rapyd to trace my deposits and arrange for their reimbursement.

My Skrill customer ID is [redacted]7. Last week, Skrill temporarily restricted my account. I opened a case and received an email asking me to wait. After waiting for 72 hours, I called them and provided all the required information. They escalated my case and requested my recent photographs, passport copy, and PEP declaration file. However, they have not resolved the issue yet, and I urgently need access to my account. I believe Skrill's handling of this matter is unprofessional.

I was contacted via the Telegram app by someone urging me to invest in a platform promising high profits. They required a registration fee of $[redacted]. After sending the money, they claimed I could make $[redacted] in profit the next day. However, they then requested a $[redacted] fee to activate my account, followed by another fee for a payment link. I suspected fraud and asked them to deduct the fees from my supposed profits, but they insisted I pay upfront. I now realize that topCointrade.net is likely a scam. I recently opened a Skrill account and deposited [redacted].15 INR. However, after trying to withdraw my money, Skrill requested document verification. Good afternoon, my name is Ailen Rodriguez, and I created my Skrill account today (September 20). I made a mistake in the currency setting by choosing "ARS" instead of "US Dollar". I couldn't find an option to change it, so I thought if I closed my account, I could create a new one correctly.
I closed the account myself.
Later, I was told that it is possible to change the currency setting in the Configuration. When I tried to log back in with the email and password I provided, I couldn't access it, and a message appeared stating "Your account has been closed at your request."
I would like to reopen my account with the same email.

I initiated a payment of [redacted] euros through the Skrill app on 23 November to an Indian account under the name of Arun Prathikumar. During the process, I was directed to choose manual bank transfer and received details to transfer the funds to the provided IBAN number, associated with AIB Bank in Ireland. However, I mistakenly attempted to transfer [redacted] euros to this IBAN from my AIB Bank account due to confusion with JP Morgan Chase. The [redacted] euros transfer to Arun was then canceled as Skrill was not funded. I have been unable to track the [redacted] euros sent from AIB to Skrill Bank, and upon contacting both banks, I am caught in a cycle of blame between them. The situation has left me anxious, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I made a payment of [redacted] euros to India via Skrill, but the bank could only send [redacted] euros due to transaction limits. Skrill then automatically cancelled the [redacted] euros payment, and the [redacted] euros has not shown in my Skrill account. AIB's statement indicates a successful credit transfer to Skrill on November 23rd. Skrill claims to have refunded the [redacted] euros on November 25th to JP Morgan and Paysafe Holdings UK, but I have not seen the funds. I have been in touch with both banks, and they are pointing fingers at each other without any resolution. Please assist me with this matter.

Hello, I am originally from Zimbabwe but currently residing in South Africa. Last year, I signed up with Skrill to receive a payment. Unfortunately, I encountered issues when trying to withdraw the payment as I couldn't verify my account due to Skrill not accepting documents from my home country. I tried contacting customer support several times, but they demanded a fully verified account which I provided, only to have it rejected. They also asked for a bank account in my name and later a UK bank account, both of which were rejected. I am unsure why they allowed me to open an account knowing my nationality. I request assistance in transferring the money to either my bank account or a relative's to prevent it from being stuck once the account is closed. I understand if Skrill cannot trade with individuals from Zimbabwe, but I would appreciate help in retrieving my funds.

I transferred 50 euros via bank transfer to my girlfriend's Skrill account. The transaction shows as completed on my bank statement but never reflects on her Skrill account. After numerous attempts to reach Skrill, they informed me that they couldn't accept money from a non-named account and returned it to my bank. However, the money did not reappear in my bank account nor on the statement. Skrill told me my bank couldn't credit the reversed amount and provided a reference number. When I visited my bank, they had no knowledge of the transaction and it wasn't on my statement. Skrill tried to recall the payment but it was too late. Despite Skrill's claims, my bank has no record of a reversed transfer. I'm left wondering where the money went.
