A week ago, I created my Skrill account and verified it without any issues. I noticed there are 3 Skrill levels, and I was on level 1. To upgrade to level 2 for lower transfer fees, verification was required. On Sunday, I completed the verification process. However, yesterday, I was notified that my account was temporarily closed due to being a minor. I was born on 10/20/[redacted], so I am an adult, and I used this information during registration and initial verification. It is unjust that they closed my account in error, especially after I had already deposited money. I am requesting a review to reopen my account as Skrill made a mistake labeling me as a minor. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to verify my age.

During the verification of my personal information, Akkrill blocked my account citing a violation of their terms and conditions. Strangely, I had been fully verified just a few days prior. When attempting to withdraw my funds, it proved to be an extremely frustrating process due to the sudden disapproval of the previously verified details. My funds have been withheld, and the matter has been closed. After almost nine years of conducting online transactions, I have never encountered such a negative experience before.

I am the sole owner of the account linked to the following email address. My phone was stolen for about 4 hours, and it appears that someone has accessed my Skrill account. As a result, all deposit attempts are currently being declined, and it seems that I am not being recognized as the rightful owner. I'm struggling with the document rejections even though the utility bills are paid collectively in bulk in my community. We share one receipt after everyone contributes, photocopies it, and uses it as proof of address. Please consider accepting this bulk bill as it has the same address as mine. The community's shared utility bill reflects our collective payments. Thank you.

I'm having trouble with my document submissions. In our community, utility bills are paid collectively, and one receipt is shared among the residents after payment. We all use the same utility bill as it's paid in bulk. Since the address is the same on each shared copy, I hope you can understand this special circumstance. I have heard positive things about Skrill.com and decided to sign up and deposit funds. However, I have encountered a challenging issue when trying to withdraw my money due to rigorous identity verification requirements. Despite uploading clear copies of my Nigerian Voter's Card and National ID Slip, my account remains restricted. Even a bank statement was rejected for address verification. I am frustrated with the process and no longer wish to continue with Skrill. I kindly request that Skrill refund the 53.73 Euros in my account so I can move on. I wanted to inform you that the bank account ending in xx250 has been restricted for use in your Skrill account as it belongs to another individual. Skrill does not allow third-party or business payment methods on your account. Continuing to use such instruments could lead to your account being disabled. Your account will stay restricted until the deposit made from this bank account is resolved. (The card belongs to my spouse, and I have used it on my account without any problems before.)

After depositing money using my paysafe account, the funds were put on hold pending verification. The system requested a selfie with an ID, but I can't provide it as my ID is [redacted] miles away. Due to work commitments and a building project, I won't be able to access it for at least 4-5 weeks. Meanwhile, I am unable to use the frozen funds. However, if I spend the money using Skrill's services, it should not be blocked or questioned further. Despite the limitations, I have ordered a Skrill card that will arrive in 2 weeks. I created a Skrill account to receive a deposit. Initially, I was asked to deposit 60 USD to verify my account, but this did not happen as expected. Subsequently, I was asked for an additional [redacted] USD to extend the limit, with the assurance that it would be the last deposit needed to receive the pending transaction. Unfortunately, the transaction did not go through. Following this, I was requested to deposit [redacted] USD more to release the payment, with the promise that it would be the final step to reflect the funds in my Skrill account. However, my account remained restricted, and I was asked for another [redacted] USD for VAT after receiving a second transaction. Despite agreeing to a partial deposit of 50 USD to release the first transaction, ensuring receipt within 30 minutes, the funds did not show up due to my ongoing account restrictions. Currently, Skrill is asking for an additional 50 USD to lift the restriction by creating a new wallet for me. I have filed a complaint but have not received any response yet. I am disappointed with Skrill's service and would not recommend them based on my experience.

Hello, my account has been permanently closed, and I'm unsure why. I reached out to Sophia (the bot) who directed me to security and account restriction. I followed the steps and emailed Skrill support, but I only received automated responses from the bot, and my case was closed. I had a balance in that account, and I'm completely baffled as to why my Skrill account was shut down. I'm only 18 years old and haven't done anything wrong. I received my physical card from Skrill and tried to activate it online. The process required the last 4 digits of the card, the CVV number, and my birth year. After multiple attempts, the system kept saying the information was wrong. I confirmed the details each time and even have one more attempt left before the card gets permanently canceled. I tried calling Skrill, but they were closed. I can clearly see the card details and know my birth year, so I'm unsure why there's an issue with activation. I need this resolved urgently.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Skrill. In [redacted], I opened an account and transferred [redacted].00 EUR but couldn't confirm my identity at that time. Fast forward to [redacted] when I received a surprising and frustrating email from Skrill stating they deducted 43.00 EUR as an administration fee, leaving only 57.00 EUR in my account. After trying to address this with Skrill, they informed me that my account had been closed permanently for valid reasons. I was left questioning the fairness of this situation and whether it was right for them to close my account and withdraw funds without prior notice. A few days ago, I decided to close my Skrill account registered under the email [redacted] When I created this account, I chose the currency in Colombian pesos, which caused difficulties when linking Skrill with a broker. Hello, Today, I attempted to access my Skrill account, but encountered an error message indicating that either my username or password was incorrect. After experiencing this issue multiple times, I opted to change my password for convenience. I promptly received an email notification, followed the instructions, and successfully updated my password. However, upon trying to log in again, I encountered an error message akin to the initial one.

I recently opened an account and deposited $1.05. Yesterday, I requested to close the account because I would need to deposit an additional $5.05, but I am unable to receive a refund back to my Chime account without making another deposit. I am hesitant to make the same deposit again as I doubt I will be able to withdraw it. I have not received a response yet. I would like Skrill to refund my full deposit of $1.05 to my Chime account as I prefer not to proceed with them. I am requesting a refund of my initial deposit without any further charges.

My Skrill account, which had approximately $[redacted] in it from selling online assets, was unexpectedly closed without explanation. Despite trying to verify my identity with picture proof of address and identity, my account was deactivated hours later. I still had access to it on my phone, where Skrill suggested buying crypto, which I did, but was unable to withdraw. I managed to send the remaining balance to a new Skrill account after encountering issues. However, when attempting to verify the new account, they linked it to my old one and locked me out. Numerous phone call attempts to Skrill have been unsuccessful, and I have been unable to find a contact email for them. In summary, Skrill has restricted my access to almost $[redacted] of my funds.

I have submitted all the necessary documents, including my passport, a selfie, and a selfie holding my passport. The images are clear as I double-checked them before submitting. My passport shows my registered address in Crimea, ARK, while since [redacted], I have been residing at Grigoriy Skovoroda Street, 35, Berezan, Kiev region, as confirmed by my resettler's certificate, issued for life under Ukrainian law. I also provided written explanations from the National Bank of Ukraine regarding my resettler's rights. Ukrainian banks accept this form of identification for account and card verification for Ukrainian citizens who are resettlers. I do not own the house where I live and do not rent it as I stay with relatives, which is why I cannot provide utility bills as requested. I kindly ask for confirmation of my verification status.
