As a senior, I have been relying on online orders during the COVID lockdown. I had a $[redacted].70 Skechers gift certificate and wanted to use it for an online purchase. After emailing Skechers and providing all the necessary information along with photos of the certificate, I was issued a one-time discount code. However, I encountered difficulties using the code on Skechers' website despite following their instructions. After multiple unsuccessful attempts and unhelpful responses from Skechers, I was advised to try a different payment method due to possible issues with PayPal. Despite trying various cards, I still couldn't complete the order. Frustrated by the situation and the lack of resolution, I am left without a usable gift certificate and unable to make purchases in-store due to the pandemic. Last autumn ([redacted]), I bought 3 pairs of Skechers at the Skechers outlet in Skokie, IL, [redacted].
One of the pairs has stitching around the toe box and is undamaged. However, the other 2 pairs have issues, with 3 shoes having holes in the toe box area. Despite wearing them sporadically, this should not have happened, as I value the comfort of Skechers.
I've taken a photo of the damaged Skechers and can submit it if necessary. I would appreciate guidance on what resolution can be offered.

I need to address an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased from your store. I paid $95 for these shoes at the shop. I couldn't wait to wear them and even left the store wearing them. However, the next day, I realized the shoes were not comfortable. Being a [redacted]-pound woman, these shoes are not suitable for someone of my size. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that I've only worn three times and I can't do much with them, despite the high price I paid.

I recently experienced an issue with my Skechers Sports shoes where the rubber between the sole and heel on the left shoe detached. I am a loyal Skechers customer and have bought about 7 or 8 pairs in the past. I would like to have these shoes replaced without any cost. I purchased a pair of multi-colored Sketchers on September 8, [redacted], from Fit N Shoes in Kissimmee, Florida with Reference #[redacted], totaling $59.11 charged to my Bank of America card. Recently, while wearing the new sneakers, I discovered a bulge on the right side and a 3-inch hole where the material meets the sole. I assure you I did not cause this damage, as I own many Sketchers without issue until now. I am a big fan of Skechers, so discovering an outlet store nearby got me really excited. Just before Christmas, I took advantage of their buy one, get the 2nd pair 60% off deal and purchased some boots. However, I only tried on the second pair later and decided to return the boots for sneakers. When I went back to the store, they were unable to honor the 60% discount as the sale had ended. I exchanged the $69.99 boots for a $59.99 pair of sneakers and surprisingly ended up paying $2 more. Essentially, I swapped for a less expensive item but somehow lost $12 in the process.
Though I understand the store staff couldn't adjust prices on the spot, I'm reaching out to see if there's a way to honor the initial discount. I have the receipt available if needed. Please advise if there's any solution available.

Upon entering the store, I encountered a salesgirl who seemed more focused on my disability than assisting me with buying a pair of Sketchers. A week later, a different salesperson disregarded me, choosing to chat with friends instead of providing service. After waiting for 10 minutes, I left without being helped. Returning to the store at a quieter time, I found another salesgirl preoccupied with playing with her nose ring in front of the mirror. The lack of customer service I experienced on multiple visits leaves me with no desire to return to this store.

I recently saw the advertisement for your Arch Fit golf shoes and was thrilled as I've been purchasing shoe inserts separately. I exclusively wear Skechers for golf and daily use due to their support for my foot and ankle. I searched online but couldn't find them. After calling customer service, I discovered they will only be out at the end of April as part of your spring line. It would have been helpful if this information was included in the commercial. My whole group, including 7 ladies who also wear Skechers, eagerly sought the shoes to no avail. When I informed them of the release date, they were disappointed as they all want the shoe. I suggest being clearer in future commercials, maybe mentioning they are part of the spring collection. I just wanted to share this feedback with you. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

I am looking to purchase a pair of Sketcher's "Twist-Fit: Vector Matrix" shoes in red, size 2 (Style: #402244L RDBK) as a birthday gift for my son's birthday on July 16th. Unfortunately, I couldn't find size 2 available online.

I recently purchased work shoes and was surprised to find that they have a suede-like feel on the shoe top. I work with fine materials like flour, which will easily stick to the suede surface, turning my new black shoes into white. I would prefer if real smooth leather was used instead, as it would be much easier to clean.
If this issue occurs, I may have to return the shoes or request a refund due to the designer's lack of expertise in creating work shoes suitable for the job. Perhaps if they had real work experience, they would understand the importance of this detail.
I'm not criticizing engineers as I am one myself, and I wouldn't have chosen this finish for a work shoe. Considering the price of these shoes, I believe real leather that is easy to clean should be used.

I am a store manager in the retail world and believe that having two employees available for every customer is essential. My husband and I visited your new Skechers store on Hall Road in Shelby Township/Utica, at 5:30pm on Wednesday 8/4. Despite there being no other customers, only two employees were present. My husband, who wears a 13 extra wide size, loves Skechers for the memory foam/cool insole they offer. Usually, he purchases them online. We were disappointed that we weren't greeted or acknowledged and had to seek help ourselves. Our experience was vastly different from the excellent service we received at the Partridge location. While the new store is bigger and has more styles, without proper service, it's overwhelming and disappointing. As a retail manager, I know the importance of valuing every customer, especially during these times. I recommend that the store manager focus on leading their team to success.

I purchased a pair of Sketchers Men's 8.5 After Burn M. Fit-WONTED Gray/Black shoes for $70, only to have the right shoe's side split from the rubber sole after less than two months of use. Despite the hole near the toe area exposing my foot and sock to potential moisture, I've continued wearing them due to their comfort and the dry weather. However, I'm concerned about the impending rainy season and the shoe's deteriorating condition. As a woman preschool teacher, I rely heavily on comfortable, durable shoes, and while I would prefer a replacement of the same model, I would appreciate any assistance, even a partial refund, towards obtaining a suitable replacement. Finding comfortable shoes, especially for women, is a challenge for me, and I've always trusted in the quality and longevity of Sketchers products in the past.

I am disappointed with the policy at your store. I was informed that I could not buy a pair of sandals to be shipped to my local store or home. I have been looking for the [redacted] Black Sandy Cove sandals in size 11 for women online. Unfortunately, I cannot order them from Sketchers directly because they are not available on their website. Although my local store did not have size 11 in stock, the store at [redacted] N Military Trail in West Palm Beach, Florida, had them. I inquired about purchasing them online from that store, but the unhelpful store manager said it was not possible. I even asked if I could have them sent to my local store if I paid there in person, but I was told no. In this day and age, I would expect Sketchers to value and appreciate my business. It is disheartening to feel like my patronage is not valued. I may have to look elsewhere and choose a different sandal if I cannot resolve this issue. Can you assist me in acquiring these sandals?

I was very excited to order the Skechers shoes after seeing my friend wear them. However, I was disappointed when I tried them on. Within 30 minutes, my toes and feet started hurting at my high school reunion, causing me so much pain that I had to leave to buy new shoes. I recently visited the Lee Premium Outlet Skechers store twice, and on one occasion, I experienced being charged three times for two pairs of shoes due to a card machine issue. During my most recent visit to buy a pair of boots, I found only one boot in my size on display, and when expressing discomfort about purchasing the other boot on display, the sales associate responded rudely. Despite being a loyal customer, I was taken aback by the sales associate's attitude and felt unwelcome. It's unacceptable to be treated this way, and I believe the store management should address the behavior of their staff as it is affecting the customer experience negatively. Because of this unpleasant encounter, I have decided not to visit the store anymore.
