I just want to express my love for Skechers shoes. As a very active person involved in professional house cleaning, raising five boys, and foster care, I have tried various shoes but Skechers stand out for their comfort and fit. I own numerous styles in sneakers, boots, and sandals with my favorite being the D'Lites style. I wonder if Skechers makes any glow-in-the-dark styles, which would be really cool. I am willing to be a product tester and provide honest feedback on different shoe types, styles, and colors. I wear a women's size 7 shoe. Please reach me at [redacted] if you need me to test your products. Thank you. Sincerely, Brenda L Beavers.

I purchased a pair of Skechers for both comfort and style purposes. Unfortunately, after only one day of wear, I ended up with an injured left great toe nail that turned purple. These shoes are practically brand new and haven't been worn much. Due to the injury, I am avoiding wearing them again, feeling that it was a waste of money on what I believed to be a reliable product.
I own another pair of Skechers in the same size that I adore, and they have never caused any issues. I have evidence in the form of photos and witnesses, my husband and daughter, who can attest to this incident.
I am now seeking either a replacement or a coupon for a new pair of Skechers. I chose your brand over Nike for the promised comfort, as I am 64 years old and need to spend my money wisely.

I purchased two pairs of Sketchers Shape Ups in February [redacted]. The black pair was worn for about 2 months before being stored in a box for a move. The white pair remained unworn and stored in a dry closet for a long time. Last year, the black pair's sole disintegrated within a few hours of use. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I discarded them. However, today, after less than 5,[redacted] steps, the white pair suffered the same fate with the foam cushion falling apart. This wasn't due to glue, stitching, or the material but the rubber-like sole. Despite the age of the shoes, they weren't heavily used. I own older shoes in much better condition. I'm seeking advice on how to address this issue and I'm willing to return the products with accompanying pictures.
Best regards,
Aletia C.

I purchased a pair of Skechers in January [redacted]. Unfortunately, my dog got a hold of one shoe and damaged the insole and lace. Can these be replaced or repaired, considering they are not the tie-up style?
My husband bought a pair of Skechers from The Glen in Gauteng, and within 2 months, there is already a hole at the top of the shoe. This seems unusual. Is there a solution for this issue?

My husband gifted me a pair of arch fit slip-on shoes for my birthday last week. I am looking to exchange them from a size six and a half to a seven. The shoes are brand new as I never wore them. Today, being Monday, February 21st, there is a one-day sale offering $15 off on the arch fit shoes, which I am excited about. However, when I tried to return them, the cashier refused to give me the sale price, stating it goes against corporate policy. She wouldn't even allow my husband to return them and let me buy them using a different card. I find this customer service policy quite unfriendly, and I am surprised by this restriction.

I recently purchased a pair of Sketchers GoRun Consistent shoes. They are incredibly light and stylish. However, I've noticed that the right shoe tilts inwards while the left one is fine, causing me discomfort when standing at work. I've bought inserts for the right shoe to correct this. Interestingly, my girlfriend has a similar issue with her Skechers shoes; hers also tilts inward on the right side, preventing her from wearing them. I wear a size 10 Wide, and my shoes are black and pink with the code BKPK. I bought them last year but only recently started using them. This seems like a recurring problem, and I hope it can be addressed to prevent it from happening again.
Thank you for your attention,

I want to share my recent experience at a store in Santee, California. I called ahead to confirm they had the item I wanted in my size and style, but upon arrival, I was disappointed to find out they didn't have it. After spending 20 minutes looking at different styles, none of which were available in my size, the associate informed me that most of the items on the wall were out of stock. It was frustrating to waste time, energy, and money on gas, especially with the current prices. The outing turned out to be quite unpleasant, especially when I showed the associate my current Sketchers and was led to a section where nothing was available.

Good morning,
I've been a loyal Skechers fan due to their comfort for my feet and leg issues. Lately, I've noticed a decline in quality, despite their higher prices. I have 8 pairs to return as some are falling apart after just one wear. I'm not sure about the manufacturing issue, but I seek guidance on who to contact for this matter and where to send shoe pictures. I hope for an exchange, but if the quality remains poor, I'll request a refund. I value your assistance and await your prompt response.

Good morning,
I've been a fan of Skechers for a long time due to their comfort for my feet and leg issues. However, I'm disappointed in recent quality issues. Despite the high prices, the shoes are falling apart - some after just one wear. I plan to return 8 pairs and am seeking advice on who to contact about this issue and where to send shoe pictures. I'd prefer an exchange, but if quality remains a concern, a refund will be necessary.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I'm eager to discuss this further.

I purchased Skechers and after around 5 months, holes appeared on the mesh of both the left and right shoes. This is the second pair this has happened to. The Go Walk style is excellent for my job, but having holes in the top of the shoes after only 5 months seems unacceptable. When I complained at the store, the manager rudely dismissed it as normal wear and tear. Now, I see that a membrane has been added inside the shoe, indicating a fault. The lack of customer service from the shop is disappointing. I had to reach out by email to address this issue. I hope this matter can be investigated and resolved promptly.
Regards,
Mr. P. Hefferin

My wife got me a pair of Skechers shoes for Christmas [redacted]. Unfortunately, less than three months later, the right front sole of the right shoe started to separate, even though I only wore them casually indoors at my desk and around the house 2-3 days a week. Despite contacting customer support on April 5 (case #[redacted]9) and following their instructions to send the shoe in for inspection (which cost $17), I was shocked to learn that Skechers deemed my shoes "excessively worn" and ineligible for return. Despite their claim that the degradation was due to normal factors, the shoes were in near-new condition with only minor dirt and scuffs. My efforts to challenge this decision were met with repeated denials, despite my assurance that the shoes were not abused or excessively worn. A quick search online revealed similar complaints about the same model on Amazon.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Tatiana Holubeva, a Ukrainian fashion designer. Born in Lugansk, studied in Kyiv, and now residing in Odessa, I have been actively promoting Ukrainian culture through my clothing collections and participating in various fashion shows and competitions. The ongoing war in Ukraine, started by RF on the 24th of February, [redacted], has forced many, including myself and my fellow designers, to leave our homes and businesses. This conflict hinders our ability to work fully.
In response, I am creating an online platform to connect Ukrainian designers, artists, and professionals in the industry with opportunities to sell their work internationally. To bring this initiative to life, we require financial support in the form of start-up capital or donations. Your assistance will not only help launch this platform but also aid Ukrainian talent during this challenging period.
The platform aims to preserve jobs, boost social optimism, raise living standards, and promote Ukrainian brands globally. Additionally, it will offer training in marketing, management, and foster collaboration among creatives. Part of the proceeds will support the Ukrainian army and war-affected citizens. By joining forces, Ukrainian creatives can contribute to our country's fight for freedom and inspire others. Your support is invaluable to us.
Thank you for considering our cause.
Warm regards,Tatiana

Hello,
I recently purchased the wide fit Deluxe Walking Shoes (black) without laces. This is actually the 3rd pair I have bought. Unfortunately, I have been facing issues with the rubber on both the toe and under the shoe detaching. I bought the most recent pair for $89, and after just a month of use (walking my dog twice a day on the streets of Long Island, Port Washington NY), I noticed the rubber on the bottom side starting to pull apart on the right foot.
I am quite disappointed as I have been a loyal customer who only uses the shoes for leisurely walks at my age of 74. I've previously owned regular Skechers shoes that are holding up well with minimal wear. I believe there might be a quality issue with the construction of these walking shoes. As much as I have enjoyed your shoes in the past, I may need to consider switching to another brand if this problem persists.
Thank you, John R.

Good afternoon, my complaint is as follows: I bought some sneakers as a gift at the La Maquinista store in Barcelona. I asked the salesperson if getting a larger size would be an issue, and she assured me it wouldn't be. Today, I went to the Rambla Catalunya store in Barcelona, and the very kind salesperson informed me that they didn't have a larger size of that model and suggested trying at the Porta Ferisa store in Barcelona. We arrived just 5 minutes before closing, and they told us we couldn't enter because they were closed. After pointing out there were still 5 minutes left, the staff member rudely insisted I enter in a very unpleasant manner. I went inside and found the larger size available for €65. I questioned why I had to pay more for a simple size exchange. I just want to change the size, not be charged extra. Are they trying to scam me? I hope to exchange the size without any issues at the Porta Ferisa store in Barcelona, where they have the correct size. Looking forward to a response, thank you.

I purchased two pairs of Skechers light-up shoes for my daughters at Kohl's for school. Unfortunately, within a few hours of wearing them on their first day, the paint on the sides of both pairs started peeling off. Despite no physical activity, just normal school day wear, the shoes looked terrible by the end of the day. Each pair was $54.99, and my daughters are upset because their new shoes now look unsightly. They quickly fell in love with these shoes, which makes the situation even more disappointing. I cannot afford to buy new shoes right now, so I am hoping for a full refund to purchase higher-quality footwear. Their older Nikes have endured many washes and still look decent, in comparison, despite being cheaper. I usually refrain from negative comments, but the price seemed unreasonable for shoes that deteriorated so quickly. It's disheartening to see my girls upset, thinking they did something wrong, when it was simply poor shoe quality. I previously bought Twinkle Toes in June, and the lights stopped working after just four days. I have decided to stop buying Skechers altogether.

After being on hold for an hour and 15 minutes, which is very frustrating, I am still waiting to speak with a representative. I purchased two pairs of Skechers, and one of them, the Cleo shoe, is too big. Unfortunately, there was no packing slip included in the box. To my surprise, another pair of Cleo shoes was delivered today, with order number [redacted]9. I did not intend to buy two of the same shoe. When I tried to return both pairs online, I encountered issues printing the return label. Skechers needs to address their customer service problems. I am seeking guidance on how to return these shoes and receive a prompt refund. I hope to resolve this matter swiftly. Thank you.

I purchased golf shoes online since my local store doesn't carry them. They weren't completely comfortable, so I returned them to the store today. Unfortunately, they couldn't refund me back to my credit card due to a broken machine that has been out of order for several days. The manager only offered store credit with no other options or apologies. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked about keeping my business, she indicated they have enough customers. This encounter left me feeling undervalued. I had this experience today at the store in East Windsor, NJ, and I am considering reaching out to the management regarding this issue.

I recently purchased a pair of trainers from Skechers a week ago and have worn them three times. Unfortunately, on both occasions when it was raining, I experienced slipping. The last time I slipped, I got hurt. After contacting the store in Surrey for a refund, the manager's response was less than satisfactory. They claimed they couldn't guarantee that the shoes wouldn't slip. This excuse is not acceptable, as no one wants to risk injuring themselves due to unreliable footwear. Despite other brands not offering guarantees against slipping, it's common sense that shoes should provide adequate grip. I believe these shoes are too slippery and pose a safety hazard. I am requesting a full refund and I feel that this issue needs to be addressed promptly.

I recently purchased the Texas Rodeo Night boots and have only worn them a few times lightly. I have noticed multiple spots at the heels where they are wearing and tearing already. These boots were quite expensive, so I am disappointed with the quality. I have the receipt and pictures of the boots available. If this is an isolated issue, I would like a replacement pair that is not faulty. However, if there is a recall on these boots, I would prefer a refund instead. Thank you.

I need to get in touch with a customer service representative. The website states there's a live chat option at sketchers.com/help-center.html, but I could only find an email link. I recently signed up as a new customer to buy a particular sneaker, but it's out of stock. I'm receiving emails that my "new customer" 20% discount is running out. How can I extend this discount until the sneakers become available again?
Cheers,
Cynthia
