Concern about glued insoles. I am disappointed with Sketchers for gluing the insoles in my shoes. As a person with diabetic neuropathy, I need to use custom orthotics to address my foot issues. Unfortunately, I cannot do this with the glued-in insoles. Despite the comfort of Sketchers shoes, I am frustrated that I cannot utilize my prescription orthotics due to this design flaw. I urge Sketchers to reconsider their approach and allow for removable insoles in all their shoe models to accommodate a wider range of orthotic options for customers.

I am disappointed with my Sketchers shoes as they have glued-in insoles, making it impossible for me to use my custom orthotics due to a medical condition. I will now have to discard six pairs of them, and it's frustrating considering two pairs are less than a year old. Having spent $80 and $65 on them, I feel let down by the company's design choice to glue the insoles in. I may have to explore other shoe brands that offer this feature to accommodate my orthotics comfortably. It's disappointing to have to switch allegiance due to this design flaw, especially since I used to endorse Sketchers for their comfort.

Yesterday at the store, I bought two pairs of shoes. During checkout, I handed the cashier my 20% welcome email, but he said he couldn't apply it. I explained that I had just signed up for the account and received the email. However, he couldn't scan the barcode. I showed him the text message, but he claimed the numbers were his. I was disappointed not to receive my extra 20% off. I feel this situation is unfair, and I am unsure of what steps to take now.

I purchased Sketchers shoes 5 months ago but have only worn them a few times due to being out of the country. Despite their good exterior condition, there are significant holes inside. I spent £45 on them and have the receipts and tags. When I returned them to Wynsor, they said it was past 3 months and would be sent to the company for a decision. I then bought another pair from TK Maxx for £40 and the soles are already coming off after 2 weeks. This is disappointing as I usually buy Sketchers for myself and my kids. The cheeky manager at Wynsor blamed the wear and tear, but even cheaper shoes last longer. I hope for a refund or compensation as a loyal customer spending over £[redacted] every few months. I have evidence of the faulty pairs and hope for a resolution to continue using Sketchers. Thank you.

I would like to share my positive experience at your Lynnwood, California store. I want to show my appreciation for Ashley from store number [redacted]. Associate #[redacted] Ashley was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. When I approached the register, another staff member was assisting me, but Ashley noticed me and offered me a great deal on another pair of shoes. She even suggested signing up for additional discounts by providing my email. I searched for another pair but couldn't find my size. Ashley didn't hesitate to help me locate the right size. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this store because of Ashley's excellent customer care.

Hola, quiero compartir mi mala experiencia con unas botas de seguridad que compré. Mis pies sufrieron mucho, al punto de que perdí una uña pequeña del lado izquierdo en solo dos días de trabajo con esas botas. Me gustaría enviarles fotos del daño, pero no creo que sea posible.
