Hello, my name is Robyn Washington. I recently transferred my Elton John concert tickets to Katrina Scott through SeatGeek. After Katrina accepted the tickets, I unexpectedly received an email the next day stating that she wanted to send them back. Confused, I accepted the tickets Katrina supposedly sent back, only to be notified that the transfer was canceled. However, when I checked my SeatGeek account, it still shows that Katrina Scott accepted the tickets. Here is the breakdown of events: 1. The tickets were originally purchased through StubHub order#[redacted]87 for the Elton John concert at Barclays Center on March 2, [redacted], at 8 p.m. 2. I released the tickets, and Katrina Scott bought them via SeatGeek, where she originally accepted them. 3. Following this, I received an email indicating that Katrina wanted to send the tickets back. When I tried to accept these tickets, I was informed that the transfer was canceled. I am now unsure if Katrina still possesses the tickets or if the transfer was indeed revoked. Any clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I bought tickets for the Andre Bocelli concert at the Hollywood Bowl on June 16 through SeatGeek. The tickets were transferred to Ticketmaster for delivery. Unfortunately, I lost my mobile phone and can't access the tickets via the app. Can I receive the tickets via email for printing? If that's not possible, I would like a refund for the total ticket price. Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Seatgeek, I am extremely disappointed with the misleading sales tactics. I bought a ticket believing it could be refunded within 72 hours of the concert, only to be informed later that I could only get "Seatgeek credits" that expire in a year. This is not what I agreed to. Additionally, when trying to sell the tickets, I encountered internal errors and couldn't proceed. I won't be able to attend, and I demand a refund to my bank as initially promised. I won't use Seatgeek again after this experience. Please refund my money promptly. Thank you, Sarah

I bought tickets for the America concert scheduled on December 9th, [redacted]. The event got postponed, and I am waiting for the new date. The last update I received was on February 2nd, [redacted]. I am seeking assistance with my recent Wrestlemania ticket purchase. I bought tickets for my son and myself to attend the two-day event, but our view of the ring is obstructed by oversized screens and other equipment. This forced us to stand most of the time, which is difficult due to my medical condition. We even had to move to vacant seats in other sections until we were asked to leave. I am disappointed as I saved up to reward my son and chose this event over a summer vacation. I am hoping to contact the seller to exchange our tickets for better ones for the Sunday event. I will need an AXS account to access them. I purchased two tickets via seetgeek.com on February 13th at 12:23 pm. A total of $[redacted].98 was deducted from my checking account at that moment. Unfortunately, we encountered a family emergency and won't be able to attend the concert. I've been trying to reach out to them via email but haven't received any response yet. I couldn't find a working phone number for customer service either. It's been almost two months now (April 6th) and I still have no information on my tickets or any available options. I bought a ticket from SeatGeek for the Barclays Ladies Night Super Jam on May 6th at 8pm. I was supposed to receive a link on my phone for the ticket after adding my phone number, but I never got it despite trying multiple times. My phone number is [redacted]. The confirmation email mentioned viewing the ticket, but I couldn't find the actual ticket or a mobile barcode as it's a mobile-only event. I'm worried about my ticket and money. I need the barcode to enter the event. If I don't get it by tomorrow, I'd like a refund. My customer ID is [redacted]2. Could someone from customer service please assist me or email me at [redacted]? I'm quite frustrated by this experience.

I bought UFC tickets on 05/07/[redacted], a few fights before the main event. I got an email from SeatGeek stating the tickets were available for download via Ticketmaster. However, each time I clicked the link, it showed an error message prompting me to try again. I attempted to contact SeatGeek and Ticketmaster but couldn't reach anyone for help. Unfortunately, the event ended 1.5 hours later, and I never received my tickets. I purchase tickets frequently from different vendors, and the process is usually smooth without any problems with ticket retrieval.

I bought 2 tickets from SeatGeek back in December [redacted]. I saw a note on the ticket page mentioning they were "returnable before..." Later, I couldn't make it and wanted to return the tickets. I was disappointed to find out I would only receive a credit to SeatGeek ($[redacted]) that expires in a year and can only be used once. I expected a full refund to my card, which is why I feel let down. This situation is very inconvenient for me since I rarely attend events and spending that much money on one purchase is a big deal. I believe this is misleading, and I wouldn't have bought the tickets if I knew it wouldn't be a complete refund to my card. I have this unused credit and I really need the cash/credit back on my credit card. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I bought 6 tickets for the Reds game on May 25 through SeatGeek. Order #6P2-QL2N87K. I've been trying to transfer the tickets but keep getting the error message that the ticket invitation has already been accessed. I've been in touch with SeatGeek support, specifically with Antonio. Despite following his instructions, I'm still unable to access my tickets. The game is next week, and I'm worried about losing $[redacted] if I can't get the tickets in time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought tickets to see Joanne at the Rams Head On Stage on March 6, [redacted], through Seat Geek because they were sold there by a third party. On the day of the show, I arrived at the venue only to discover the event was canceled. I received no notification from Seat Geek about the cancellation, and I never received the tickets for table [redacted], which cost me $[redacted].88. It seems the seller might have been informed of the cancellation but never passed on the message. I'm unsure if the show has already happened or if I can still attend since I haven't heard from Seat Geek. I've been waiting for a response for 4 days now, and I'm quite frustrated with Seat Geek's lack of communication.

I am extremely upset with your service, and I need this resolved. The show is tomorrow at 8:00 p.m. in New York City featuring Michael Jackson. I haven't received anything and can't locate the app you mentioned. It's frustrating not being able to talk to a person; it's a nightmare and overly complicated. The show is almost here, and I still have no tickets and can't access the app. I require a quick response explaining how to obtain the tickets without using the app as I can't access it. Please respond urgently. This situation is causing unnecessary stress, and I need a solution. Send me an email promptly to ease my concerns about not having tickets shortly before the event.

We purchased 3 tickets online for the My Chemical Romance concert on Sat, Sep 10, [redacted], at 7:30 PM at Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY, and paid by credit card. Since the SeatGeek App is not available in our country, we are unsure how to access our tickets. Can we receive them by mail (as a PDF) or as hardcopies via a delivery service? This concert is crucial to us as our son missed a previous one in Bonn due to Covid, and we want to fulfill his dream of seeing this band and traveling to the USA. I bought two sets of tickets for Dead and Company on July 16, [redacted]. The first set was initially pending but got confirmed, and I have those tickets. Order Number: 6P2-K449YE8. Later, I purchased two more tickets online. I received a pending email but no confirmation or tickets. Order Number: 6P2-8VV9QLJ. I am seeking assistance with this issue as I would like to have these tickets. If necessary, I am willing to cancel and buy new ones, but I prefer to sit together as originally planned. Both purchases were for four tickets from Section [redacted], Row 20. I have seats 1 and 2 in Row 20, but I have not received anything for the other two tickets. I purchased tickets on March 14 for a New York Yankees spring training game, and $[redacted].54 was charged to my Visa card. The game got canceled due to scheduling issues. On 3/24/22, I booked another NY Yankees game online, trying to use my $[redacted].54 credit, but it didn't apply. I ended up paying $[redacted].35 for that game on my Visa. I planned to utilize the $[redacted].54 credit for an MLB game in the future. However, I can't log in to my SeatGeek account as my email is marked as invalid. I do receive SeatGeek emails daily. I want to purchase tickets for this month. Please provide guidance.

I believed I was buying tickets directly from the Red's box office. I paid SeatGeek $[redacted].32 for four tickets and later found a $12.00 mark on them when picking them up at Will Call. Feeling like I might have been taken advantage of, I have not received any communication from SeatGeek regarding the issue. I am requesting at least a 50% refund on my purchase due to the lack of ticket delivery as I had asked for them to be emailed. Instead, I had to reach out to the Reds box office to print the tickets and collect them at the Will Call window.

I recently emailed a representative about my issue, and I was informed that they would refer me to a computer specialist. However, I don't believe there is an issue with my computer. I purchased two tickets for the NFL preseason game between the Los Angeles Chargers and the New Orleans Saints on August 26, [redacted], through vividseats.com a couple of weeks ago. Originally, I was told the tickets would be available on August 13, [redacted], but recently received an email indicating that the tickets were ready for me. I accepted the tickets on my desktop computer but have been unsuccessful in transferring them to my mobile device (cell phone). Despite attempts, I keep receiving an error message stating, "unable to accept these tickets at this time. Please try again." I spoke with someone from Vivid Seats who mentioned that the tickets are through Seat Greek, and I should continue trying and wait a few days. I have been trying to transfer the tickets to my phone without any luck. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue as I really want to attend the game, which is a birthday gift for me.
