Hello, I have also sent an email to Samsung Croatia (attached). I regret the current state of communication, especially concerning an amount of approximately [redacted] euros. Despite my suggestion for a half-price voucher, Samsung Croatia did not offer one. Recently, I discovered a spot within the lens of my S21 Ultra phone, confirmed by your service team. Additionally, I realized my product warranty expired on July 7, [redacted]. As a loyal Samsung customer who has used various Samsung products over the years, I have always been content with their performance. While my phone still satisfies me, the issue with the camera is crucial as I rely on it for my outdoor adventures. I trust we can reach a resolution agreeable to both parties to avoid the necessity of purchasing a new device. Thank you. Best regards, I.N.

My Samsung Galaxy S7 is constantly sending me notifications without any messages. This started after receiving an Amber Alert this morning, and now it's pinging every 2 minutes. I disabled the Amber Alert notification and set notifications to every 15 minutes, but I'm still receiving them. I only want to receive notifications for actual messages, not these constant alerts. This is a new issue for me. If providing assistance over the phone is easier, you can reach me at [redacted]. Alternatively, you can email me instructions at [redacted] Thank you.

I have recently upgraded to the new Samsung Galaxy S23+ and encountered issues with the Samsung Internet browser, which used to work flawlessly on my previous S8+. The problem arises on various websites, notably Facebook, where I receive a warning that the browser is incompatible for replying or commenting. Additionally, the browser is detected as running on Linux. Another issue occurs on ESPN.com, where most content, especially live content, is no longer showing up. Furthermore, on many other sites, the display is incorrect, either appearing at the wrong size or incomplete. I'm seeking guidance on what could be causing these issues and how to resolve them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty with retrieving the 2-step verification code needed to log into my Samsung account because I no longer possess the phone or phone number associated with my account. Consequently, I am unable to receive the verification code, rendering me locked out of my account. I am seeking assistance from a Samsung Customer Service Representative or Samsung Support representative to regain access to my account. I am hoping they can assist me in verifying my credentials through alternate means so I can update my account and prevent any loss of important documents or files. Despite having backup codes saved on my old phone, I did not store them on a cloud or drive. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this 2-step verification issue and updating my account. If assistance is not possible, I am willing to start anew. Thank you for your attention, and have a wonderful day.

I bought a new Z4 FIP phone at the end of January [redacted]. Just after two months, the built-in screen protector is peeling and popping up where the phone folds, making it difficult to see messages and pictures. It's getting larger, and I took it to Verizon. They mentioned I need to contact Samsung regarding the warranty and the replacement process. I was cautioned not to remove the built-in screen protector as it could damage the phone even more.

I am experiencing difficulty with my Galaxy Z Fold 4's WiFi functionality. I reached out to Samsung on September 27, [redacted], regarding this issue. Despite my attempts with the representative, the problem remains unresolved. I was advised to schedule a repair, but upon contacting the repair center, I was informed that spare parts are currently unavailable for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, halting any repair services. This has left me reliant on limited data and with an unresolved device issue, all while my phone is still under warranty.

Dear Forum Members, A little over a year after purchasing my LED TV (model# UN50TU7000BXZA, serial# 0C0ZCXT204712A) from Walmart in Apple Valley, CA, I encountered an issue with the screen after the warranty had lapsed. I decided to replace the ribbon cable myself and ordered one from Samsung Parts USA(Order # SMGUSA36942). The part number is BN96-39821F Rev-00. Upon receiving the replacement cable from PartSelect, I noticed a few differences in the model numbers and markings between the original and the replacement. The technical question I have is whether these cables are compatible with my TV. I am disappointed that my TV had issues shortly after the warranty expired and had higher expectations from Samsung. While Encompass customer support was unable to assist me, I am hopeful for guidance from this community. Thank you for any insights you may provide. Best regards, Joseph L. [redacted] Bear Valley Rd. My phone battery has swelled and overheated. I desperately need to retrieve the photos on it. Although I don't have the serial number handy, I can provide it later. I have purchased a new battery with a voltage of 3.9V. Currently, the phone does not charge properly, losing around 0.1V every two hours. I need assistance in recovering the photos from the non-functional phone because they are invaluable to me. The phone shows no signs of powering on, even after attempting to restart it. The charge port displays fluctuating voltages of 0.7V and 1.5V. The issue occurred abruptly without any previous problems. The model is SM-G970U, but this option is not available in the search form. Any help with recovering the photos is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with my Galaxy A03. Starting yesterday, it abruptly ends the calls I try to make right after initiating them. This is a new problem that I haven't encountered before. Additionally, I need to update the phone number associated with my account. When attempting to do so, the system prompts me to enter a code sent to my old number - [redacted]. Since I no longer have access to that number, I am unable to input the code. I kindly request that you remove [redacted] and replace it with my new number, [redacted]. I attempted to use the Smart Tutor app for Samsung to remotely access my device and resolve the issue. However, my phone seems to automatically disconnect when I try to dial your call center service numbers, 1-[redacted] (Mobile) and 1-[redacted] (Tablet). This problem also occurs with other numbers I've tried to contact. I urgently need these matters resolved as my phone is essential for my work, generating income, and meeting my family's needs. Your prompt assistance in addressing these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Z-Flip 4 on the Black Friday sale last year which included a free Galaxy Watch 4. I used the promo code: Q4PHONE11WATCH28, but it wasn't applied, and I was charged $[redacted].65, $[redacted].99 + tax. Despite contacting customer service through phone and email multiple times and reaching out to corporate offices, the issue remains unresolved. I was asked to email screenshots of the promo information a year ago, and now, as my free financing is ending, I discovered no credit was ever applied. When I called Samsung customer service, I was transferred multiple times and eventually disconnected. All I want is the promotional special they offered, a credit of $[redacted].65, either applied to my account or sent as a check. It feels like fraudulent advertising to me. I followed all the requirements for the trade-in and even sent it in the original box.

Hello, I'm Eddie Albert from Australia. I've faced numerous violent incidents due to a supposed Samsung prize I won. I've been out of work for 11 months. I don't care about the prize money, I just want peace and reimbursement for what I've been through. I'm tired of people claiming to be my agents and asking for money. Please, stop this nonsense. If you receive this message, please respond urgently. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. - Eddie J. H. Albert.

On September 28, [redacted], I was arrested. The officer instructed me to place my phone on the passenger seat, but since the vehicle was not mine, I had a difficult time retrieving my phone, which contains the only copies of my granddaughters' pictures and videos. The towing company refused to assist me in retrieving my belongings. I paid for extra storage space for my email to save these precious memories. When I tried to access Samsung for help, a foreign phone number I don't recognize was listed, along with two recovery phone numbers that do not belong to me. I desperately need to change this number so I can access my account and retrieve the photos and videos of my granddaughters. Please assist me in updating my phone number. Thank you, Jennifer T.
