I ordered the Bespoke 3-Door French Door Refrigerator (24 cu. ft.) with AutoFill Water Pitcher in White Glass, RF24BB620012AA. When I selected Yellow panels as part of a special offer, I anticipated receiving them for free in addition to the White Panels already included. However, I am now concerned that the refrigerator may arrive with the Yellow panels instead. I would appreciate clarification on the color of the refrigerator and assistance in correcting the order if necessary. I initially opted for Yellow panels for the novelty of it and because they were complimentary, not realizing it would require repainting my kitchen. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I have conversed with over 10 representatives and 2 supervisors. I have been repeatedly asked the same questions and provided the same responses. The assurances made to me have continuously been unfulfilled. Despite my calm demeanor and respect towards the representatives, there has been a lack of reciprocity in their interactions. My issue remains unresolved after a week of back and forth.
Being a loyal customer for over a decade, I find the current level of customer support disrespectful. Satisfaction with the service is extremely low due to the poor assistance received, except for a couple of instances. The handling of my problem has been frustrating and inefficient. It is evident that there is a deficiency in professionalism and customer appreciation, resulting in unnecessary prolongation of the matter.
I have reiterated multiple times that I am unable to receive or make calls as my phone is not functional. The repeated promises of being contacted via email within 24 hours have not been honored. The disregard for my communication limitations is alarming and leaves me feeling unheard and disregarded. The situation is unacceptable.

I am having trouble accessing my Samsung account due to a recent phone and phone number change. Even though I know my ID and password, the two-step verification is sending codes to my old number which I no longer have access to. My Samsung Z Flip, which is only 2 months old, broke today. It won't open fully, and the crease has issues, affecting the top half of the touchscreen; the bottom half works only when slightly open. Can you replace it? This damage occurred without my fault, and the phone is practically brand new. Previously, I was trying to chat with Luna on my phone, but now I'm using my laptop to communicate here.

A service ticket for a gas range repair has been opened for A. and T. McGraw at [redacted] West [redacted] North, St. George, Utah [redacted]. Following a recent call with Samsung, repair parts for the right front burner, which is not igniting, have not been received. After visiting Lowes and discussing the issue with the store manager, it was suggested that if a technician is not available, a replacement unit should be requested since the stove has had this problem from the beginning and is still under warranty.

I am experiencing an issue with my Samsung LN55B640R3FUZA TV where the screen is black, but the stand-by light remains on. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps without success. I am having trouble accessing my newly created Samsung account as it does not recognize my new password. Consequently, I am unable to unlock my Android device and exit emergency mode to access an important email. I mistakenly stored the email in Secure Folder for the first time. Although I managed to retrieve it with help from Federico, the process was lengthy. It took over an hour to resolve. Since 9 am, my cell data has been inaccessible, leaving me in a more urgent predicament. I rely heavily on my phone and the situation is critical. I am open to allowing access to my phone for assistance. Federico promised to stay connected but has not responded. I am unable to provide my cell number since my phone is inactive. It has been 30 days since I reported an issue with my phone, but there has been no progress. I have insurance that should cover the entire phone and provide a 2-year extended warranty. I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold 3 last year, and now for the third time, the center of the screen has gone black, followed by no screen at all. I am not willing to pay $[redacted] for repairs again. I have spent over $3,[redacted] in total on the phone and repairs. Considering my experience and the reviews of other owners, it seems like a defective product. For the high price of the Z Fold, one would expect more professionalism, especially with the folding screen. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung products, including multiple phones, TVs, soundbars, and more. Despite this loyalty, I am now considering switching back to a Galaxy S23 or even an iPhone due to these issues. I recently bought a new top-of-the-line Samsung washer and dryer to replace my old one that had become obsolete after just four years. Initially wanting to replace only the washer, I had to purchase both to match. Despite being promised a delivery date of 6/24 by a representative, the actual delivery date given is 7/27. After Customer Service failed to help, I was put in touch with a Supervisor who also did not follow through on what was promised and is now unresponsive. I am seeking to escalate this issue to another supervisor. Interestingly, Best Buy could provide new machines within a week if I had gone with them instead.
