Hello, I recently had a live chat with Alexis regarding an issue with my screen keyboard. After making a setup change in the "One Hand Mode" settings, the problem of having to double-tap on the screen keyboard disappeared. I am writing from Turkey, Ankara.
I have an important issue with my TV that I bought in [redacted]. In just 5-6 years, all the HDMI ports have burned out on my 55" LED TV, which I suspect is part of the E series. After a technician visited to adjust my new soundbar, he advised that it's costly to repair and suggested purchasing a new TV instead.
I have always trusted Samsung's quality and have purchased various products like soundbars and plasma TVs. It's surprising that my older Samsung plasma TV from [redacted] is still going strong while this LED TV has encountered such a problem so soon.

Hello,
I recently had my Samsung washing machine repaired two months ago by a company named Elite, as part of their five-year warranty. However, since the repair, I have noticed water leaking from under the machine and into the sink cupboard. The leak seems to be coming from the hose pipe, causing damage to my kitchen unit and cupboard. I contacted Samsung's customer service, and although an engineer was sent to fix the issue, the leak persisted and worsened while waiting for the repair. The engineer confirmed that the hose pipe burst due to the machine being pushed too close to the wall, attributing the responsibility to the same engineer who initially fixed it. Despite this, the Property Damage Department is refusing to compensate for the resulting damage. I am seeking further assistance to address this matter promptly.

I bought two phones during my time with AT&T Mobility. After leaving the service, I had the phones sim unlocked. The problem is that the firmware is still AT&T, stopping me from getting OTA updates to the system. Samsung technical support said the firmware must stay as AT&T's. I just want to change it from G975U to G975U1, the unbranded version.
I was advised to go to UBREAKIFIX but the local franchises won't help. Samsung's repair facility said they can't do it due to company policy. I don't want to risk voiding warranty by doing this unofficially. Right now, I have $[redacted] worth of phones that I can't use.
Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Around 13 months ago, I purchased a Samsung Note 9 phone with Sinhagiri warranty. After a few months, I experienced a camera issue where the rear camera couldn't focus correctly, resulting in blurry pictures. The phone was repaired under warranty, with four parts being replaced. In September [redacted], there was a problem with the display, and three parts were replaced under warranty.
Unfortunately, my rear camera issue resurfaced last week, although my warranty had expired. I invested approximately Rs. Recently, I have encountered some problems with my distributor, Mishra Distributor. They are not helping with billing in my shop, and the Samsung ABM and ASM are not supporting me as well. I purchased a 55" L.E.D. TV from Sumit Electronics in Mohali on 27.10.[redacted]. I need to report a fraudulent incident regarding the product they sent me. The LED I received was used, and the back of the TV was excessively heated. I paid Rs.[redacted] during installation when I discovered the issue. The engineer from Sumit Electronics ignored my complaint and asked me to contact the dealer. When I approached the dealer for a replacement, they were rude and denied my request. I then reached out to Samsung customer service, but my problem remains unresolved. If Samsung fails to address this matter promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the situation to the consumer court to take legal action against the dealer and the company.
