Hello, I reported my issue yesterday regarding my flight from Athens to Madrid booked last March, which was canceled due to covid **. I rescheduled it for September, but the dates changed again in July without my consent. I opted for a refund, submitted the form successfully in July, and have been waiting for almost a year now. My flight number was V**EJI. I was advised that I hadn't done what was required for the refund, but I did submit the form. When I tried to resubmit, I received a message stating "a previous application has already been submitted for this booking." What should I do next to get my refund? Can you guide me through the process step by step? Thank you.

I have not still received my refund. After my flights were canceled in early [redacted] due to Covid, Ryanair made it practically impossible to get a refund and essentially forced a voucher on me. I used the voucher to book flights for this year, and it was mentioned that any excess would be refunded if not used within 12 months. Now, a year later due to covid-related changes, the flights I booked have been altered, and I was offered a full refund. I requested a cash refund, but was informed via email that I will receive another voucher since I initially paid with a voucher. I made it clear that I did not want a voucher initially and requested my money back. I was then informed that I would have to wait due to covid-related delays. Despite this, Ryanair's website still promises refunds within 7 days. Simultaneously, I received an email extending another voucher until December [redacted], which was supposed to be refunded in cash if not used within a year. I am now determined to get my money back promptly and will escalate the issue if necessary.

Reservation numbers [redacted] and [redacted] have been offered a refund which we would like to accept. However, we have a return flight booked under number [redacted] and would also like a refund for that booking. The first part of the issue is already being resolved as I have applied for a refund. I now need a refund for booking [redacted] as I had to cancel the flight to the UK due to a time change and will not be able to use the return flight.
Regards, Janet.

Hello,
I booked tickets with Esky for a Ryanair flight to Alicante and back, but the booking reference for the return flight doesn't seem to exist. Esky tried to help refund my money, but Ryanair is constantly changing its policy, making it hard to get a refund. I need to request a refund directly from the airline. The booking reference is Q85VJG:T43Y5C. Ryanair requested the email used for the booking, which is [redacted], but they claimed it wasn’t used. I've been struggling with this refund since April [redacted].
Best,
Mrs. Shirley Hall

I have been trying to contact Ryanair by phone for days but keep getting the same busy message. I booked a holiday through OnTheBeach for a flight to Lanzarote on Sat 29th Aug, returning on 12th Sept. I had to cancel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, yet OnTheBeach is not cooperating with a full refund. I need to speak to Ryanair to sort this out. I want a refund or to use the funds for a future booking. My booking ref is [redacted], and my name is Sandy Francis. I can't lose this money for a trip we had to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control. Can you please help me reach a real person at Ryanair? Thank you.

Regarding booking reference A1HDWY for JOANNE HANCOX, I received notification from Ryanair about a change in flight dates and times. Due to these changes, I opted for a refund rather than an amendment. This flight was rebooked after a cancellation due to Covid-19. Despite multiple emails requesting a refund over a voucher, I have not received a response from Ryanair. Can anyone provide an update on when the refund will be processed? Thank you.

I have been waiting for a refund from Ryanair for flights that were cancelled on 29/03/[redacted]. The flights were from Glasgow International Airport, flight number FR2522, returning from Alicante International Airport, flight number FR2521 on 02/04/[redacted]. I booked these flights through Refresh Holidays. I am struggling to complete the online refund form because it requires a PNR number which I don't have. The only reference I have from Refresh Holidays is LYZLKA. My booking reference with them is RH309566, and they mentioned the flights were paid for with a card ending in [redacted]. I am owed a partial refund of £[redacted].80, and I am unable to claim the remaining amount from my insurance until I receive it from Ryanair, which is another £[redacted].07. This delay is causing financial strain, and I hope to receive the refund soon. Thank you, Mrs. I Bryce.

Regarding the refund for my cancelled flights in booking reservation YC6P7U:
a) I received a text about the cancellation of my outbound flight FR [redacted] from SNN to London STN on March 24, [redacted].

d) On November 20, [redacted], I received a refund of EUR [redacted].78 back to my card, but I raised the issue as the total cost of my booking was EUR [redacted].58, leaving a shortfall of EUR [redacted].80. A review was promised with ref.[redacted], but no outcome was provided.
e) Without an explanation for the refund shortfall, I resubmitted a refund application on March 19, [redacted], for flight reservation YC6P7U via the link.
f) My attempts to address this via live chat were difficult due to my age.
g) The refund issue has lingered for 12 months. I am seeking the EUR [redacted].80 shortfall based on the re-submitted application and the EUR [redacted].78 refund already received. I hope for a prompt resolution at this stage.

Hello everyone,
Almost a year ago, I booked a flight for my family from Liverpool to Milan Malpensa airport. The reservation number is H7RJ7D. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. I requested a refund and received it in the form of a voucher valid for one year. The voucher is about to expire next month in April, with £[redacted] remaining. Due to the ongoing strict COVID-19 regulations from the UK government and school closures, my family cannot travel without a solid reason. I kindly request Ryanair administration to extend the validity of my voucher.
Many thanks.
The names on the booking are:
Kausar Naveeda 15/04/[redacted]
Iqbal Nasir 21/05/[redacted]
Iqbal Seher 20/04/[redacted]
Iqbal Awais 01/06/[redacted]
Iqbal Hareem 18/01/[redacted]
Thanks.

Hello, my name is Georgia. I made a reservation on 6/10/[redacted] through the Ryanair website to fly from the UK to Thessaloniki, Greece. Unfortunately, they canceled my flight. It has been over 5 months, and I am still waiting for my cash refund. Initially, they claimed I booked through a third party, but I have all the necessary proof like screenshots and emails from Ryanair. After numerous emails exchanged, they stated they sent a check via post on 1/02/[redacted], but I haven't received it. When I inquired in the chatbox, they seemed surprised it hadn't arrived at my address. I feel like it's their tactic to avoid giving refunds. I paid for my ticket and didn't fly. I am still trying to get my money back, but it has been a frustrating experience dealing with them.

I am seeking help regarding my compensation claim for Ryanair Flight FR6696 from Malta to Edinburgh on 11.03.[redacted]. We were approved for compensation of £[redacted].68 via email on 11.05.[redacted]. Despite requesting a cash refund on 26.05.[redacted], we have not received our payment after 10 months of follow-ups through calls and emails. The travel vouchers offered initially are no longer valid, implying they were retracted when I asked for the cash refund. This ongoing issue has been frustrating and unnecessary. Ryanair's customer service, which promised to respond with a unique reference number, has been unresponsive and disappointing. This situation has been exasperating, and I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Thank you,

I booked Flight S683TM through Direct Line Flights for a total cost of £[redacted].96 departing on April 27th. Ryanair previously offered me a voucher, which expired on April 26th, [redacted]. Due to COVID restrictions, I couldn't redeem the voucher, so Ryanair agreed to provide a cash voucher. However, I don't have access to a scanner or printer to claim it. I need assistance as my son, who tried to help, is now away for work. I plan to book my flight as soon as possible but need support with the voucher process, especially since my age of 72 and lack of technical equipment make things challenging. I am worried about the time limit given by Ryanair. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I need information/clarity on the following:
I purchased 2 airline tickets (online) for a trip in [redacted] which were cancelled due to the Pandemic. I received a voucher from Ryanair which can only be used on a flight by the same airline. I have searched on Ryanair's website and found many flights with other airlines, limiting my choices and making it difficult to combine the two factors. If the search is done on Ryanair's website, I cannot understand how/what the procedures are, are the other flights also valid and possible to use the voucher? Is it possible to book/purchase a trip + hotel together? Given the current situation, if I book trips that are later cancelled (like before), will I lose the voucher? Appreciate your help in advance.
Sincerely,
Paulo R.

As a Spanish citizen, my partner from Hungary, and our British son, we recently encountered issues with our Ryanair flight FR8363 from Stansted to Seville last Saturday, 10th April [redacted]. Despite planning our move to Spain as a family, my partner was denied boarding by Ryanair, citing lack of essential needs. The Spanish government regulations state that European citizens have the right to enter Spain. Despite reaching out to Ryanair customer service and sending a formal complaint, we haven't received any assistance. The Spanish embassy confirmed that my partner could enter Spain, advising us to resolve the matter with the airline. Unfortunately, our efforts to do so have been unsuccessful.

Hello,
I have been trying to reach out for assistance regarding a concerning situation I experienced during my family trip to Lanzarote in [redacted]. We had booked a private villa and flights through a travel agent who, unbeknownst to us, used a stolen credit card to book our outbound and return flights with Jet2 and Ryanair. This led to our return flights being cancelled, and we had to pay a significant amount to return home with our children.
Despite cooperating with Jet2 and the police, the issue resurfaced when we tried to book flights with Ryanair the following year and discovered the fraudulent nature of the outbound flights. Consequently, Ryanair banned our entire family from flying with them.
As innocent victims of this fraudster, we seek assistance in resolving this unjust situation, as even our children are facing repercussions for a crime we had no involvement in. We have consulted legal and law enforcement representatives, who advised reaching out for help in clarifying our innocence in this matter.
Any guidance or support you can provide would be sincerely appreciated.
Thank you,
Best regards,
Maria Ascroft

Good morning,
I am reaching out regarding a return booking I arranged through Super Escapes. Here are the details:
- Our Agency Name: Super Escapes
- Ryanair Reference: Y5DZSF
- Route: Luton to Malta - Return
- Flight Numbers: FR3882 & FR3883
- Date of disrupted flight: 23.04 & 28.04 [redacted]
Super Escapes has instructed me to complete a validation form to claim a refund. However, I am unable to fill in the PDF form as I do not have a printer. Could you please provide me with a Word document via email urgently?
I am also dissatisfied with the service from Super Escapes (Head Office: Broadway Travel). I paid a £[redacted] deposit and was prepared to pay in full upon flight confirmation or secure a booking for [redacted] if required. They have now cancelled the trip and claim I owe £6.46 for ATOL fees, threatening legal action if not paid. Could you confirm this amount and my obligation to pay?
Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Iris H P.

I have been trying to obtain a cash refund that was promised to me due to my canceled flight. When I input my reservation number L88R6G, it indicates it is incorrect, even though it was the same number used when the flight was canceled. Additionally, I am inquiring about why I am not eligible for a refund on my return trip when the outgoing flight was also canceled. The details of my flights are FR5341 from Bristol to Bucharest on Tuesday, May 18th, and FR5342 returning on Tuesday, June 1st.

Booking Reference: IDB59E. I had booked a flight from Manchester to Barcelona on 12 February [redacted], returning on 20 February. I received a notification on 16 October about the cancellation and options for new flights, but the suggested dates didn't work due to school commitments. Despite filling out the refund form on 22 October as instructed, I was only offered a travel voucher, which I declined. After multiple attempts to follow up on my refund request, I recently got an email about a voucher extension I never asked for. Tired of the back and forth, I selected the cash refund option today. However, upon submitting the form, I was informed that a cash refund had already been requested. I urge you to return the £[redacted].49 paid on 7 July [redacted] as soon as possible.
