I have been with RushCard services since [redacted]. Over the past four years, I've encountered issues with depositing my larger income tax refunds into my account due to surpassing their limit. Despite being thankful for the opportunity to deposit my refund, the process has been tedious yearly. This year's experience has been particularly frustrating as I had to resend my documents multiple times before my refund was eventually sent back to the IRS. Despite providing the necessary paperwork, RushCard failed to process my refund in a timely manner and even automated its return to the IRS. The lack of live customer support has made resolving these issues difficult and time-consuming. After this ordeal, I am considering switching to a traditional bank due to the decline in RushCard's service quality over the years.

Hello,
I am Valerie A. Blackman, and I recently had my RushCard debit chip card stolen on May 4th. I am looking to speak with a customer service representative regarding this issue. The last four digits of my RushCard were [redacted]. Additionally, when my RushCard was stolen, I had a State of New York, Albany SSP check for $[redacted]. Would it be possible to activate a new RushCard that I already own and have on file at my residence?

I have been dealing with a transaction dispute since February 1, [redacted]. In May, after my account was closed, I was informed that I won the dispute on May 11, [redacted], and that the funds would be sent to me via a money order within 7-10 days. However, it has been a while and I have not received the money yet. I tried to call yesterday to follow up, but getting through to a human customer service representative has been very challenging. I was initially informed that the money order was sent a couple of weeks ago, but now I have been advised through chat to call again to request the funds. This has been an ongoing issue since February 1, [redacted], and I would appreciate it if RushCard could resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am trying to update the account information on my wife's card, but I am unable to log in online or call the mobile banking service. I need to access the account as I am awaiting my tax return. The system is asking me to provide various documents and information, such as a phone number, to proceed with the update. I have tried everything from recovering my Gmail account to entering the password multiple times without success. I am frustrated with this situation, especially with the current economic challenges due to COVID-19. I urgently need to update my prepaid account information and access my funds. If someone could assist me with resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I may need to escalate this matter to higher management if I cannot gain control of my account promptly to receive my refund.

Hello, my name is Rasheka Murphy. I have been in contact with customer service for approximately two weeks regarding my Rush card being stuck in an ATM. I am unable to access my account online as they are requesting my username and password, which I cannot remember. They have also asked for my card number, but I do not have it since the card is stuck in the ATM. This is concerning because my social security funds are due to arrive on that card, and I have financial obligations to meet. Despite providing all other necessary information, I am unable to access my account online. I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this matter.

I want to express my extreme frustration with Rush Card and their unacceptable behavior. Despite giving them multiple chances to rectify past mistakes, they continue to disappoint. I conducted an experiment to give them the benefit of the doubt, only to be proven right about their dishonesty. Their recent actions, freezing my account and withholding $44 under the guise of a dispute, are the final straw. I am fed up with their lack of respect for customers, and it's time to make their unethical practices known to the world. After being misled and disrespected once again by a representative, I am compelled to warn others about their deceitful tactics. As I reside in Atlanta, I will spread the word about my negative experiences with Rush Card to ensure others are vigilant.

In August [redacted], I lost my wallet with all my belongings in it. I need a replacement card to be sent to me, but my address needs to be updated. I receive my SSDI direct deposit on RushCard since [redacted], but I was told I had to update my address online. I am not comfortable doing things online, so I never set up an online account. Now, it's almost [redacted], nearly two years later, and Visa Rush has not sent my card or returned my check to the Social Security Administration. I need my money urgently, or I will have to consider filing a claim for fraud against Visa and SSDI because it seems like Visa Rush has kept my money unjustly. Despite their request for me to upload my ID, which I couldn't do due to my lost wallet, I cancelled that process and set up a direct deposit with Social Security. They informed me that Visa Rush did not return my check to them. Can someone please assist me promptly, or I will escalate this matter further.

I have a RushCard account, but unfortunately, I forgot the email associated with it. I've also recently changed my phone number. I contacted RushCard customer service and provided proof of my identity along with a written statement explaining my new phone number and email. However, now when I try to access my account, it prompts me to enter a code that will be sent to my email. Although my correct new email is listed, I never receive the code. I am concerned because my tax return was deposited onto that card, and the IRS website confirms that it was processed on November 30. I really need assistance in gaining access to my account. Could someone from RushCard please assist me with this issue promptly? Thank you.

I am still experiencing problems with my RushCard. Although I have updated my new email and phone number, I am still unable to access my account. I keep receiving an error message. This has been the most frustrating experience I have had with any debit card and account. I have been unable to receive proper assistance from anyone. I am not receiving any information regarding my refund, and it seems like there is a lack of concern on their part. I am extremely frustrated with this problematic account. I am eagerly awaiting the refund money that was supposed to be deposited into my RushCard a week ago. My current level of frustration with this situation is very high.

I have been requested several times to update my address for my card. I have emailed the updated information, but I have not received my money on a new card. Please stop delaying the process. I was in prison for a short period and forgot the card's actual address, but I have provided the correct details since the beginning. Despite giving a new address, my funds are still being withheld.

I went to the ATM to withdraw my SSSI funds, but had trouble getting all the money I requested. Eventually, I only received $[redacted], not $[redacted] as the bank claimed. Now I'm facing an issue where $[redacted] is missing from my account, $[redacted] of which is for rent, leading to late fees. Rush Card's customer service has been unhelpful and even hung up on me. I need assistance with this matter.

I am SONJI JONES, and I require assistance with updating my information on my Prepaid RushCard account. I am unable to access my account online because my email and phone number have changed after my phone was stolen. Although I can view my account balance, I am unable to make any purchases, even on credit. I am uncertain if my PIN is accurate at this point. I have been experiencing difficulties accessing a live operator to address my card usage issues, despite receiving a refund notice in the mail due to an error. I am frustrated that I am unable to utilize my card for payments or bills.
