I have been trying to address the same issue without any response regarding my item being sent to the wrong address. Today, I received an email stating my item was delivered, so I stayed home to receive it. However, I only received a notification that the item had been delivered, but it never arrived. When I checked the proof of delivery, I only saw a map coordinate view indicating the delivery was made to the incorrect address. There was no photo evidence showing the item was actually delivered there.

Hello, I recently made a purchase from a seller in the UK and used tracking number [redacted]1. The package was supposed to be sent to Kilmison Ballymurphy, Borris, Co. Carlow, R95E5C1. However, the tracking information shows it was delivered to the wrong address, and I'm unsure if it's even in Ireland. I contacted the seller, who claims they're not responsible once the package is shipped. I've paid for the item but haven't received it. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

I recently sent a parcel from Challacombe Post Office on 9/12/23 to my friend near Bridport, as he is unable to get out due to a stroke. I paid £3.49 for 2nd class postage, but he was asked to pay £7.00 upon delivery as the postage wasn't visible. I have the receipt as proof of payment and believe the stamp may have come off during transit. The reference number on my receipt is [redacted]-481F-[redacted]-F4AB. The delivery address is Honeysuckle, Chapel St, Shipton Gorge, Bridport DT6 4LX. I contacted Bridport sorting office, but they advised me to reach out to you for assistance. I am willing to pay the extra charge, but I am already a pensioner and have already paid for the postage. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Catherine Haynes.

Hello, I recently had an issue with a buyer on eBay. They initiated a return through Royal Mail, but I suspect they are trying to scam me by claiming they returned the item while keeping it. The return started on 8 Jan with tracking number ZY[redacted]90GB, but as of 13 Jan, there is no tracking information available. The buyer provided a Post Office tracking number but has not shipped the item. This behavior, along with the buyer trying to negotiate a lower price, makes me think they want to keep the sought-after shirt without paying for it.
