I purchased £[redacted] worth of clothing from boohoo.com, and it was shipped on December 17, [redacted]. The expected delivery date was December 21, [redacted]. However, the package did not arrive. I waited an extra day, but it still hasn't been delivered. I attempted to reach out to Royal Mail without any luck. I have also contacted boohoo regarding this issue, as the items were supposed to arrive before Christmas. I would be grateful for any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I visited my local post office on Friday to send two parcels to my son. The first parcel with the reference number 02154E3802A36926 has been received, but the second one, with the reference number 02154E3802A36955, hasn't arrived yet. I noticed a discrepancy in the address on the receipt where the house number is listed as [redacted] instead of 17 for the second parcel. Both parcels should have been addressed to 17 Audley Road NE3 1QH. I am concerned that the second parcel might be delivered to [redacted] Audley Rd instead of 17. Will the postal service notice the correct address despite the typing error on the receipt? I hope they will look at the address and deliver it to the right place rather than relying solely on tracking. Thank you for your help.

Tracking number LP[redacted]11GB shows no updates since December 17th for my package shipped from the UK to the US. The website I ordered from sent a shipping confirmation email a week ago, but there has been no movement in the tracking since then. I am disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas gift, with the website promising it would arrive before Christmas, which now seems unlikely. I am seeking information on why my package has not progressed in transit.

I recently had a package sent from the UK to Korea by a friend using the "international track and signed" service. Despite being advised the package would arrive within 5-7 business days, it has now been over two weeks and the parcel has not been dispatched from London yet. The package was handed over on Dec. 14th, and the tracking information still shows it's pending dispatch. I relied on the timely delivery of this package, so this delay is concerning, and I have confirmed that COVID-19 restrictions have not impacted shipments to Korea. I am unsure why the delay is occurring and hope to receive my package promptly.

I purchased garden furniture from Wayfair's outlet in September. Their tracker shows it was delivered to my home on 22 November by Royal Mail from China, but I did not receive it. The Royal Mail website also confirms the delivery, and I am unsure who accepted the item as only my husband and I live here. I have tried to contact Royal Mail through their website but haven't had any luck. How can I reach out to them to get more information about this delivery?

Hello, I am the sender of the parcel with the postal code BS1 5US. I used the International Tracked and Signed service from the UK to the US. The tracking number is RY[redacted]96GB. There has been no update on tracking since the 16th of December, [redacted]. The last update in the tracking history was "item received by Royal Mail LANGLEY HWDC and is leaving the UK" on Thursday, the 16th of December, [redacted]. It also says "handed to delivery partner" but on the USPS tracking history, it only shows "processed through Facility LANGLEY HWDC, UNITED KINGDOM on the 16th of December, [redacted]. I am confused if my package has not left the UK or if it has left the UK but has not been scanned in the US. This package is quite urgent, so I would like to know what my options are in this situation.

Hello, I am writing from the Philippines regarding a situation with a package supposedly sent by a friend I met online. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reference number for the parcel. I received a WhatsApp message stating that the package has arrived in the Philippines. However, before the delivery, I was informed that I need to pay import duties and an overweight fee, totaling 20,[redacted] Philippine pesos. I asked for confirmation of the courier's identity as Royal Mail, and they provided a certificate from RM Delivery Services. Despite my efforts to verify their legitimacy online, I have been unable to find information about RM Delivery Services here in the Philippines. I made a purchase on AliExpress on 11-11-21, and although the tracking shows delivery on 20-11-21, the item never arrived, and there was no attempted delivery. I have CCTV evidence to support this. I contacted AliExpress and initiated a claim, but they are not assisting because the tracking shows delivery. Royal Mail provided a lost parcel reference number (1-[redacted]) and advised me to relay this to the sender for a claim, but AliExpress insists it's not their responsibility. Despite raising a dispute claim, AliExpress rejected it based on the tracking. Repeated attempts to contact Royal Mail have been unhelpful. I suspect potential interception of higher-value items arriving in the UK from AliExpress. I have documentation detailing the issue if needed. I dropped off 2 get well cards on Monday, January 3rd at 3:55 pm in the postbox on the village green in Kingswood, Hull. Despite the postbox being full, I managed to safely place my cards inside. The box was scheduled to be emptied at 4:15 pm. Today, Thursday, January 6th at 11:30 am, while walking my dog, I discovered one of the cards I sent lying on the ground. Upon inspection, I noticed the card had been opened, with no sign of the envelope. I located the card a short distance from the postbox on the village green. It's disheartening that someone removed the card from the postbox. I have heard from others that cards posted in the same box have also gone missing.

I purchased a £25 gift card from 'not on the high street' a couple of weeks before Christmas, but it never reached me. After contacting them, I discovered they used my old address where I lived two years ago. Although I don't recall shopping with them before, they had my outdated address on file. I used to live in a location that was scheduled for demolition, and the letterboxes were sealed after we moved out. I had mail redirection in place, but the gift card was not forwarded to my current address. I reached out to Royal Mail about this issue but forgot to mention the redirection service. Now, I'm unsure how to follow up with them.

I need to address some concerning behaviors by the managers (Asif and Glenn) at the Croydon Mail Centre. They are engaging in sexual harassment, race discrimination, age discrimination, FMLA violations, religious discrimination, and disability discrimination. Additionally, they are physically abusive towards staff and casual workers, denying them breaks and threatening their jobs and lives if they speak out. I urge for immediate action to be taken, such as involving the police to arrest and detain these managers to prevent further harm to employees.

I recently ordered a gift card just before Christmas, and unfortunately, the retailer used my old address on the envelope instead of my current one. My old home has been unoccupied for nearly two years and is sealed off for demolition. I am concerned about where my item may have ended up as my old address is no longer active for mail delivery. This occurred approximately three weeks ago. I'm wondering where the post office may have forwarded or stored my item since my old address is no longer a valid location for deliveries. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from Royal Mail regarding an International Standard parcel I sent on 06/12/[redacted] from Hackney, London to Madrid, Spain. The recipient has not received the parcel, which included a Christmas gift for a colleague. I have proof of posting but no tracking number. The only code on my receipt is FAD [redacted]. The parcel was sent from the sub PO at [redacted] Dalston Lane, E8 1JG at 10.11 am on 06/12/21, Session ID: 2-[redacted]. I placed an order with The House of Bruar in Scotland on November 30, [redacted]. It was dispatched via Royal Mail on December 5, [redacted]. I tried tracking the package and saw the following message: Tracking Number: RF[redacted]87GB Your item has been processed through a facility in LANGLEY HWDC, UNITED KINGDOM at 11:24 am on December 8, [redacted]. I've contacted The House of Bruar multiple times via email and phone, but have not received an update on the delivery status. Since this is a Christmas gift, I was hoping for delivery before Christmas. I am eager to receive the package.

Hello, good morning. I placed an order through Discosg and they provided me with this tracking number LG[redacted]69GB. According to the Royal Mail website, the package left the UK on January 8th. When I try to track it, the page gets stuck. I checked on the Correos España tracking page, and it says there is no package with the tracking link provided. I contacted Correos España, and they mentioned it could be in customs, which might take around 20 days. They advised reaching out to you as the only way to speed up the process. The order has had no updates since January 8th. I kindly ask for a response and guidance on how to expedite the waiting period. Thank you, regards.

I am hesitant to provide my bank details here. I am inquiring about a package I sent to my son in Dubai in December. He has not received it yet. I posted it on the 14th of December from Willesden High Road Post Office. The customer service at the post office was not helpful, and they directed me to Willesden Junction Sorting Office. When I visited the sorting office, they also could not locate my package and advised me to go back to Willesden Post Office. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance. Royal Mail's customer service has disappointed me, and now I am considering using DHL for future shipments to my son due to the lack of trust in Royal Mail's services.

In December [redacted], my partner and I went on holiday and needed PCR tests for our return to the UK on the 11th. We took the tests on the 12th and sent them via tracked priority mail from Stithians. After a delay due to rule changes, I received my results, but my partner did not. Despite the recent rule change exempting us from needing the PCR test for UK entry, I persisted in contacting Screen4, the company I bought the tests from, to locate my partner's missing test parcel. It has been nearly 6 weeks since we sent it off, and the tracking number is ST[redacted]34GB. The prolonged delay has led to my partner needing to isolate and causing frustration in dealing with Screen4 about the missing package.

Hello there, I recently made a purchase on eBay, and the seller shipped the item to me without providing a tracking number until I raised a complaint with eBay. The seller claimed that the item was delivered on November 22nd based on a document from Royal Mail with the tracking history, which displayed the characters "L7A". I am trying to understand the significance of these characters. The tracking number for the shipment is LB[redacted]17GB, and it was sent to Canada with the postal code L7C 0Y1. However, despite the tracking information stating that the item was delivered on November 22nd, I have not received it and the status was updated on November 23rd to indicate that the item was received by Canada Post at a different location than expected. I suspect the seller intentionally sent the item to the wrong address due to dissatisfaction with the purchase price. Royal Mail has announced a new stamp bar code system coming into effect from 31 January [redacted]. Existing stamps will no longer be valid after this date. The company has detailed a process for swapping old stamps for the new barcoded ones. The lack of awareness regarding this change is concerning. There should be widespread publicity in the press and on TV, and post offices should have information leaflets available for customers. The current swapping system should be simplified, preferably through post offices. It would be beneficial for Royal Mail to provide an official release outlining the specifics of this change.
