Subject: Regarding Unclaimed Cheque for Kenneth Hill's Estate To the Payment Processing Team, I regret to inform you of the passing of Kenneth Hill on January 14th, and I have been entrusted as the executor of his estate. During my review, I came across a cheque from Royal Mail, numbered [redacted] and dated September 7, [redacted], amounting to 46.99. This cheque was addressed to , Dundee DD2 2HP. Unfortunately, the property suffered a fire following the cheque's delivery and was unable to be cashed. As the executor, I am seeking guidance on the necessary steps to ensure these funds are directed to Kenneth Hill's estate. I made a mistake when returning a parcel to an eBay seller by using the wrong address. The parcel was delivered to Flat [redacted] Manhattan Building, Bow Quarter, 60 Fairfield Road, London, E3 2UP. The concierge at that address mentioned returning it to the postman for redelivery to me. The tracking ID is WM[redacted]15GB, showing it was signed for by the concierge on 7th Feb. I hope Royal Mail has received the parcel back, but if not, I request a pickup and redelivery to my address as the contents are valued over £90. My correct address is Margaret Jackson, flat 9, St Andrews Court, Burntisland, Fife KY3 9AL.

I attempted to send two parcels, both medium-sized, to the same address. Despite Royal Mail being more cost-effective by approximately £20 each, I was directed to use Parcelforce, resulting in an additional charge of £20, totaling £[redacted].88. I sought compensation for each parcel up to £[redacted] instead of £[redacted]. I pointed out to the attendant that Royal Mail's online prices were lower, but she couldn't select that option. I preferred the special next day delivery by 1 pm at £42.20 each, including compensation. Why was I not given the service I wanted? I even showed her the price leaflet. I'm struggling to file a complaint with Royal Mail and feel frustrated going in circles. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I am unable to trace my package. According to the tracking information, it has left the UK and can no longer be tracked on the website. However, it has not arrived in Indonesia yet. The parcel was sent on February 6th and departed the UK on the same day. It contains essential medication that I urgently need. I have contacted your Indonesian partner, and they informed me that the parcel has not reached Indonesia. I sent a medium parcel via Royal Mail 1st class on 04/01/20 at 09:30 from StMartins Post Office in Shropshire to house number 32 in NG31 8LD. The reference number is 0212BD02019ED936. The parcel was securely packed with a clear return address. It was a £99 item being returned to an eBay seller who claims not to have received it. Please update the tracking information to confirm if the item was delivered or not. If it is lost, I will need to make a claim against Royal Mail. I would appreciate a prompt response. My mother sent me a package from Poland. She provided a tracking number for me to follow its progress. I checked yesterday and the update indicated that the parcel had been delivered by Parcelforce and signed for by Mr. Smith. I didn't receive any notice and my neighbors didn't have it. I contacted Parcelforce this morning, and they informed me that the package was sent to a different address, advising me to reach out to the sender. After informing my mom of the situation, she forwarded me the confirmation from the local post office showing the correct address, so it's clearly an error on Parcelforce's part. We are both anxious as she invested a significant amount in this package and followed all the correct procedures. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Kindly advise as soon as possible. On February 28th, I received an email notifying me that a delivery with tracking number [redacted]37edf7b2 was made around 14:42. However, I want to clarify that I did not receive any package on that day. Due to being disabled and homebound, I can confirm I was at home during the alleged delivery time. This incident marks the sixth problem I've encountered since my regular mail carrier went on sick leave. Previously, in five years, I only had one issue. I suspect this recent increase in problems might be related to the substitutes not paying enough attention. Perhaps if the mail carriers refrained from wearing earphones while working, such mistakes could be avoided. I need urgent help to intercept a package destined for France containing an Apple iWatch worth GBP410. My son sent it before receiving payment, and the buyer has not paid, ignoring our emails and closing his eBay account. We tried contacting Royal Mail and La Poste in France to stop the delivery, but both said the other must handle it. The package has been attempted for delivery, but we fear it may result in theft. Trucking reference number: KT[redacted]50GB Complaint under reference: 1-[redacted]. I recently inquired about my missing order with Royal Mail, and received the following response from Ben Smart via email: "Dear Lisa, I’m sorry to hear about the problem you’ve had with a Royal Mail Tracked® item, reference number KT[redacted]50GB. Our records show it was delivered on 21st December [redacted], but I understand your frustration. Your complaint has been recorded under the reference 1-[redacted]. The item was left in the communal area of the building. If it hasn't been received, please contact the sender to submit a claim at www.royalmail.com/claims. Regards, Ben Smart, Royal Mail" I kindly request this information to be provided on your official letterhead for my records or included as an attachment in your email for forwarding to the relevant departments. Despite my previous request to customer service for a letter explaining the parcel situation, it has not been received yet.

Hello Royal Mail Customer Service, I am Adam Balint from Budapest, Hungary. I am awaiting a package sent via your International Tracked and Signed service with Tracking no. RN[redacted]51GB. The last tracking update was 10 days ago, indicating that my item had reached Langley HWDC. There have been no further updates and my package has not been delivered yet. I am getting worried. I placed an order on Amazon last Sunday, March 8th, but missed the delivery on Tuesday. After two unsuccessful attempts to redirect it to the post office, I finally scheduled a redelivery to my house for Saturday. Even though I received a confirmation email this time, the package did not arrive as expected. The RoyalMail website does not show any updates on my redelivery when I enter the tracking details. Despite my efforts to contact RoyalMail by phone, the automated system is unhelpful. I fear my parcel might be lost as my claims on the website have not been successful. Hello, I sent a package from my local post office at 10:30 a.m. on 15/03/20. The package contained 2 limited edition coins - one £2 and one £5 coin. The lady at the Senghenydd Caerphilly branch said I had to pay 83 pence for postage on the envelope. The buyer emailed me saying that the package arrived in a clear Royal Mail package with the envelope damaged and one £5 coin missing. I packaged the coins between two pieces of card sealed with parcel tape, making it impossible for just one coin to go missing unless the package was tampered with. I would appreciate it if this could be investigated further. I am willing to provide any additional information needed. Thank you, K.H.

I reside at Flat 2, 2 Crawford Close, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 8EW. On Wednesday, March 25, [redacted], a parcel was supposed to be delivered to me at 01:46 pm but was sent to a wrong address. After thorough investigation, it was revealed that the parcel was delivered to the wrong recipient at Flat 2, Spring Walk, instead of my address. Despite contacting various neighbors and delivery personnel, the parcel has not been located. I placed an order with Royal Mail for a parcel that was supposed to arrive this morning. Regarding tracking number LX[redacted]01ES, this is regarding an order for shoes from Spain. Initially, I arranged for delivery to my office; however, due to the current office closure amidst the Coronavirus situation, I missed the parcel delivery on Friday, March 27th. I have been diligently trying to locate the parcel, but with no success. I have reached out to the supplier in Spain, yet they were unable to provide assistance. The tracking number was provided to me on the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days as per their website. It has now been over two weeks since placing the order, and my parcel has not yet arrived. The last update on the Royal Mail website states that the parcel was being prepared for dispatch on March 18th and is currently in transit. Today is already April 1st, and the package appears to still be in transit without leaving the country.
