Hello, I bought three Roku Ultra LT devices. Two of them work perfectly in my house. The third one, which I installed at my boyfriend's place, is having issues with the streaming channels option disappearing from the menu. We tried resetting the Roku to factory settings and re-entering the information, which temporarily brought back the streaming channels option. However, it disappeared again the next morning. Can someone assist with this issue? Thank you.

I bought three Roku Ultra devices. Two work great at my home. The third one I set up at my husband's home with T-Mobile home internet. The streaming channels option appeared briefly in the menu section but disappeared soon after. I reset the Roku to factory settings, re-entered all the information, and the streaming channels option reappeared. However, this morning it was gone again. I need assistance with getting the streaming channels option to stay in the menu section. Thank you for your help.

On Saturday night, I bought the Ryan Garcia fight on the app DAZN. We tried two different cards because the first one didn't seem to go through. Since the Roku TV is under my name, we attempted to use my card. It appeared to process, but when we tried to access the fight, it prompted us to pay again. Due to it being a Saturday night, we reached out to DAZN via email. I received a response instructing me to contact Roku instead. I'm reaching out to request a refund for the boxing match we were unable to watch. Additionally, I want to confirm that the initial card was not charged as well.

I don't own a Roku device, yet I am being charged monthly for Paramount+. I'm uncertain how this subscription started; it could have happened when I was on vacation and used someone else's Roku. I am unable to locate how to cancel this subscription. Can somebody please assist me with this issue? I attempted to cancel via the Paramount+ website, but it directed me to cancel through Roku instead. Any guidance on how to stop this billing would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulties cancelling my Peacock+ subscription. Today, I noticed another charge of $4.99 through Roku for Peacock+. Despite my efforts to cancel through Roku, my account indicates that I do not have any active subscriptions or free trials. I have tried canceling both on the computer and using the Roku remote on the TV without success. Although I can "remove the channel," the subscription remains active, and I continue to be billed. This issue has consumed a significant amount of time, far beyond the usual 10 minutes it should take to cancel. Could there be a problem with the cancellation process?

My brother bought this Roku TV in September [redacted], but it stopped working in January on Super Bowl day [redacted]. The TV won't turn on, and when I press the power button, it blinks and goes back to a black screen. I'm unsure what the issue is. Unfortunately, my brother passed away in October [redacted], and I don't know where he purchased the TV aside from it being delivered by FedEx. I recently discovered some unauthorized charges on my debit card from Roku, a service I do not even use. I have been trying to get in touch with Roku for days now to resolve this issue, but have had no success in speaking to a real person. The charges have resulted in our card being overdrawn and incurring a $35 penalty fee, causing major inconvenience when my wife had to go grocery shopping for our dinner and baby supplies, only to have the card declined. I need to arrange a payment as my bank account has been frozen due to suspicious activity. I will be one week late due to this issue. I currently only have a learner's permit, but I have opened a new account for my direct deposit which will be available on the first of June. I am being charged for a service I do not have with Roku. They continue to deduct money from my account, and this is not the first occurrence. I do not understand why I am being charged for a service I do not want. This issue occurred years ago, and I believed it was resolved. It is frustrating that there is no option to speak to someone over the phone about this matter. I cannot afford to pay for a service that I do not use or know anything about.

My Roku Streaming Stick 4K, Model 3820RW with serial number X[redacted]5SY8, was functioning properly until yesterday when it displayed an error message [redacted].30 stating it was "unable to connect to wireless network". Despite multiple attempts of reconnecting, resetting the router, and restarting the Roku player, I could not establish the wireless connection. I repeated these troubleshooting steps to no avail. My internet provider is Spectrum, and there have been no recent alterations to the service. I attempted to seek assistance through the Roku Customer Support website, but it was unresponsive. I have a Roku Express 4K remote that worked fine on all my TVs in Maine and Florida. However, recently, after upgrading my TV, the Roku remote stopped working on the new TV. I have tried unplugging and plugging everything back in and even replaced the batteries, but the remote still doesn't work. I prefer using the Roku remote instead of the bulky LG remote with too many buttons. Can someone please assist me in getting my Roku remote to work with the new TV again? Thank you!

I recently renewed my HBO Max subscription just two days ago. However, after the release of Max, I expected the renewal to carry over seamlessly. Unfortunately, upon checking, my renewed subscription did not reflect, leaving me in a situation where I might need to pay twice. I believe it would be fair to either refund me for the duplicate charge or offer me a complimentary month of service to compensate for the inconvenience. Thank you.

When I set up my first Roku, I made sure to carefully note my email and password and even took a screenshot with my phone. The activation code was sent to that email on my phone. I repeated the process for my second Roku, and both are working well. However, when I now try to access my Roku account, it states that my email or password is wrong. I have attempted this four times and visited their help pages, but I am confident they are correct. I need to verify if my husband, who has difficulty reading, may have unintentionally subscribed to any services. Thank you.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement related to Roku and various subscriptions that I did not make. The charges include $11.99 for CBS on 3/13, $15.49 for Netflix.com on 4/24, $14.99 for He Live on 4/24, $5.99 for a Roku channel on 4/24, $4.99 for Peacock on 4/24, and $11.99 for CPS on 4/11. I did not order any movies and only use my Roku for free channels. I need these charges credited back to my account. I discovered that I have two Roku accounts, and my fubo subscription is linked to one of them. After resetting one account, I realized the fubo subscription is not connected to it. I cannot recall the email or password for the second account, which I suspect is registered under [redacted] Unfortunately, I'm unable to access this account. When seeking support, the phone number redirected me to a website that sent me to a service called ask, and after spending $55, they informed me they cannot assist with Roku accounts. I require assistance to access or delete this second account to manage my fubo subscription. Thank you.

In September, when I attempted to access live college football games, I was directed to CBS Interactive TV. To watch, I signed up for a supposedly free trial, with the option to continue or cancel later. Despite canceling, I have been continually charged $5.34. I no longer receive the games I desire and simply want to terminate this subscription to halt further payments. Refund is not necessary; cessation of charges suffices. How can I cancel to end the ongoing payments?

I paid Roku $50 through PayPal for a two-year subscription, and now they continue to deduct $10.79 from my account. The initial $50 payment was made using my debit card. I am unsure of the whereabouts of the original $50. I previously spoke with Benny, a Roku technician, regarding a service interruption and provided my contact information. I am seeking assistance from the billing department and would appreciate a prompt callback. I have the PayPal invoice number and payment date available. Roku customer service had initially offered me the two-year subscription for $49.99. I kindly request a prompt response. Thank you in advance.

I am having trouble accessing the Spectrum app on my Roku box. An error message appears asking to restart Roku and try again with error code RLP-[redacted]. I have attempted this numerous times since this morning without success. All other Roku devices in my home are functioning correctly, but the Roku Express 4K connected to the Scepter TV in my bedroom is not allowing us to watch TV and keeps displaying the mentioned error code.

My Roku is having trouble connecting. A pop up keeps appearing saying to check the connections, even though everything is properly connected. This issue started unexpectedly since it was working just two hours ago. Usually, there's a message about connections at startup but pressing OK resolved it. Lately, the screen freezes, and I've reset the device and the remote. Interestingly, there are no issues with the Roku in the bedroom. Any assistance would be welcomed.
