I bought a catalytic converter from Rock Auto, had it installed, and the next day heard a new rattle. The mechanic said it's defective. Rock Auto requires purchasing a new one, returning the faulty converter for inspection before issuing a refund. I'm worried about not getting my money back. Although I understand the process, I need reassurance that it will work out.

I received my order from rockauto.com, and unfortunately, my package was damaged. The box was opened, the plastic wrapper on the parts was torn, and the paperwork was missing. One of the parts seems to have been dropped on concrete, as there is a gouge on the bottom of the ball joint. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with my orders. The packaging was incorrect and poorly taped, leading to the damage. As a result, my car is currently out of commission, and I needed these parts urgently for repairs. I am now concerned that I will have to wait an additional week for a replacement to be sent. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I recently purchased a coolant reservoir part RB [redacted]–[redacted] for my [redacted] BMW 535i from your company. Unfortunately, when I received the package, I noticed that the nipple was broken. Upon checking the box, I discovered that the part itself was also damaged. I followed the return policy and shipped the broken part back to the address provided. However, I have not received any confirmation that it has been received or any information regarding a replacement being sent out. I am eagerly awaiting the replacement part as I need it to fix my car. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my return? I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with a return and have not received any response from RockAuto. I purchased a left tail light for my [redacted] Mazda, but received one from a different model. I initiated the return process on the website and sent the item to the provided address in the United States. The package was received by Erica on 11/7/[redacted], but I have not received any updates or resolution. I am looking to exchange it for the correct tail light for my vehicle, but unfortunately, I am unable to establish communication to address this issue.

After having two rear wheel bearing assemblies installed on my [redacted] Lincoln MKX AWD, I encountered a problem with the left wheel bearing freezing up only 7 months and 5,[redacted] miles later. It seems that the bearing might not have been properly lubricated at the factory. I used Raybestos bearing and hub assemblies with a lifetime guarantee, specifically parts with part number [redacted] bought from RockAuto. Despite their offer to replace the assembly, I had to buy a new one locally to have my car operational. I am seeking a refund for both the faulty part ($80) and the labor cost ($[redacted]) to replace it.
