Order number [redacted]66 for Part Number PACESETTER [redacted]. I attempted to process a return but mistakenly marked the part as installed. It was never installed as it does not fit my [redacted] VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG 3.2L V6. The part is one inch too short and does not line up with the exhaust. I am unable to correct this error to complete the return. During shipment, the part number label was damaged as something tore through the bubble wrap, so I cannot confirm the part number.

RockAuto, I recently ordered part#[redacted], a right upstream A/F sensor Bank 2 sensor 2 for a Toyota RAV4 2.0 motor. I intended to only purchase one for a little over $[redacted].00. However, I received four instead of one. I only require one, and if needed, I can return the extra unopened sensors. I usually use my debit card for purchases and never encountered issues until now. I have been a loyal Rock Auto customer for five years. Unfortunately, the two shocks I received had no charge on them, rendering them useless according to my experienced mechanic, Dr. Rob. I have previously made returns without any issues, but processing a return for these two shocks has been challenging and time-consuming. I am hoping for a refund promptly so I can purchase functional shocks and get my S-10 back on the road. Apologies if my frustration has come across strongly, it has not been a pleasant experience.

I am unable to communicate via phone. I placed an order for a Dip Stick tube, part number [redacted], for Anna Patterson at [redacted] UShwy [redacted] Pineville, KY [redacted]. Although I never received the item, a tracking number indicated it was not delivered to me. Despite Federal Express's unsuccessful search for the item, I have waited a month without any resolution. I have since obtained the part from another vendor but was still charged on my credit card. Federal Express mentioned that the issue would be referred back to your company. I tried to order a part using Darrell's card, but it was denied. I then tried to use my card, and it was also denied. Eventually, Darrell's neighbor ordered the part successfully. However, the bank shows that the orders went through on both Darrell's and my accounts, resulting in three duplicate parts being on the way. We decided to keep the part ordered by the neighbor. The other two parts have not arrived, and the bank has stopped payments on our two cards. It would be helpful to have a conversation with someone regarding this issue. I recently ordered a brake booster for my [redacted] Mercury Cougar XR7 from your website. Unfortunately, the part I received does not fit my car. I am looking to return it, but the return shipping cost is $69.00, which seems unfair given the situation. I purchased brakes, rotors, and calipers for my [redacted] VW Jetta TDI. I've started working on the car and have disassembled the driver's side. However, when I attempted to install the new rotor, I noticed that the inner hole is too small for the screw to attach to the bearing. The diameter of the new rotor is about an inch smaller than the old one. I will have to return these two rotors and exchange them for ones that will properly fit my car.

Order #[redacted]30: Unfortunately, both Centric brake drums received were defective. I had to get one turned, incurring extra expenses, and the other is beyond repair. Unfortunately, contacting customer service has proven futile. Moreover, I am unable to print the return label. As a loyal customer, this disappointing experience may lead me to look elsewhere for automotive parts. It's been two weeks of trying to resolve this issue to no avail.

Recently, I made an order that was supposed to arrive on Friday, then Saturday, and now today, Monday. After contacting FedEx on Monday, I discovered that the package was still at their facility. As of today, Tuesday, the parcel has still not been delivered, as of 2:33 pm.

I'm confused about what's happening with my orders on Rock Auto. In the past, I could order parts without any issues. However, recently, when I try to place an order, I receive a message saying that they can't ship to my address because it requires separate sales tax payments to state and city governments. They mentioned complying with state taxes but not being able to handle city taxes in areas where they don't have a physical presence. Does this mean I can't shop with them anymore?

I recently purchased valve cover gaskets for my [redacted] Corvair, Mahle part number VS28294. The gaskets arrived with the correct Mahle part number VS28294, but the box indicates they are for a GMC truck, which will not fit my Corvair engine. It seems there might be an error on your website regarding the compatibility of these gaskets. My order number is [redacted]32. I require the appropriate gaskets, and if Mahle does not offer them, I am willing to accept Fel-Pro as an alternative.

On December 1, [redacted], I purchased a fuel injector hose repair kit for my [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] 6.9 liter diesel engine. However, the diverters did not seal properly. After measuring, I discovered the top hole was slightly larger than expected, and the O-rings were narrower. I suspect I may have received the wrong kit. I opened the packaging and installed the parts, but I reused my hoses and clamps. Unfortunately, fuel is now leaking worse than before. Could you please send me the correct diverters and O-rings only, as I have already used the clamps and hoses from the previous kit. Thank you.

I submitted a rebate claim for Autolite spark plugs but have yet to receive my rebate. I have Order #[redacted]62. In October, I received an email confirmation stating they received my proof of purchase box ends and that the rebate would arrive in 4-6 weeks. However, I have not received it. Upon contacting them, I was informed that they were acquired by another company and have no timeline for mailing out the rebate cards. This lack of communication has left me dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing spark plugs from them in the future for myself or my family.
