I returned two parts in the same box they arrived in. I bought two return labels from RockAuto during the refund process. I placed the two parts back in the original packaging, attached the shipping labels, but was only refunded for one part. Both parts were in the box I returned. My order number is #[redacted]52.

Hello, I recently received an order but found that one part was missing. I submitted a replacement request online, but mistakenly selected the wrong part number [redacted] instead of [redacted]. The replacement part has not been delivered yet. My order number is [redacted]49. I am unsure if I should reject the incorrect part upon arrival or request a return label. I recently purchased a master cylinder for my [redacted] Plymouth Fury with a [redacted] V8. Unfortunately, the item I received was incorrect. While the part number on the box matched what I ordered, the actual part inside had a different part number and was the wrong part. The bore size and bolt pattern do not match what I needed. I have already returned the order once, but received the same incorrect part in the same box. I am requesting to return this part again for the correct one, which according to your website should be part #MC27047. Could you please ensure that the part inside the box matches the number on the outside? Thank you for your assistance.

Order # [redacted]67 from RockAuto.com: I have been trying to process the core return for the UO 7-[redacted] carburetor to get the $75 core refund before the 12/7/19 deadline. Unfortunately, the order status page does not have the option to initiate the core return as expected. Hello, I placed an order (#[redacted]38) on December 3, [redacted] and selected 2-day shipping. Although I received an email confirming that part of my order has been shipped, it is now December 7 and the tracking information from DHL indicates that the package has not been picked up at the facility yet. I would appreciate a refund for the 2-day shipping charges. I have already filled out the order problem form to ensure that I still receive the part, but I do request that the shipping charges be removed. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

I purchased three different parts here, including a [redacted] CV axle for a Toyota Camry, a [redacted] Mitsubishi Eclipse water pump, and a [redacted] Hyundai clutch kit. Additionally, I need to return my brake calipers due to a $50 core charge. The return shipping costs through FedEx are excessive, leaving me with concerns about losing the $50 refund on the calipers. Can a return label be provided for the calipers to facilitate the process of returning them? I am eager to initiate the return of these parts to recover my expenses.

I have encountered an issue with my recent order #[redacted]86 regarding the Exedy clutch kit. I bought a [redacted] Datsun [redacted] that had been unused for 19 years and I am doing a complete body-off-frame restoration. Following the purchase, I realized the engine had been swapped to a 1.8L instead of the original 2.0L. Due to this change, I mistakenly purchased a clutch kit suitable for the 2.0L engine instead of the required 1.8L one. Although it is past the return period, considering my significant purchases totaling around $[redacted] and more pending orders, I kindly request an exception. I submitted the order for an EXEDY clutch kit (#DKN06004) on Saturday, but I have yet to receive a call regarding my purchase. The issue is that I mistakenly ordered the kit for the wrong motor. I am currently rebuilding a [redacted] Datsun [redacted] pickup from scratch, and the original 2.0L motor was swapped with a 1.9L, which led me to ordering the wrong clutch kit for the 1.9L motor instead of the necessary 1.8L one. I understand that I missed the return date, but considering I've sourced most of my project parts from your store, including some unlisted ones, I'm hopeful for an exception in this case. I am writing to inquire about my order of a radiator mount lower bracket with the order number 1 2 6 7 9 1 0 3 2. I placed the order on December 5th at 10:45 AM and chose overnight shipping. Despite it being December 10th now, 5 days later, I have yet to receive the package. I am unable to track it through FedEx, and my truck has been immobile since Thursday awaiting this essential part. I ordered brake parts on August 4, [redacted], with order number #[redacted]52 (rotors, brake calipers, and brake pads). Everything was shipped correctly, but I have yet to receive a refund for the returned brake caliper core. I recently placed an order for a water pump and two radiator hoses. I paid extra for expedited shipping, aiming for delivery by Friday. However, upon checking the expected shipping date, it shows Monday, December 16th, which is not acceptable to me. I appreciate Rock Auto's parts and prices, but I am extremely frustrated with their chosen shipper, FedEx. I have been waiting for four days for a radiator delivery, with multiple delays and changes in the scheduled delivery times. Despite the radiator being only 70 miles away in Rialto, CA, it has been redirected to different locations, causing unnecessary delays. The latest update shows it en route from Palmdale to Barstow, where I am located. This ordeal has left my car stuck in the garage, as I cannot move it without the radiator. Unfortunately, this is not the first time FedEx has caused issues like this for me. In the spring of [redacted], I bought a starter part number [redacted] for my 07 Sebring 2.4L. Unfortunately, it stopped working on 12-11-19. I took it to AutoZone, and they confirmed it was faulty. I tried to process a return on RockAuto's website, but I couldn't find my email or phone number in their system. We have bought multiple parts for our vehicles from RockAuto in the past. I had to purchase another starter from a junkyard. I believe there is a 2-year warranty on the starter, and I would like to return it for a new one.

He purchased a starter from AliExpress that has "Rock Auto" stamped on it for a Komatsu dozer model from [redacted] or [redacted]. We are interested in streamlining our part orders using QuickBooks. Is it possible to obtain an Excel file from RockAuto that contains a list of all parts? I purchased an aftermarket O2 sensor for my [redacted] VW, but the check engine light came back on despite resetting it. Ordered a replacement part but had no success. Multiple repair shops suspected the O2 sensor but couldn't confirm. Eventually, we took it to a VW dealership two hours away and paid $[redacted] for a diagnostic. They said the aftermarket sensor was not reading correctly and recommended an OEM replacement with part number 06J-[redacted]-262T. I have already submitted a return request and am hoping to buy the OEM part from you, willing to pay the price difference. I appreciate any assistance you can offer.
