My son and I recently reached out to you for help on 6/16/23 and we received top-notch assistance. We were in the middle of a phone survey when we got disconnected. Bruce from Customer Care was incredibly patient in helping us resolve our issues. Personally, he is the FIRST technician who has ever explained things to me in simple terms I could understand. As a senior, I cannot stress enough how crucial that is. Bruce (Wayne?) was remarkably professional, pleasant, and a joy to talk to. Please convey my gratitude to him for helping me successfully install the replacement chime he ordered. Thank you, Ms. J. Barber

Hello. I am a user in Nigeria. I have a Ring device at home, allowing me to view my house remotely on my iPhone using the Ring app. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and had to download the app on my new iPhone. Since then, I have been unable to log in as the app keeps showing an error message saying, "cannot log in now. Try later." I have contacted US customer care twice, but the issue remains unresolved.

Hello, I need assistance with two Ring flood cams that have not lasted long. Yesterday, I called support and followed all troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Wi-Fi is working, wires are intact, and there is power to the light. We are disappointed with the durability of the cams. I'm having trouble connecting my Ring doorbell to WiFi. Despite turning off Smart Switch on my Android phone and ensuring WiFi calling is disabled, the Ring WiFi network doesn't appear in the available networks list. We've attempted various troubleshooting methods like resetting the WiFi and restarting our phones with no success after ten days of trying. Any assistance beyond the standard online resources would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble rebooting the live video on my wired front doorbell. I recently had to reconnect my internet, and now when I try to reboot the doorbell, it just shows a solid blue light flashing six times, followed by a short pause. It has been stuck in this loop for about two hours, and I am unable to proceed with the setup process. Even though it says it is in setup mode, it seems to be frozen digitally. I would like to fix this issue without having to reboot my internet again, as that was quite troublesome. Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I have my Ring Doorbell 3 installed at my residence #[redacted], Phase-9, Mohali, Pincode [redacted]. The Ring app is on my Apple iPhone 11, and the doorbell is working fine. I recently bought a new Apple iPhone 14 and attempted to install the Ring app, but it says the doorbell belongs to a different owner, even though I'm the same owner. I need this error fixed so I can access the Ring Doorbell on my new phone and see who's at my front door. Also, I reset my Alexa Echo on my new iPhone 14, but the doorbell data hasn't transferred. I have been using Ring devices for over 4 years, and they have always alerted me when a car passes by or when a branch moves. Recently, I contacted Ring support in the UK to raise a complaint, but to my surprise, they refused to address my concerns and even banned me from further support. They directed me to their community forum, which was filled with dissatisfied customers, but I was unable to log in. I am incredibly frustrated with this experience, and I have decided to cancel my subscription with Ring. It's disappointing that such a previously reliable service has let me down in this manner.
