I made a reservation for a rental car through Rentalcars.com. When I arrived at the rental car desk, everything was smooth and hassle-free. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement after returning the rental, I noticed charges from both Hertz for the full rental cost and Rentalcars.com. Upon further inspection, I realized I was supposed to present a voucher at the rental desk. I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid to Rentalcars.com.
