I recently got banned from a game I enjoy playing. I purchased Robux for the game yesterday and used it today. I got banned because I was wearing clothes that weren't allowed based on the game's rules. While others were also dressed as characters from the game, they singled me out. I am upset as those clothes were all I had for my character in that role-playing game. My username is guest051471, and the game is Dragon Ball RP: Successors. Today's date is 6/21/[redacted]. I really don't want to be banned; I've never faced this before, and I truly love this game. If possible, could you please unban me? If not, could I at least get my Robux refunded? I worry I won't play Roblox anymore if I don't get unbanned. I've also noticed the same person who banned me was dressed like characters from the show, making me feel unfairly treated. I'm anxious about potential further bans and may consider leaving Roblox if this issue persists.

There was this player in Roblox while we were playing Bloxburg. She asked to build her house, and I agreed. I tried setting a budget but ended up unwittingly donating money to her. When I asked for it back, she refused and became rude. After some back and forth, I realized the misunderstanding and gave her all my in-game money to build my house, which she didn't finish. She then coerced me to delete my house to use the money, but I refused due to my hard work. In the end, she took all the remaining funds, leaving me upset and feeling guilty. I tried reporting her without success. This experience made me hesitant to play the game.

I'm having trouble logging into my Roblox account. Despite resetting my password and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I keep getting logged out unexpectedly. While exploring the features, I came across a friend on the ant team and clicked it, only to be redirected to a small obby game that led to a chess game where I got automatically logged out. I encountered a similar situation when trying to review another player on the ant team and accessing their game, resulting in another unexpected logout. I attempted to log in twice, receiving a message that I was kicked from the game but would receive Robux in 12 hours. I'm hoping to get a new password to resolve these issues. Hopefully, Roblox can assist me with this problem.

Roblox isn't working for me at the moment. I've attempted to log in, but it just freezes without an error message. I haven't been able to play since Christmas. I also bought robux during that time, and now I can't access them. I hope this issue can be resolved as I really enjoy purchasing robux. I'm sure there might be others experiencing the same problem. Hello, I am an 11-year-old named Katia. While playing the game "Trade," I encountered a player with the Sinister Branches, an item I really wanted. I decided to initiate a trade with him. I offered my Purple Wistful Wink and around [redacted]-[redacted] robux. The first trade he proposed was exchanging my Purple Wistful Wink for his Ninja Bandade, Violet Starry Face, and 70 robux. Trusting his promise to then give me the Sinister Branches, I accepted. However, he then requested [redacted] robux and the blue Starry Sight, giving me only the Ninja Bandade and Violet Starry Face. Despite my suspicions, I followed his instructions to sell the Violet Starry Face. Left with only the Ninja Bandade, he pressured me to purchase shirts from his roblox group. I bought one for [redacted] robux but he insisted on more, eventually blocking me. My account, Kenjjustine, was hacked through a Roblox game where I unknowingly shared my password in exchange for free Robux. Despite reporting the game and contacting Roblox's customer service via email at [redacted], I have not received any helpful assistance in recovering my account. Roblox's customer service response, suggesting I check my spam or inbox for an email from [redacted], has not yielded any results. For the past two days, I was hacked and lost access to my builders club on Roblox. Fortunately, my limited items were not taken, but everything else was compromised. The hacker spent around [redacted] Robux on in-game currency, pets, and transactions in Bloxburg, transferring the assets to their account. They also interfered with games that do not allow transfers. I have identified the individual responsible, who has confessed to their actions. I have gathered multiple screenshots as evidence but am unsure of the next steps to take in resolving this situation.

I am experiencing an issue with my old account that occurred a few months ago, and I am seeking assistance to recover it. The incident happened while I was playing a game and accidentally clicked on a tab with a suspicious "free robux" game. Although I did not play it, I noticed later that some of my valuable items were missing from my account and had been traded. Upon entering the game, it prompted me to enter my username. After doing so, I returned to Robot X but found myself logged out. Subsequently, I discovered that I was also logged out on my Roblox mobile app. Despite entering the correct username and password, I continue to face login issues. My Roblox username is ICEEvivi. I suspect my account password has been altered as I encountered mentions of other players in the game claiming that you were present, however, upon checking, only one other person was in the game. The game in question was titled "Get Free Stuff by Finishing a Game." I was creating a YouTube video on this topic inspired by other Roblox gamers.

I am a girl, and I can prove it's my account because the inventory has girl stuff like animations, hair, faces, clothes, and back accessories. The hacker, a boy, used my items to pose as a boy. My best friend, moonsnowstar, also uses Roblox and may have contacted you about this issue. She can verify my identity as we have known each other since kindergarten, have the same phone number, go to the same school and class. Another friend, Marlene_OMG, has Roux. I admit my pw was easy to guess, which led to the hack. Please address this situation.

I have an account under the name ImaBigfatHackeryo and I purchased 4,[redacted] Robux. Despite trying various verification codes, I am unable to access my account. I have been playing Obbymastermega and have lost the money spent on it along with about 1 to 2 years' worth of progress. As a 10-year-old, I should not lose all my progress. I believe there must be logs somewhere that could help in resolving this issue. It would be greatly appreciated if you could search for these logs and assist in recovering my password. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts, contacting through phone calls and Hangouts has not yielded any results. While playing a drawing game on ROBLOX, I encountered three girls who were drawing inappropriate things and using cheat methods to get answers. They also used foul language that was not family-friendly. Our group kicked them out and reported their behavior. Another girl in the group contacted a moderator. I have a screenshot of the incident. I have been waiting for over 48 hours to hear back from Roblox regarding Ticket [redacted]8. My daughter's account was hacked. We purchased a $50 Roblox card on Sunday, June 23, [redacted], to join Builder's Club, only for the hacker to drain $44.05 to buy R$4,[redacted] Robux and transfer R$4,[redacted] to their own account. I have enhanced security measures, but I am seeking Roblox's assistance in refunding the stolen amount or providing an Annual Subscription to Builder's Club for my daughter's account to prevent future theft.
