I have an account associated with the email provided for contact, but I need assistance with a different account. I tried to join a game named "donate robux" but was unable to as I didn't have a shop. The game directed me to create one on the Roblox website, set pricing for t-shirts, then return to the game. I couldn't recall my password, so I attempted to reset it, but the account was linked to my mobile number for verification. Despite entering my phone number, I haven't received any reset codes, leaving me locked out of my account. Losing access would be unfortunate as I've invested money in this account regularly. I'm hopeful for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I was part of a group, but unfortunately fell victim to a Robux scam. My account, cutegril_gamer71, was compromised when I entered my password in a game. After being logged out, I contacted the account from my alt account, imsus_123lol, but the new user refused to return it, claiming she thought it was inactive. It seems like my account was compromised in Adopt Me as I discovered that my valuable pets and items were traded away without my knowledge. The unauthorized trade took place in April, although I have not logged into the game since February or March. The user responsible for this is @oxauri. I am requesting assistance in retrieving my lost items. While playing Pet Simulator X on Roblox, I encountered someone who proposed a pet raffle through Discord. The user, demonz #[redacted], shared a link to a supposed private event page. Despite noticing some irregularities with the link, I proceeded and ended up on a deceptive page resembling Roblox. Believing it was a Roblox error, I entered my account details. Within minutes, I lost access to my Roblox account due to falling victim to a phishing scam.

Hello, my account was recently deleted after being accused of "stealing an account," which I did not do. I am eager to have my account reinstated. The username is KelvoTheBestYT, and Roblox is one of my favorite games. My little sister's birthday is tomorrow, and I had a gift for her in my account that was deleted. What happens if my daughter's premium account is not returned to her? They suspended the account, and when she was able to use it again, they didn't return it to her. I had bought the Premium and 80 Robux extra with you, and now they return it with nothing. What's going on? How can this be resolved? It feels like a scam. They keep asking kids to buy Roblox, then they suspend the account for any reason and return it without the premium. My daughter's account is Enid_[redacted]89. While enjoying Brookhaven, a message popped up indicating an error (same account launched from other device error code [redacted]). After clicking okay, I was unexpectedly logged out. Subsequently, I either forgot my password or suspect it has been altered by someone else. Interestingly, signs of a possible hack surfaced when my character's appearance transformed from yellow skin in R6 to blonde hair and new clothes the next day. Concerned about the security of my account, I wanted clarification that it was indeed a hack and not a ban. My username in the game is daisy_Amber24.

I paid for a £20 credit to a Cs*Roblox account on 16/4. The amount was deducted from my account on 18/04; however, I have not received the email containing the credit. I have been trying to contact customer service via email but have not received a proper response. The phone number provided seems to be unreachable. She was contacted by an unknown player who manipulated a trade involving her friend's "Mega Neon Unicorn". Unfortunately, the pet was not returned to her as expected, leading to distress. I kindly request an investigation into how the unauthorized trade was initiated on behalf of my daughter, resulting in the loss of the pet. The names and timestamp related to the incident are as follows: - RobloxEmma_TKDE: My daughter, initially traded the pet to her friend but did not receive it back. - linashoki: Emma's friend, who witnessed her player name in the trading window but did not receive the pet back. - The attacker remains unidentified. The incident occurred on May 25th at 08:58 PM. The trade details can be verified in the trading history of RobloxEmma_TKDE. Upon checking my card and Apple Payments, I noticed two charges from Roblox Premium. After requesting and receiving refunds, I encountered an error when trying to access my Roblox account on Xbox. A moderation note on the Roblox website stated that my account was banned/suspended for [redacted] days due to unauthorized/disputed charges. Confused, I submitted an appeal form to Roblox support. Eventually, on May 19, [redacted], I received an email with a ticket number and their contact number. Today, on May 27, I am reaching out to them to expedite the process of having my account reinstated.

I need help with a trial in the game Bloxfruit, playing as dracule_mihawk. I visited the Bloxfruit Discord server seeking assistance and encountered a user named J.A. (NTWRKx) who offered to help me for free. He shared a Bloxfruit join link which redirected me to Roblox's site. Subsequently, I was unexpectedly logged out and found my password "Ceykan2007" invalid. Alarmed, I questioned if my account was hacked, to which he admitted and demanded [redacted] robux for its return. Can someone please track this player and access my account? The username is possibly changed to Ceykan_78 with the password altered.

My account was recently deleted. I have reached out and explained the situation multiple times via email. Let me elaborate once more. While playing Korblos Headless Hangout with my friends, I unknowingly pasted a word that I didn't realize was inappropriate. It seems someone was offended and reported me. This has happened before due to my unintentional use of such words. I was never informed that these words were problematic, and I was under the impression I was being reported for no reason, leading to repeated bans. There is a user named ahmed_xox300 who pretended to be a family member and somehow obtained my cousin's information. They requested [redacted] Robux from me, which I sent, thinking they were my cousin. After realizing it was a fake person, not my relative, they took the Robux, blocked me, and left. Now, they are on the game server with items they shouldn't have purchased with my money. I am not seeking a refund but kindly ask for an investigation into this situation to ban the account permanently. The user, ahmed_xox300, also goes by the name X[redacted]2x. I'm attempting to switch my email on Roblox back to the previously verified one because the current one got deleted. I reached out to Roblox support, asking for assistance with this matter. Unfortunately, it took a turn for the worse when Roblox locked me out of my account by changing the password. My phone number wasn't helpful in logging in or resetting the password. Roblox claimed they couldn't verify my ownership due to the absence of an associated email or purchase information. Despite providing evidence of the verified email and purchase history, they still couldn't help. I suggested sending a verification email to my prior email for confirmation, but they insisted they had already tried everything. I've since reiterated my case, asking for further assistance and resending proof of purchase but have yet to receive a response.
