I've been dealing with a hacked account issue for nearly two months. I've been attempting to recover it for almost a month now, but it has proven to be a challenging task. The hacker reset my password, leaving me unable to access my account. To reset the password, the system requires a two-step verification code, which I unfortunately do not possess. I kindly request that the platform remove the two-step authenticator so I can regain access to my account and set a new password. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was recently logged out of my account and noticed the verification method was changed to the "Authenticator app" without my authorization. I do not have the app, which is causing difficulty accessing my account. I would like to revert to receiving verification codes via email and regain access to my account. I received a 1-day ban, however, I believe it was unfair to be banned along with my brother. The boy I was accused of harassing, who falsely claimed the girl in the tycoon game was his girlfriend, did not face any consequences. I apologize for my remarks, even though he should have been banned. I referred to him as a clout chaser because he insisted it was a video, which was hurtful to me. My username is Princesslover2090, and my brother's is xXDyllanDudeXx. The boy's username is Tjsocool346, and the girl's is eatingstinkycooters3. They were in a relationship, and I simply wanted to inform you without causing any problems. I accept the 1-day ban and regret my actions towards him. Thank you.

Hello, I recently lost access to my Roblox account, Leylou2020. After regaining access, I noticed a significant decrease in my Robux balance from 9,[redacted] to [redacted] due to unauthorized transactions when my account was compromised. I took various security measures such as changing my password, enabling 2SV, logging out, scanning my computer, and removing suspicious Chrome extensions. However, when attempting to use my account, I received a message indicating suspicious activity. Despite my efforts, I was disconnected and had trouble logging back in. I eventually regained access through a password reset link sent to my email. Despite contacting Roblox for a refund due to the Robux loss, they stated I was ineligible since I had been refunded once before for a similar issue. I proposed a solution to retrieve the lost Robux from a previous hacking incident but received a standard response without addressing my suggestion. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from Roblox and attempted to contact them by phone but couldn't due to unavailability in my country (France). However, I only received [redacted] Robux instead of the full [redacted]. There was a security breach on my account. I received a message notifying me that someone else was accessing my account from a different device, but I initially thought it was a technical error as it had happened before. Upon being informed by a friend that my outfit had changed, I discovered that some of my robux were missing. I suspected they were spent on a game, so I changed my password and reviewed my recent game purchases, specifically in "Adopt Me." Unfortunately, all of my valuable pets were gone. I traced the trade history, identified the accounts my pets were sent to, and reported them. I have screenshots of the profiles if needed. I have taken all necessary steps and hope for assistance in recovering my lost items. Thank you.

My account was deactivated because I unknowingly posted an image that violated Roblox's policies. I respectfully request that Roblox reinstate my account. I am still unable to resolve my issue. I am unable to access my Roblox account with the username Lazraz456. I have attempted to reset the password using my email, but I have not received any instructions in my inbox. After playing Roblox on my phone, I turned it off. When I tried to play again later, I was logged out of my account. Despite entering my account information correctly, I couldn't log in. I then tried to verify my number and input the code sent to me, but still couldn't access my account. I suspect someone might have used my number for their account as I also received a random code. Hello, my username is yuxin168. Someone altered my profile description to a threatening message and replaced my in-game items. I am 10 years old, and my dad's username is wellimem234. His email is [redacted], and his phone number is +1 [redacted]. Since my email and phone were not linked to the account, it's been compromised twice. We recovered it the first time using various passwords, but we couldn't regain access the second time. During gameplay, I was suddenly disconnected while my friend could still play. Upon realizing I was logged out of the game page, I understood I was hacked.

Recently, my Roblox account, AnonymousTypes, was hacked, and it seems like the email and password were altered. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the previous email linked to the account. However, I can provide billing information. The issue at hand is that I bought Robux on two separate accounts, but I've forgotten which purchase corresponds to each account. Additionally, I deleted the Google payment receipt from my email, leaving me with only the activity list from my Google account detailing the purchases, which are all mixed up.
