One day, I was playing a game when another player offered me a free pet because they were uninstalling Roblox. I gave them my bee and they said they would show me the pet they would give me in return, a neon dodo. At first, everything seemed fine until they said they would return my bee. We were in the middle of the trade to swap my bee for the dodo when they suddenly left the game. I made a mistake and knew I was going to be scammed, but I've always been fond of dodos after seeing them so many times in the game. I also really want a cow, so I was going to trade the dodo for a cow. I believe it's a fair trade, but things didn't turn out as planned.

A person deceived me and took my Roblox account valued at 45,[redacted] Robux. The Roblox account in question is Ghost_F2k18XXx. The individual and I were supposed to swap accounts. I handed over my password as agreed, and he did the same. However, he asked me to input his email into my account, unknowingly granting him access to it. This situation upset my son greatly, causing him to cry incessantly. He was devastated, having lost all his progress and connections on the platform. My son, a passionate Roblox player, eagerly engaged in the account swap process via Discord, only to fall victim to a scammer. As Spanish speakers and residents, we seek assistance for my son, a Roblox enthusiast who endured the loss of his beloved account due to a heartless scam.

Hello, on Roblox, the prices of Robux are high. I don't want to ask my parents for €[redacted]!! For more Robux, the maximum is 10,[redacted] for €[redacted]!! Sometimes the prices for premium on certain maps are very high. I would like Roblox to have small contests on specifically developed maps, like an obby with 3 levels: easy, medium, hard. For example, easy = 5,[redacted] Robux, medium = 10,[redacted], and hard = 15,[redacted]. Two contests available each week on separate days. Robux to enter must be purchased, but a system prevents entering on the same day purchased. After the obby, players need to pass tests to confirm success based on difficulty. Limit of 4 entries on the first day and 3 on the next each week. This may never happen, but it's a clever idea! Enjoy, it would be successful because players like me who can't buy Robux would love this project. It's a marketing idea where you are not directly making money, but gaining success. I need assistance in recovering my hacked account. My username is monsterhighsss, and it is linked to [redacted] While playing the game "da hood", I was offered 40 million "da hood cash" by someone who directed me to a Discord server. After clicking a link that led me to a website asking for my Roblox login, I was abruptly logged out of my account. Upon creating a new account to investigate, I discovered someone else had taken control and spent my 15,[redacted] robux. They altered my avatar and email to something that starts with R. My mother's email is [redacted] I am devastated and seeking help to reclaim my account.

I received a ban for a comment I now realize was inappropriate. When I made the remark, I was with friends and we were joking around about another player's large default avatar. I've just been unbanned and I regret my previous actions. I have a clean track record with very few offenses. I am requesting a warning instead of a ban as a punishment. I recognize the seriousness of the situation, especially as a first-time offender. I understand the ban, but I believe my words were misunderstood. Regardless of it being a joke, I deeply regret my behavior. Having little history of misconduct, it would mean a lot to me to be able to keep enjoying the game. Is there a possibility of receiving a reduced penalty? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My Roblox account recently indicated that it had been marked for deletion, but according to Roblox's information, it takes around 30 days for the account to be permanently removed. Despite filling out the support form multiple times, I have not received any response. The reason stated for the deletion was supposedly due to the username, which I had never been warned about before. I created the account a long time ago, and I acknowledge that my behavior at that time was inappropriate, but it does not reflect my current mindset. I have expressed my apologies and willingness to change the username with Robux if given the opportunity to retrieve my account, as I have invested both money and time into it. I am eager to recover my account and would greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Please address this matter seriously. Recently while my sister was playing Roblox, an individual made hurtful comments about our brother who has autism. Though we don't know this person in real life, they proceeded to mock our brother's condition. In response, my sister engaged in a heated exchange filled with inappropriate language and insults. While I'm not requesting to regain access to the account, I am concerned about the user "Jasoncountry123" who was also involved. It is crucial to determine if they were banned for their harassment and misuse of admin privileges, including muting everyone except themselves on the server. If necessary, action should be taken against them for targeting my brother and creating a hostile environment that affected more than just my sister. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a game designed for children like Roblox.

I was blocked on my alternate account by someone who is speaking negatively about me on a different server. I don't understand why I am now unable to join that person on my main account. There is no connection between my main account and theirs, so it's frustrating that I can't access that server. I would appreciate it if Roblox could address this issue and not get involved in personal disputes that they do not fully understand. It's important to handle these situations more professionally. I hope this matter gets resolved soon.

I have recently been experiencing a series of unfair moderations on my account. I have received multiple warnings and was banned for one day on Thursday, March 2. As of now, I am banned for three days due to alleged "illegal content" in the shirts and pants I posted on the platform. Despite ensuring that my designs are appropriate, I keep facing bans and warnings. I have appealed these decisions but have not received any response, not even an automated email. I fear that these repeated unjust actions by Roblox may lead to the termination of my 6-year-old account for no valid reason. I simply wish for my account to be unbanned and for moderation to be conducted more fairly. Other creators I follow have also faced unwarranted takedowns, showing that I am not alone in this issue. I am a small creator working independently, and I just want the chance to continue creating and developing my account and group.

My account was hacked, and unfortunately, I lost my Gmail receipts for the purchases. I still have some emails, particularly a support email that clearly shows my email was used to contact them, and they reset my account for me to regain access. This email is the first and only one I have used. Although my account has been hacked multiple times, it was always recovered. I have tried contacting support several times, but they keep asking for receipts that I no longer have and cannot retrieve.

Hello, I have encountered a small issue. Yesterday, I purchased a Roblox gift card. While attempting to scratch off the protective coating with a coin, I inadvertently scratched too hard and removed part of the code. Despite this, I can still make out some of the numbers and letters. I am willing to send you a photo of the gift card for verification purposes if needed. Hello, I was hacked on Saturday afternoon around 3:50 PM. I noticed it when I checked my Adopt Me inventory and everything was gone. When I checked the trade history, I saw that all my items were sent to someone I don't know. I don't understand how this could happen as I was at work. I only realized it in the evening. I've changed my password, enabled two-step security, and also changed my Google password. Please help me, I would like to recover all my items. I had some rare items. Thank you.

My account was recently hacked by someone who changed the email associated with it, preventing me from accessing it. I invested a significant amount of money into this account and am eager to regain control. Initially, I believed the hacker was offering to sell me an account without a head, and after attempting to purchase it, they claimed there were payment issues. Despite sorting out the payment, the hacker demanded more Robux and threatened to withhold my account until further payment was made. Despite paying the additional amount, the hacker still hijacked my account. My account username is 74kJason, and I have been tirelessly attempting to recover it. On March 6th, [redacted], while trying to play Roblox, I noticed a message stating that a rule had been violated regarding sexual content creation. The next day, my account was deleted, likely due to this violation. Despite having two-step verification and a pin, someone was still able to access my account. Recently, my account was compromised, and I lost valuable items like lime green shaggy, blue eyeroll, bucket, lime green hair, pink shaggy, and more. While I was playing a game, my limited items vanished, and in return, I received cheap limited items. Despite being a dedicated Roblox player for a long time and spending a lot on the platform, I have not received any assistance regarding this situation.
