My Roblox account doesn't display the Roblox I purchased. I spent $[redacted] on Robux which are missing. I need help getting them back. I'm frustrated as the $[redacted] I paid is not reflected in my account. If you don't resolve this, I'll have to leave Roblox permanently and report your game for what seems like deceptive behavior. I used to have more Robux, but now I only see 7, although you added only 5 Robux.

My daughter's Roblox account got hacked while she was playing Bloxburg. She was kicked out of the server and when she tried to rejoin, it said "this user's account is currently active." After multiple failed attempts, she was able to log back in only to find all her progress and in-game currency gone. She's put in 2 to 3 years of hard work building her structures, and I've supported her with Robux purchases. While we understand that her creations may be lost forever, the time and effort it would take to rebuild is daunting. We need assistance in resolving the hacking issue and possibly recovering the lost resources so she can rebuild the world she dedicated years to creating.

Recently, I experienced a concerning situation with my Roblox account. Despite trusting my best friend with my login credentials, I found myself logged out during play and unable to access my account. Upon attempting to reset my password via email, I discovered my email had been removed from the account. Through communication with an individual who had taken over my account, I learned they had purchased it from a website for $5. Despite losing a significant amount of valuable items, including clothes and accessories, the individual insisted the account now belonged to them. This experience left me feeling upset and led me to create a new account, resulting in a substantial financial loss. While playing, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. It seems someone gained access and altered both my email and password. I've been attempting to regain entry with no success. I received an email suggesting a password reset, yet when I try to revert my account, it displays an "error" message. To compound matters, the login process requires a "2-step verification code" which cannot be received since the email linked to my account was changed. I kindly request assistance via email to facilitate the email reset procedure. My Roblox account is under the name C0LDLOV33. I still have access to the original email associated with the account.

My previous account, "maeghan2001," was hacked. I had it since [redacted], and I had my ID on there for voice chat along with all my items. I clicked on a link, and the hacker gained access, changing my password. I've created a new account, "Christina_1934," and would like assistance in retrieving my old account. The hacker removed my email from the original account, causing me to be led to the alternate account. If recovering the old account isn't possible, I would like my items transferred to my new account and the ID unlinked from the old one for the voice chat feature.

My 9-year-old, Isaiah, accepted something on his Ben 10 account, possibly a skin for [redacted] robox. Unfortunately, he lost all the robox his father purchased for him, leaving him upset and confused. I reported the issue and even deleted the skin, but he still hasn't gotten his [redacted] robox back. It's frustrating to see my child so distressed. Hello, it's Ariana Grande-Butera. Recently, while watching fan-made edits, I decided to try playing Roblox for the first time. I chose to play the Ariana Grande Sweetener World Tour game but got confused about Robux. I purchased $[redacted] worth and expected it to appear shortly. After returning from a meeting four hours later, the Robux hadn't arrived, and the money had been deducted from my card. I have been struggling for the past 5 hours to reset my account password. I tried all my email addresses, but only one works. However, it's not verified for password reset. I also tried my verified phone number and family's numbers for a code, with no success. I've read many Roblox articles but none helped. I wonder if the Roblox team could assist by finding my password or providing the linked email for me to reset it. This would save me the trouble of traveling to ROBLOX Corporation Headquarters.

Hello, my account was compromised because the password was changed without my knowledge, and now I can't access it. I was attempting to make a trade with a user on Traderie, a platform popular among Roblox players, believing it to be safe. However, after clicking on the link to the person's profile to initiate the trade, I found myself logged out on both my laptop and phone. When trying to reset my password, only my secondary accounts, used for creating videos for fun, are being displayed, not my main account, which is under the username ordinarymissliyah101. A similar incident happened two years ago, but I managed to regain access by resetting the password through my iPad. Unfortunately, I don't have access to my iPad now as I recently underwent surgery for appendicitis. I noticed unauthorized activity on my account, particularly in the game Adopt Me, and I'm worried that items may have been taken from games like Royale High and Bloxburg, which are my main areas of play.

My daughter (donutdog909) tried to trade items in Royale High but fears her account was compromised. She offered an item, and the other player shared a Roblox username. They mentioned my daughter could access the item through a Youtube channel or a provided link if the username showed as all hashtags. When she clicked the link, it briefly displayed the profile before logging her out, seemingly leading to her being hacked. Shortly after, her in-game items disappeared, and she was unable to log in despite entering her correct details.
She has had the account since [redacted], put in a lot of effort and money, and is devastated by the potential loss. We seek help to recover her account and address the situation. I am having trouble accessing my account as it keeps saying my password is incorrect. When attempting to reset it using the email associated with the account, I do not receive the email notification. While using the app, I attempted to make a purchase from the shop. However, after clicking on the item, I encountered an error message indicating I could not buy it. Upon checking, I initially had [redacted] roebucks, but upon logging off and back on, the balance showed [redacted] roebucks. I was away from my computer when I received a ban notice for a violation. It stated that I was kicked because someone else was using my account. Normally, I can log in after a few tries, but this time it stated I was banned for seven days for breaking a violation. I don't use the Roblox chat feature often, and when I do, it's usually just to say "good game" and similar phrases. I'm confused about how this happened. I created my Superpinkheart account back in [redacted] using the email [redacted]. I later changed my screen name to "Mayonnaise" after the option to add screen names was introduced. Unfortunately, on March 30, [redacted], my account was compromised by a hacker who changed my password, verified email, phone number, and screen name to "bubu." They also unfriended my best friend, Pickles_llama (screen name Mayonnaise). The hacker's email starts with [sit] and ends with @[hotmail.com].
I received a 2-step verification code ([redacted]) for Roblox on March 30, [redacted], from Zurich, Switzerland, and another email from Frankfurt, Germany. I have also received numerous verification emails, with the earliest one dating back to July 21, [redacted].
I have made in-game purchases like the Ship Tycoon gamepasses and "Sticker Packs Pass!" from Royal High. I kindly request my account to be restored to its state before the hacking incident, including the email [redacted] and phone number 1+[redacted].
I am concerned about losing my account and Robux due to this security breach. I have screenshots of my protected account and 2-step verification emails as proof of ownership. Roblox, please assist me in securing my account again.

A few days ago, I tried to access my account but couldn't. While my username "amitusagiv" remained the same, the phone number I usually use for logging in ([redacted]) was changed by a hacker. The hacker not only altered the phone number but also added a new email address to take control of my account. After negotiations on TikTok, the hacker allowed me to change my login details back briefly, except for the PIN number. However, the hacker has regained control of the account again today. While playing Adopt Me, I planned to do a trust trade to give someone a valuable item in return. However, a girl claimed to be the "scammer police" and started harassing me even though I hadn't begun the trade and had no intention of scamming. She tried to turn the server against me, but fortunately, other players supported me and told her to stop when I clarified I wasn't a scammer. To avoid any issues, I decided to walk away, but she continued following me, making threats and even coming to my in-game house. I felt unfairly targeted throughout the situation.
