I am hoping to have a fun day with Robux. I was promised a password for my account within 24 hours, but I have not received it yet. I need to figure out how they will verify my identity. I am frustrated with the customer service representative I spoke with as they were unhelpful. I need to talk to someone with more authority and knowledge who can assist me properly. I will not stop until I get the password I was promised since I have already paid for it. I refuse to deal with the unhelpful representative any longer and demand to speak with someone more competent. I am determined to resolve this issue and receive the password as soon as possible.

I had trusted that your team was honest, but after realizing you are not genuine and are taking advantage of people, I regret ever spending money here. I suspect a scam and need to report it. My Roblox account was inactive due to personal issues, leaving me homeless without a computer. Shedletsky sent a trade request during this period: a [redacted] Robux item for over 19,[redacted] Robux worth of items. This seems highly suspicious, especially given the circumstances. No one would accept such a trade, even if the account had been active. I kindly request appropriate reimbursement by restoring the items to both accounts, if feasible.

I am a paying member with the account AWFordJr1975, creating content like shirts and pants for games. Some designs go through, but others get flagged incorrectly. Recently, I attempted to upload a lime green set with no images and got a warning about nudity, which was not accurate. I have faced warnings before for my own art that is not inappropriate. I believe some moderators are making mistaken judgments. Can you investigate and confirm that my content does not violate any terms? Hello, I would like to request a ban appeal for my Roblox account named Adjustxble. Here is what occurred: while building a mansion in Bloxburg, a girl intruded into my house once I finished. I then blocked her from my plot due to her behavior. Her bike got stuck on my plot, and although I initially didn't return it, I later respawned it on her property as I felt remorse. A bystander witnessed this and mentioned reporting me. There was a minor altercation involving my friend, not me, which I distanced myself from. The individual who reported me appeared to already have negative feelings towards me as he had taken my motorbike without permission in a previous game session. Despite experiencing worse treatment from others, such as name-calling and unwarranted blockings, I hope for the reinstatement of my account. Thank you for considering my appeal.

I'm encountering an issue when attempting to join - an error code [redacted] keeps appearing, but it's different from the usual red prompt at the top. This problem is also affecting my brother, who uses a different console and account. Despite logging out and restarting my laptop, the error persists. Prior to this, there were occurrences where an error message would pop up at the bottom giving the options to retry or cancel. Choosing retry never worked, while cancel kicked me out. For my brother, it has been three days of being unable to exit the game due to lag. Even after shutting down the computer, the problem persists. The Wi-Fi signal shows 4 bars, and all other devices, except when I'm on Roblox, are operating normally. My account name is ZoeFM2, and my brother's is kaiam101. I am hopeful that both our accounts and the games we enjoy playing will be restored to normal soon. Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I reached out to customer service seeking assistance in removing a PIN that was placed on my account, xiParissHiltionix. Unfortunately, my attempt to do so led to my email becoming unverified and my password being changed. I understand the need for caution, especially since I couldn't provide the original email address. The account was actually given to me by a friend on ROBLOX a few years ago. I have lost touch with her since then. I recall receiving a gift card from my boyfriend last year, using it to purchase TBC on the account. I'm afraid of losing all the progress and sentimental value associated with the account. Starting over is not an option for me, and the situation has been causing me a lot of stress. My son, NathanTheBestDude47, experienced a hacking incident by the username JAKEY2008LOL. This person, after Nathan declined to give out his password and Robux, managed to access his account at around 8:40pm. They changed his password, avatar, and proceeded to unfollow, unfriend, and block users. Nathan had [redacted] Robux in his account, and he is eager to have them refunded with some interest. Moreover, as a concerned parent who has supported our accounts for years, I kindly request assistance in recovering access to Nathan's account and the missing [redacted] Robux, preferably with some additional compensation for the inconvenience caused. After making a purchase of Roblox blind bags, the free item codes were mistakenly redeemed on the wrong, less mature account instead of our main account where we have made substantial purchases. We frequently buy these blind bags for the codes, and we require the items to be transferred to the correct account promptly. If this issue is not resolved, we may consider returning the items to obtain new codes and seek an exchange. Today, my friends Z and A, along with myself (PattyPup), were enjoying the roblox game "Person299’s Minigames" when cyberbullying occurred. Three players, S, A, and Q, spread lies about Z, including false claims about his sexual orientation. They also made derogatory comments about our weight. We were all online at the time. Another player, T, assisted us during the incident. Despite attempts to reach out via customer service, we were unable to resolve the issue. Z has sent an email with video evidence. While playing Bloxburg, an online friend offered to give me Robux but asked for my password. After attempting to share it without success, I changed my password. However, when I sent the new one, my friend claimed to be going to sleep. Concerned she might still have my password, I tried to change it again without success. While in the trade hangout, I encountered an individual who approached me, asking to be friends. Agreeing, I followed him into a game where he instructed me to complete an obby and provide my details. Unfortunately, upon doing so, I was abruptly kicked out of both the game and my account, with the password altered. Subsequently, I had to create a new account and added my original one as a friend. Upon conversing, he proposed returning my account in exchange for robux, specifying a deadline. His username is "IGee12," while mine is "chloebunny[redacted]89." My sole request is to regain access to my account and have him banned from Roblox.
