During my exam today, I encountered a technical issue near the end. Despite having half an hour left, the site kept displaying errors when I tried to move to the next question. After contacting Tech Support, an agent provided me with the number [redacted] to regain access to my exam, but the problem persisted even after going through the process again. Another call to Tech Support resulted in the advice to wait for half an hour due to ongoing technical difficulties. Despite numerous attempts over the last hour and a half, I have been unable to resume my exam. I was close to completing it and would appreciate it if it could be submitted and graded, or if I could reschedule without additional fees, as the issue was not on my end. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

I had scheduled an exam within a specific timeframe, only to later secure a new job requiring me to relocate to another state two days prior. This means that I now have to make a lengthy drive from Central Arkansas to Phoenix on the very same day my exam is set. I tried to reschedule the exam for the following week due to these unforeseen circumstances, but encountered difficulties as the system did not permit me to do so. Regrettably, there appears to be no available method to reach out to the company to clarify my situation. Cancelling the exam would not only result in wasting a significant amount of money, but also all the time and effort I've put into preparing for it.

I am attempting to reschedule a test that was canceled by Prometric the day before my scheduled exam. I contacted Prometric at 1-[redacted] and spoke with Courtney, who advised me to reach out to ETS for a fee-waiver. After contacting ETS and receiving the fee-waiver, I called back Prometric as instructed. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to receive assistance from Courtney and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours, which did not happen. Subsequent follow-ups with Courtney on Monday and Wednesday were also unfruitful. This morning, Thursday, my call was put on hold by Courtney for an hour before being disconnected. I am frustrated as I am just trying to reschedule my exam that was not canceled by me. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and believe feedback regarding Courtney's professionalism and customer service skills may be warranted.

I am Dr. Fatima Faisal Khider from Sudan, scheduled to take the specialist obstetrics and gynecology exam in Dubai on April 26th under confirmation number [redacted][redacted]. Due to the ongoing war in Sudan and the closure of Sudanese airspace since April 15th, I am unable to make it to Dubai for my exam. I am currently trying to cross the borders but won't be able to attend my appointment. I have attempted to reschedule but have been unsuccessful. Per INBDE guidelines, I must schedule the INBDE Day 2 exam within 7 days following INBDE Day 1 and within my current exam eligibility period. During the room scan and ID verification process, I mentioned I lost my government ID but had my school ID and a photo of my government ID. I have been working without a CNA certification in New York since December [redacted]. I was initially hired through reciprocity from Alabama, and my current certification from Pennsylvania, provided by my company, is set to expire in November. I have not worked in Pennsylvania, nor do I hold a CNA license in New York. I was made aware of this situation a few weeks ago and have been relying on my facility to address and resolve this matter. I wanted to let you know that I was unable to use my Syrian passport for the DHA dermatologist exam scheduled on May 18th. I am requesting an exception to be able to use either my Syrian passport or Qatari ID as I do not possess the necessary Emarati residency due to my passport being from a sanctioned country. Hello, I had an exam scheduled for 11:15 and entered the ProMetric system in advance. After waiting for an hour, I finally connected with a proctor, only to have the proctor leave me when I inquired about rescheduling and how long I could wait. After receiving a link, I suggested proceeding with the exam, but the proctor became irritated, stated they would connect me to someone else, and advised me to exit the application and try again. I'm unsure of what to do now. Should I continue waiting? I have other commitments and cannot dedicate multiple hours to this exam. Is this extended wait time typical for connectivity? Am I entitled to a new voucher to reschedule the exam? I now feel disoriented about having to sit for a 90-minute exam.

Today, I had a scheduled LSAT at 1:30 CT. Despite waiting for 2 hours, I encountered issues with the Proctor U system and was unable to join the exam. The last proctor I was with was Esau Z., who unfortunately could not help resolve the situation. I was never able to start my exam, and I am frustrated as I paid for this. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation nor did it reflect on my account. I made two additional attempts to set my time/date at separate intervals with no success, even trying on various devices. I am uncertain how to confirm my scheduled time/date. I am inquiring with Prometric regarding the availability of a test center for the MCCQE1 exam in Calgary, Alberta, during the session dates between Jan 24 and Feb 21, [redacted]. Visiting their website today, I noticed that the only open test center for this period in Alberta is in Edmonton. As I live in Calgary, I am hopeful that a test center may open here before the exam dates. Given that it is currently August and my eligibility to take the MCCQE-1 ends on Mar 01, [redacted], I am eager to know if additional test centers, specifically in Calgary, will become available for the Jan - Feb [redacted] session.
