I am Elie Al ASSWAD, and I recently took my physiotherapy exam with QCHP for Qatar Health Practitioners in Beirut, Lebanon. After seeing my scores on the screen, they were unable to print my score report due to technical difficulties. Qatar now requires this report, but Prometric has not been responsive to my emails and calls, telling me to wait. This delay is frustrating as my employer in Qatar needs my results. California time at Prometric Test Center: # [redacted] in Orange County - Anaheim. I was reviewing the entry requirements, which include wearing a mask and complying with COVID-19 guidelines. Unfortunately, due to being exposed to my Daughter and Son In Law who tested positive for COVID-19, I am unable to take the exam as scheduled. I had an exam planned for Saturday, 12/18/[redacted], which was canceled yesterday. I had a specific reason for scheduling it on that day and now need to take it before Christmas Day. Since I couldn't wait for a resolution, I rescheduled my exam for Thursday, 12/23/[redacted]. As per your system, due to the rescheduling within seven days of the exam, I had to pay a fee. I request a prompt reimbursement for this fee because of your cancellation. Additionally, I would like to be compensated for the extra [redacted] miles I'll have to travel to the new exam location.

I have been attempting to reach someone for the past 48 hours. Every time I call for assistance, I struggle to connect with a representative and either end up in limbo or get disconnected. When I arrived for my Loan Originator exam 2 days ago, I was informed that my test was scheduled for 1 a.m. instead of 1 p.m. Consequently, I missed the appointment and was advised to pay for the exam again and reschedule. I am frustrated by this situation as Prometric is not operational at 1 a.m. When I booked the appointment, I did not expect, and still do not expect, that there would be an option to schedule exams during closed hours. I have been persistently trying to resolve this matter since Tuesday but have not managed to speak with anyone yet. NMLS has acknowledged that it is unfair for me to be charged again for the exam, given that it would have been impossible for me to take it at 1 a.m. I urge you to promptly reply to address this issue.

Hello Team, I recently created an account on Prometric to schedule my exam for SEE PART 1 Individual on February 8, [redacted]. After successfully making the payment and scheduling my exam, I received an email confirming the payment. However, I encountered two issues with my Prometric account. Firstly, I have not received a payment confirmation email from Prometric. Secondly, after logging in, instead of seeing my name at the top, it displays "PROFILE" and prompts me to fill in details like address, date of birth, and PTIN number. Despite filling these details correctly, I receive an error message when trying to save and continue. I am T.F. I took my prometric exam on December 7, [redacted], in Gaborone, Botswana, at Botho University. My confirmation number is [redacted][redacted]. The test was for Registered General Nurses in the Department of Healthcare Professions - MOPH, State of Qatar. I received an email stating I passed with 57%, but my employer needs a certificate or printout, not just an email confirmation. I did not receive a printout at the test center. I have been trying to obtain the results from the Department of Healthcare Professions in Qatar without success. My employer doubts the authenticity of the email result as my colleagues in South Africa received printouts. I have been given a number to call for assistance, but I have been unable to get through. I kindly request your help in obtaining the certificate or printout on my behalf as I am facing challenges getting it on my own. Your assistance in communicating with the responsible authorities would be greatly appreciated as I am at risk of losing my job.

I need to inquire about rescheduling the AZ state law exam. Currently, my exam is set for 5pm today in Topeka, Kansas, however, the severe snow conditions make it impossible for me to reach the testing site due to accidents on the interstate. Considering the closure of government offices and school cancellations, rescheduling seems like the safest option. My concern is about incurring fees again, the $65 and $29.50 charges, in case I have to reschedule. Additionally, I am curious if there would be any waiting period or issues associated with canceling, especially since many others seem to have done so today due to the weather. Could I possibly reschedule without facing additional charges in light of these circumstances?

As an African-based physician, I've been attempting to schedule the remotely proctored OMSB Ophthalmology examination but have been unable to locate the necessary input fields, such as requested test, name, selecting remote testing, and choosing a test date. Clicking on schedule only leads to test locations with no option for remote testing. I visited Prometric.com/proprocter and was directed to the Remote testing portal. However, upon clicking, I only see a test run option, which shows my system is [redacted]% compatible. To proceed, I tried to download the Proproctor software, but it requires an exam confirmation number. Since I haven't booked the exam, I'm unsure how to obtain this number. Do I need to first book a physical location exam to receive a confirmation number in order to schedule the remote exam? I went to the testing center in Greenville, NC on May 6, [redacted], to take the Praxis Math CKT [redacted]. However, upon checking in, I noticed the test code was actually [redacted]. I informed the workers, who had me wait while they confirmed with the front desk. After some back and forth, they mentioned both tests were the same, despite my insistence that it was incorrect. This experience was stressful, and the confusion added to my nerves during the exam. I would appreciate if my test could be marked as passed for the Praxis Math CKT [redacted].

Hello, I've submitted CNA Re-certifications several times, but the letters I received state that the applications lack required signatures or the applicants have not signed the forms. The forms were signed by the DON, and there is no signature area for the CNAs. This situation is frustrating, and these individuals need to be re-certified promptly. It took over a month to reach someone at the agency, which is another problem that needs addressing. There is a lack of availability to discuss these issues with anyone. The CNAs requiring certification are Shelley Washburn, Mary Jane Harvey, Shannon Rogers, and Marissa Hernandez who also had a name change. Assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. I encountered issues during my testing prequalification activities with four different online proctors. Unfortunately, my interactions with them were not satisfactory. One proctor had a lot of background noise, making it difficult to hear, while the others had poor English skills and seemed unaccommodating. The proctors I dealt with were as follows: 1) unknown, 2) Santiago Medina, 3) Angelina Mogar, and 4) Catalina Bonnet. Despite having a good internet connection speed of [redacted]/23, and setting up my testing area correctly as instructed, I faced continual disconnections with no explanation. I was never given the opportunity to take the test and now feel compelled to share my negative experience on social media. Unfortunately, due to my lack of trust in the online services, I will have to travel 50 miles in the future to take my test in person.

I recently visited the Bethesda testing center on 11/10/22 to take the Title Producer test. Unfortunately, I did not pass. When I attempted to reschedule my exam two days ago, I encountered issues with my eligibility number. After contacting Prometric customer service, I was advised to reach out to the course provider for a new eligibility code. Interestingly, the representative mentioned that the current code should be valid for up to 6 months and noted similar complaints from other test-takers. Despite this information, I am still facing difficulties when trying to schedule my exam online. I attempted to do so this morning without success. I am attempting to set up an account to enroll for an exam. However, upon receiving the code in my email and attempting to submit the page, I am repeatedly notified that "The Password and Re-enter Password do not match," though I am certain they do. Subsequently, when I retry to create the account, I am informed that the email is already in use. Strangely, when I attempt to recover or modify the password, the system claims the email is not recognized. This situation is quite perplexing.

This morning, I was scheduled to take my CFE investigation exam. Unfortunately, I encountered a technical issue where the system prompt requested me to "please wait for a proctor," but no proctor appeared. After seeking assistance from Maria, who suggested trying a different laptop, I attempted four laptops with the same result. Further communication with Maria through online chat revealed a technical issue was to blame. I am concerned about facing a similar problem during my exam tomorrow. I am eagerly awaiting a response regarding a refund I've requested. My exam was cancelled twice, and I had to pay $85 to reschedule for the last available time before Christmas break, falling within the 1-4 day period. Despite submitting the refund form four times, I have not received any updates, with the initial request dating back to December 14th. I am looking forward to hearing back from your team to understand the status of my refund.
