Hello,
I paid for the Florida Laws and Rules (computerized) course through CDCA on April 28, [redacted]. I am hoping someone can assist me with this issue promptly as I aim to take the test by May 15th. I am willing to provide any additional information needed; my email is [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I have had to cancel my SAFE MLO National Test three times now, and when I try to reschedule through Prometric.com, the system says my "Confirmation ID# is INVALID." I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes today before being disconnected. I need urgent help rescheduling my exam as I have a job interview next week. I also tried contacting support through the CONTACT form, but it won't process my request, showing an error about the Subject Field, even though I filled it. Please assist me in rescheduling at any facility within a 1 1/2-hour drive from [redacted] Lombardy Road, Mission Viejo, CA, [redacted]. I am willing to take any available time slot. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I am hoping all is well with you. I have two issues that I need assistance with.
1. I had my FINRA Series 7 exam cancelled. When I attempt to reschedule, which I have previously done successfully, it indicates that my appointment cannot be located. I have ensured that I accurately entered my confirmation number ([redacted][redacted]) and the first four letters of my last name (gigl). Could you please provide guidance on this matter?
2. While the Series 7 test was cancelled, the Series 63 test remains scheduled. As per your website, in-center testing is only available for essential service programs, including financial services programs, with limited capacity due to social distancing protocols. Both tests fall under financial services programs, so I am unsure why one was cancelled while the other was not.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Gabe

I have an upcoming exam scheduled at the Prometric center in Greensboro, NC on May 13 and 15. I have been trying to confirm if the exam will take place as scheduled. Despite my efforts to contact the local testing center, I have been unable to reach anyone at Prometric.
While this location is not on Prometric's list of closures, USMLE.org has mentioned that some test centers were incorrectly marked as open, leading to confusion for examinees when Prometric resumed limited testing on May 1st. Due to this discrepancy, I am hesitant to rely solely on the closure list.
I urgently need to verify if the exam will indeed be conducted at the Greensboro location on the specified dates, as I need to arrange travel plans accordingly.

My GRE test was originally set for June 5, [redacted], in Houston, TX. A week before the scheduled date, Prometric contacted me via email to notify me of the exam cancellation. They mentioned that I should expect an update within 5-7 days on how to proceed with the test. Unfortunately, no further emails have been received from Prometric since then. Considering my university admission deadline is approaching, I urgently need to reschedule the test and provide my scores to the university. I am open to booking at a different location if necessary. Please reach out to me to assist in finding a new test date.

Dear Prometric/ADA,
I am writing to inform you that I, Auvi Tran, faced a sudden stomach illness last night which persisted into this morning, preventing me from taking my scheduled NBDE part II exam on June 16th and 17th. I am seeking assistance to reschedule my exam for future dates as I was unable to do so online within the allocated timeframe. I will be obtaining a doctor's note to verify my circumstances. Despite feeling unwell, I made an effort to reach the testing center this morning in the hope of avoiding the need to re-register and forfeit my exam fees. I aim to complete the exam by the end of the month and have faced multiple cancellations by testing centers due to Covid in the past. Regrettably, I was turned away by the health screeners at the entrance this morning. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in allowing me to reschedule my exam without losing the testing fees.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Sincerely,
Auvi Tran

About two months ago, I applied to Prometric for a proctor position in Bethesda, MD after finding the job listing on Indeed. Prometric scheduled an interview and I accepted, expecting it to be conducted over the phone due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, when the day came, I received no call. I was informed later that I was supposed to appear in person, even though this was not communicated to me. Recently, I reapplied through Indeed and was asked to come to the Bethesda office for an in-person interview. Upon arrival, I was met by Rick, a Prometric employee, who criticized my attire as unsuitable for the job. Despite my experience as a proctor and my reliability, Rick's rude behavior towards me was unexpected. Out of frustration, I used foul language while leaving, which is uncharacteristic of me. I believe I deserve a fair opportunity to work for Prometric.

I recently took a state exam at the Clark Summit, PA office. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional monitors during my test. Approximately 40 minutes into the exam, one of the monitors insisted my mask needed to be higher on my face, even though it was already covering my nostrils due to wearing glasses that would fog up if the mask was any higher. The monitor continued to hassle me about the mask position, making it very difficult for me to focus. In frustration, I had to move my chair back from the desk, remove my glasses, and struggle to read for the remaining hour of the test. Additionally, I overheard the monitors speaking about me during the last hour, which was upsetting. It was disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior from the monitors during a state examination. Taking these tests is already stressful without added challenges. I believe I will need to re-test, but I will make sure it's not at a location with monitors like this one.

Subject: GRE General Test Appointment Issue at ICPNA Miraflores
Hello, I am Mario Alexis Javier Hernando Cubas. I had a scheduled GRE General Test appointment with ETS at the ICPNA Miraflores in Av. Angamos Oeste [redacted] Lima, Peru, on Monday, September 21st at 11:30am (local time). My appointment number was #[redacted][redacted]. Despite arriving an hour early, the test center was closed, and I was not notified beforehand. I am unable to reschedule the test through my ETS account. I have already tried contacting ETS, but I received an automated email instructing me to reach out to the Region 5 - Latin America office. I attempted to call but was left waiting for about an hour with no response. I would appreciate a prompt solution to this issue as I urgently need to take the exam, possibly opting for the home version. Thank you for your assistance.
Warm regards, Mario A.J.H.C.

I am reaching out from the Georgetown Independent School District in Georgetown, Texas. I require an ID number for Prometrics to integrate them into our financial system for our high school students to undertake their CNA exams. Despite multiple emails and attempted calls, I haven't been successful in obtaining it. Our students are eager to sit for their exams. Could you kindly email me a Tax ID number to facilitate setting up Prometrics in our financial system for payment purposes? Thank you.
Sincerely,

I had my American Petroleum Institute [redacted] exam originally scheduled for Monday, November 16 at the Space Center in Houston, TX. Since I had Sunday off work, I wanted to reschedule it for Sunday, November 15. Unexpectedly, the Beaumont, TX location appeared as an option during rescheduling, and I mistakenly paid the $70 fee with my card. The date then reverted back to Monday, November 16, which I missed in the email confirmation. Now, I am stuck with a test location that is further away and on the same day as the previous one, after paying the fee. Can I still use my original test location without changing it again? Is it possible to get a refund for the new test date? I am reachable 24/7. Thank you.

Dear Forum Members,
I want to share my recent experience during an exam session where I encountered an issue with the handling of scratch paper. According to the USPTO guidelines, test takers are allowed four sheets of scratch paper. Unfortunately, I had to turn in my used scrap during my exam instead of at the end, which impacted my ability to refer back to important notes.
I was only made aware of the scratch paper limit during my exam, prompting me to clarify the situation with the proctor. It was inconvenient to have to leave my seat during the exam to address this issue.
I am seeking information on the common practices for handling additional materials during an exam and the procedure for collecting used scratch paper. Furthermore, I feel the need to address the lack of adherence to USPTO guidelines during my exam session.
I appreciate any guidance on how to address such situations and ensure a fair testing environment in the future.
Thank you for your assistance,
N.G.

I have accommodations for a separate room to minimize distractions and anxiety, but the room provided at the Prometric center is even more distracting with a desk right beside a window. This setup allows me to see everyone entering and leaving, causing a lot of disruptions during my exam. Unfortunately, I did not pass. I will be returning and am worried about this issue. I contacted the center to ask if they could make it less distracting while maintaining supervision, but they were unhelpful.
I believe this issue can be resolved by positioning the desk facing the back wall, maintaining supervision while allowing me to focus without constant distractions from people moving in and out of the testing room.

Hello, my name is Kimesha Whitter. I was scheduled to take my state exam today. When I arrived at the center, our instructor, Miss Jerry Parsley, made the experience very unpleasant. She was unprofessional, spoke down to us students, and even insulted us. She yelled and criticized us without even watching us perform the skills properly. I believe I deserve the opportunity to retake my test with a different instructor. I do not want to deal with someone who is disrespectful and behaves like a bully. I would appreciate a response on how this matter will be addressed. Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I am attempting to schedule my test online using my eligibility number. Upon proceeding with the scheduling, I noticed that the personal information on file does not match my driver's license. I want to ensure that there are no discrepancies in names or addresses before scheduling the test. How can I update this information to align accurately with my ID?
I have been trying to reach someone via phone for two days to address this matter with no success. Could you assist me in resolving this discrepancy so I can successfully schedule my test?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Maria

I have exams scheduled in Brookfield, Wisconsin on December 26th and December 28th. I need to confirm that these exams will take place. The tests were initially scheduled for May but were rescheduled by prometric at short notice, causing significant inconvenience. I am taking the exam with accommodations due to a disability, and any last-minute changes will greatly impact me. I hope for assurance that the exams will proceed as planned to avoid any further distress.

My roommate recently told me that he tested positive for COVID-19 on December 15th and was hospitalized. I was last in contact with him on December 12th. My exam is scheduled for tomorrow morning (December 21st) in Mentor, Ohio. Prometric's FAQ mentions a requirement of 14 days from exposure before taking the exam. In my situation, it will only have been around 10 days since contact, and I am not experiencing any symptoms. I am uncertain about the appropriate course of action and who I should reach out to for guidance.

My name is Kaiping Xu, and I had a scheduled CPA exam for Financial Accounting and Reporting on January 2nd at site [redacted], Friend Street in Boston. I received emails informing me that the exam was canceled due to COVID-19 and that the center was closed. When I called the center this morning, the staff mentioned that candidates were still coming to take the exam on January 2nd and they had not been notified about the closure. I am confused about the conflicting information and would like clarification on why my appointment was canceled.
