Hello, I work at the front desk of LaQuinta by Wyndham Lake Charles Casino Area. We have a guest, Mrs. Linda Kelly, who reserved a room for 4 nights through your website and prepaid. She missed the first night, and although the virtual card was charged, we refunded 3 nights. Mrs. Kelly is now seeking a refund of those 3 nights back to her. Because she did not inform us about the missed first night, her reservation was not in the system when she arrived today. Can you assist us with this matter?

She arrived a day late without prior notice, causing her reservation to be marked as a no-show in our system. Her virtual card was initially charged the full amount, but a refund of $[redacted].91 for 3 nights was issued. Now, Mrs. Kelly is paying directly at the property due to the check-in miscommunication. We are reaching out to arrange a refund to her card as well. I am attempting to book a one-way flight from San Diego to Spokane, WA for myself and my children, ages 2 and 4. Each time I proceed to check out, the price seems to fluctuate. Initially, the total was $[redacted] for the three of us, with a per-person cost of $[redacted].99. I have screenshots to verify these prices, which keep changing upon checkout. I am experiencing an issue with a travel itinerary through Priceline under itinerary #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-37. Our plans involved boarding a cruise on The Windstar Breeze in Lisbon, Portugal, on February 28, [redacted]. Unfortunately, Windstar Breeze has been cancelled due to technical problems, and our travel agent informed us about this change recently. Windstar is refunding the cruise along with nonrefundable expenses, including flights and accommodations. To comply with Windstar's request, we need documentation proving the cancellation of our TAP flights listed on the Priceline itinerary. We kindly ask for your assistance in canceling our flight reservations and providing us with confirmation for Windstar without seeking any refunds from either Priceline or TAP. Last night, I made a booking for 8 people using your app and chose to pay with Affirm. The payment went through, as Affirm deducted a deposit from my checking account. However, the app froze during the process, and I haven't received any confirmation emails or details regarding the flights. There is no record of the booked flights in my Priceline account. I am uncertain if the flights were successfully booked and I don't want to inadvertently purchase duplicate tickets. I also require a refund of the deposit if the booking did not go through. We bought car insurance for $80 through Priceline, but Dollar Car Rental would not accept it and charged us $21.00 per day. We want a refund for the insurance we got through Priceline. We contacted Allianz on December 18th, but haven't received a response yet.

Hello, I recently made a reservation for the Battery Wharf Hotel in Boston through your company for one night on 12/31. The reservationist assured me there were outdoor firepits and an outdoor hot tub, but upon calling the hotel directly, I was informed that the firepits are closed and there is no outdoor hot tub available. My mom, T. Williams, booked a room for me at Portland Suites Airport East starting on the 24th. Unable to check-in that night, I informed the hotel I'd arrive on the 25th. Although I checked in late on the 25th, I had to leave due to moving out. On the 26th, I was informed my reservation got canceled. I wasn't too bothered as the cable was out and the pool closed during my stay. Don't want my mom to pay for unused amenities. Thank you.

I made a reservation for West Palm Beach on December 18. Everything seemed fine until I went to the airport on December 27, and the agent told me there were no reservations. They mentioned a payment issue on December 20 to [redacted], but I can't find any emails on that date. Can you please resend a copy to my email address? I noticed that the Indian Wells resort hotel advertises a low price, but fails to mention the $46.00 DAILY resort fee. It would be more transparent if the full cost, including additional fees like resort fees, were displayed upfront. This way, customers can make informed decisions without any surprises when booking. After being redirected to Priceline, I noticed my hotel dates had changed by one day. I immediately contacted customer service and was told to wait until after 11AM for a resolution. When I followed up at 3PM, no progress had been made. The agent I spoke to later was unhelpful and suggested I reach out to more people to resolve the issue. Despite being a frequent Priceline user, I encountered unhelpful customer service. I have spent 1.5 hours trying to fix a simple problem, only to be met with unresponsiveness when requesting further assistance. I simply wanted to know if my reservation could be modified or canceled, but instead, I faced a frustrating run-around and wasted time. At this point, I am willing to pay more to other companies rather than continue struggling with this problem.

I have been struggling to get a refund from Priceline for my stay on the15th. Despite two weeks of back and forth, I'm still being given the runaround. If this is not resolved today, I will have to escalate this issue to corporate. I needed reservations for a 3-night stay and have delayed booking through Priceline because I keep being told it will be resolved tomorrow, only to be disappointed. It appears my business is not valued, but I am determined to prove this wrong. Please resolve this today, so I can make a reservation through you. If not, I will have to take my business elsewhere and escalate this matter to Mr. Keller himself.

My mother is traveling from Delhi, India to San Francisco, USA. Unfortunately, when we tried to book her an airport hotel in Delhi for her layover, we mistakenly reserved a room at a different hotel. We have now made the correct reservation at the Holiday Inn but need to cancel the previous incorrect reservation which was also at a Holiday Inn.

I am currently wrapping up my stay at the Travelodge in the Seattle University district under trip number [redacted]. I have been here for a month and two weeks on this particular trip. Although my new email only displays one trip, a search for Dan Medsker would show around 50 bookings with you annually.
Tonight, my associate Randy Benton made a reservation for me at the Travelodge Seattle University from 12/29 to 1/2 with confirmation number [redacted], listing me, Dan Medsker, as the guest. Since my current reservation extends until tomorrow, 12/30, it is clear that the booking date of 12/29 was a mistake and should have been 12/30 to 1/3.
Randy Benton contacted the hotel and was informed that they would need to speak with a manager tomorrow to rectify the situation. This seems like a straightforward issue to me, but waiting until tomorrow poses a challenge as I am supposed to start work at 7 a.m. on 12/30. I have already paid for two rooms for 12/29 and it seems unreasonable to move all my belongings to the office just to accommodate this delay. Your help in addressing this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

The supervisor named Charm with ID number [redacted] in the Philippines was unhelpful and should be replaced. It's frustrating when companies don't hire Americans. I encountered issues trying to make a booking with the company. I suggest hiring more knowledgeable personnel who can follow the website's advertised services. I've been a customer since [redacted] and this experience is disappointing. It would be beneficial to empower staff to handle complaints efficiently through technology. I had a challenging call experience lasting over 40 minutes. I requested copies of my bookings and a special reservation, which the supervisor was unable to assist with for the Hotel Indigo on Dec 31st - Jan 1st.
