I made an online reservation for an economy room with you. The currency was not specified as United States dollars, and I believe it would have been more cost-effective to book directly in Canadian dollars due to the exchange rate. I assumed your company was reputable. While I understand charging in USD for trips to the US, it seems unnecessary for a Canada to Canada trip. I was informed I could change it for $5 plus a $29 fee. I find this unjust. Could my reservation be honored in Canadian funds for $75? Please advise on how to proceed.

I reserved a rental car through Priceline. However, upon arrival, I was unable to obtain the car due to an undisclosed policy of the rental company. Despite requesting a refund, Priceline's assistance has been lacking. I have encountered difficulties in their attempts to contact the rental company. Even their most recent effort failed with the customer service representative hanging up while on hold. It was frustrating to wait over a week to speak to a representative only to face disconnection. Priceline holds over $[redacted] of my funds yet uses uncertain language like "I cannot guarantee," or "I will try, but can't promise." This level of service is unacceptable. Priceline should be more proactive in resolving such issues promptly. It is unreasonable for customers to bear the consequences of their poor vendor relationships listed on their platform.

As a senior citizen who doesn't travel frequently, I visited Seattle in July and reserved a car from Sea-Tac airport for a doctor's appointment. Despite booking a pickup for 1 PM at 10 AM, I arrived at 12 PM to find a long line of 50 people at Fox Auto Rental, making it impossible to wait and make my appointment. I rented a car from another company and lodged a complaint with Priceline. They promised a supervisor would call back in 10 minutes, but I'm still waiting. My credit card company couldn't refund me because Priceline refuses to refund me despite not receiving the car. I am a senior citizen who doesn't travel often. During a recent visit to Seattle, I made a car rental reservation through Priceline at Sea-Tac airport. Despite scheduling a pick-up time at * PM, the long line at Fox Auto Rental forced me to rent from another company to make my appointment. After reaching out to Priceline for help, no supervisor called back as promised. My credit card company couldn't refund the charge either. On October 1st, [redacted], I reserved an Economy Car Rental and opted for the $11 per day insurance, totaling $22 for two days. When I arrived at the rental car company, they informed me they do not accept Priceline's third-party insurance and required me to purchase theirs. I followed their instructions and paid for the new insurance, expecting a refund of the $22 already charged to my card on October 1st, [redacted].

Hello, we bought tickets through Priceline with trip number [redacted]0. Unexpected family issues have arisen, leading us to shorten our stay in South America. We contacted the flight company to inquire about changing our flights but were directed back to Priceline. Subsequently, we received an automated email from Priceline stating that our flights had been modified, yet no changes were made. The Latam airlines agent advised us to reach out to Priceline for assistance. Our query is whether it is feasible to alter the dates and destinations of our flights. Thank you.

I am requesting assistance with redeeming my $25 shore excursion and resort for a day vouchers as part of the Loyalty Club Membership received during a [redacted] cruise. Despite booking two cruises for October [redacted], I have been unable to utilize these rewards. The first cruise (22-[redacted]4) did not reflect the reward in the booking confirmation, and despite having documentation, I was informed I was ineligible. On the second cruise (22-[redacted]1), the reward is listed but lacks a redemption code. The provided code (WTH19SP10) did not work, and subsequent calls did not resolve the issue. I need to extend my rental car reservation made through Priceline as my pickup time of 2:30pm ET is not feasible due to delays. My flight from Dallas to Memphis has turned back due to technical issues, and we are currently waiting for another aircraft to be assigned for our journey to Memphis. I kindly request an extension on my reservation to ensure I can pick up the rental car later today due to these unforeseen circumstances.

Upon arrival at MCO airport last night, I discovered that the car rental was inconveniently located. We had to wait for a shuttle to Fox rental at 1 am, only to find out they didn't have the car we reserved. They insisted on an upcharge and a $[redacted] hold on a credit card. In a hurry to get our vehicle, we were directed through a car wash, which resulted in our windshield being damaged by the equipment. Despite reporting the incident, we were informed that without involving our insurance, we wouldn't be provided with another car. This experience was disappointing with the level of service offered. I recently spoke with a representative from Super 8 Preston Highway in Louisville, Kentucky regarding my stay on 7/29/19. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned room [redacted], which was not clean. We were subsequently moved to room [redacted] where we encountered several disturbing incidents, including maintenance personnel and other guests entering our room unannounced. Despite these unsettling issues, the hotel staff did not handle the situation well, leading to further frustration. The overall experience was unacceptable, and I felt unsafe and disrespected during my stay. I outlined my concerns with the front desk upon checking out, but the response was unhelpful and confrontational. I am deeply upset by the lack of security and professionalism at the hotel. I made a reservation with ACE Discount car rental through Priceline with reservation number PLS[redacted]. The rental car cost estimated at $78.54 plus taxes and fees of $36.39 totaled $[redacted].93. When I arrived at ACE to pick up the car, they required proof of insurance, which was not mentioned in Priceline's information. ACE insisted on insurance at $20 per day or they would not rent me the car. This unexpected charge doubled my rental cost. I am disappointed with this hidden requirement and hope for a resolution between ACE and Priceline regarding a refund for the insurance expense. This experience may impact my future use of these services.

I made my hotel reservation through Priceline online, but somehow got switched to Booking.com, which I never intended to use. I bought a flight ticket on November 15, [redacted], for $2,[redacted].53 from Colorado Springs, CO, to Abuja, Nigeria. My travel dates were planned from December 21, [redacted], through January 7, [redacted]. The Priceline Trip Number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-19. The Airline Confirmation Numbers are British Airways: WVHEPC and American Airlines: YMVFKX. I am seeking a full refund and interest of $3,[redacted].17 because I couldn't reach my destination due to Airline issues and Priceline's failure to inform me that a Visa was mandatory for travel to Abuja, Nigeria. Initially, I was informed by Priceline to have a valid U.S. Passport and government-issued I.D. It was only upon my arrival in Dallas, TX, that I discovered the Visa requirement. Following instructions from an American Airlines Agent, I incurred an extra $[redacted] for the Visa, thinking it would allow me to continue my journey. However, upon reaching London, I was denied boarding to Abuja and had to return to the U.S. on December 24, [redacted]. This incident had a significant impact on my business. Priceline has refunded the $15 fee, believing it to be their sole charge, but I later discovered this information was inaccurate.

On the 11th and 12th of October, I compared two airfares and accidentally bought a ticket for the 11th instead of the 12th. I ended up purchasing a new ticket for the correct date. This has now led to a complication with my rental car reservation as Priceline's partner can't ensure availability at my destination when I arrive. It's quite frustrating to experience these issues. It seems like Priceline works fine when everything goes smoothly, but handling changes or complications may not be their strong suit.

Upon encountering problems with the rental car, they refused to contact the partner to confirm the availability of my car upon my arrival. This experience has left me feeling uneasy about my upcoming trip, especially considering my limited time at the destination. I made a reservation for a car rental with Thrifty and Hertz. I provided my credit card to secure the reservation. The advertisement stated there would be no cancellation fee, but when I tried to cancel because they wouldn't accept my prepaid card as advertised, they charged my credit card $[redacted] after the cancellation. I am in Canada, where they do not accept prepaid cards, which I feel is false advertising. I would like to be reimbursed promptly. I had two reservations, and I want the money refunded to my prepaid card. Thank you.

I have contacted your company multiple times and also reached out to the hotel corporation regarding an issue. I reserved two rooms via Priceline.com on May 24 for a one-night stay on July 12. Upon arrival at Quality Inn in Beloit, Wisconsin, I encountered a rude and unwelcoming front desk attendant who refused to accommodate my family and me, possibly due to our children. Despite paying for two rooms, we were denied service by the hotel. Priceline assured me over the phone that I would receive a full refund of $[redacted].88. I reserved a room at Days Inn in Lakeland, FL on a flexible plan for my daughter, intending to cancel if I fixed her AC at home, which I did. I contacted Priceline to cancel tonight and tomorrow's reservation but was informed I couldn't. My itinerary number is [redacted]2 under Jennifer Werthman.
