I've had a Postmates account for some time without any issues. Recently, when trying to place an order using my saved card details, I encountered repeated errors despite having sufficient funds and up-to-date information, including re-entering the security code. The error messages consistently indicate that my card is not being accepted or recognized as valid, even when attempting to use different cards that are also valid.
I am concerned about the ongoing Postmates/Uber merger and unsure if my account has been compromised or if there is a phishing attempt targeting my information.

I have experienced numerous issues with my orders, ranging from missing items to deliveries to the wrong address. It is frustrating when mistakes occur, such as not receiving an item like my ranch dressing but still being charged for it. When I contacted Postmates about the missing item, they mentioned that they might not be able to provide further refunds since I have received several in the past. It is important to me to only pay for items I have actually received. The driver's oversight in not verifying the contents of my order should not be passed on to me as the customer. It is essential for the delivery service to address these issues with their delivery personnel.

I recently placed an order for groceries from the Walmart in Utah, specifically the South Jordan location on South Jordan Parkway. After receiving a notification that my order was on its way, I noticed that the delivery driver was at the wrong location in a gated community several blocks away. Despite trying to assist the driver in finding the correct address, he seemed disinterested and eventually stopped responding. When we managed to locate our groceries with the help of a neighbor, some items were damaged, missing, or ruined. This experience was disappointing, especially considering my health condition as an immunocompromised teacher. I have been in touch with Walmart to seek a refund for the mishandled delivery, but the process has been unsatisfactory. While I understand mistakes can happen, the driver's lack of effort to correct the error was frustrating. I placed an order with Postmates on January 20 at 12:32 AM from Pizzeria Napolitan in Barcelona, Spain. Unfortunately, my food from order #6B8C3 never arrived. I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund for the undelivered food. Despite numerous attempts via calls and emails, I have not received any response. I recently ordered food from Covina Burger. Unfortunately, only half of the order was delivered by Postmates. When the delivery driver arrived, he handed me two bags and omitted a box, which I saw in his front seat. Despite my inquiry, he claimed it was for another customer. This delayed delivery resulted in cold food reaching us. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with this service. I have five hungry kids eagerly waiting for their meal. I hope the restaurant rectifies this situation promptly as a refund tomorrow won't resolve our immediate hunger issue. Your attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I did not receive the call, and instead of the scrambled egg souffle, I received a spinach bacon souffle. Moreover, I did not receive the cranberry muffin. The spinach bacon souffle was supposed to be a salad, but I cannot eat bacon, which made me sick with stomach issues and diarrhea, leading me to the hospital. They charged me for a salad of $9.79 and a cranberry muffin of $1.79. I will not be ordering from them again after this incident. The muffins were not packed properly either. It is frustrating to pay for something you did not receive, especially considering the impact on my health.

Dear Postmates, I have encountered a serious issue with your representatives. I have experienced extended wait times of close to three hours on the chat without any response. Additionally, I am disappointed that promotional codes for first-time buyers are not being honored. I conducted a test ordering with my colleagues from low-income and diverse areas, as well as from mid to high-income areas that were not high crime zones within the delivery range. Despite this, we received inconsistent service with some of us being given the runaround and abruptly ending the chat with no resolution. While my colleagues had their orders processed smoothly, mine did not. I have ensured there were no payment issues. If these problems are not addressed, I am considering escalating this matter to the media with supporting screenshots.

I unknowingly signed up for an autorenewal account and was charged by Postmates on March 14. I immediately visited Postmates' website to cancel, but have not received a response. I rarely use Postmates and had a bad experience where the delivery failed, forcing me to pick up the order myself while Postmates kept the driver's tip. On May 9, [redacted], I purchased an annual unlimited membership for $99.99. By late July [redacted], I noticed that the membership had disappeared from my account. Instead, I was being charged for delivery without receiving the accompanying 5% discount. Despite providing proof of the original charge from my bank multiple times to Postmates customer service, they claimed they couldn't find it and suggested I check with my financial institution. Even after disputing the charge with my bank, Postmates insisted it was valid.
Repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Postmates customer service resulted in them dismissing me as confused and refusing to acknowledge the evidence I provided. Despite reaching out on Twitter for support, the situation remains unresolved after 8 months. At this point, I am seeking a full refund of the $99.99 membership fee and have lost faith in continuing any future business with them.

On May 5 at 5:30 PM PST, I placed an order for delivery on May 7 between 9-9:30 AM for a Mother's Day breakfast and lunch. Despite selecting the specific time slot on the checkout page, a pop-up immediately after placing the order indicated it would be delivered by 6:30 PM. Attempting to contact customer service via phone and online chat was unsuccessful. Online chats were disconnected multiple times, with one representative mentioning ongoing technical issues. The order was not stopped, even though I tried during the chat session before it was picked up for delivery. I expressed my frustration today on the chat, but the response was rude and dismissive. Additionally, the functionality of the chat was poor, requiring a reply to view incoming messages. Requesting a call resulted in being told they had to assist other customers instead. A refund was denied without justification. I believe this is a technical issue with PostMates, and I am now out $82.47, needing to find an alternative Mother's Day gift. The lack of human interaction, empathy for special occasions like Mother's Day, and accountability for software errors is disappointing.

On Saturday morning, June 25, [redacted], I placed an online order at George Webb's on Fourth Street in downtown Milwaukee. The order amounted to $24.91. Upon receiving a text from Postmates notifying me that my order was ready for pickup, I went to the restaurant. However, upon arrival, the cashier informed me that George Webb's does not work with Postmates. Despite showing my order confirmation from Postmates, I was not provided with my order. The cashier advised me to reach out to Postmates for a refund. After waiting for over an hour, frustrated, I left the establishment. My McDonald's order arrived cold and with missing items, and despite my attempts to contact customer service through Postmates for a refund, I have had no luck since yesterday. It's frustrating to also see that the $15 discount was not applied to my order, resulting in a payment receipt of $45 instead of the expected $30. The order was far from worth $45, or even $30, and the whole experience was a mess. As a result, I had to buy my kids pizza, which cost me even more money due to this unfortunate situation.

Dear Customer Service, I recently placed an order with Mountain Mikes for $85.99, which was initially accepted and in the process. However, I received a text from Postmates claiming that Mountain Mikes was closed, which was not the case when I made my order. Despite being charged over $99, the Mountain Mikes portal still showed my order ongoing with the estimated delivery time unchanged. Shortly after, I received texts about a delivery person named "Ajay" bringing my order, purportedly ahead of schedule. I was waiting outside, but no one showed up. Postmates marked the delivery as completed at 11:34 p.m., yet no one contacted me regarding any issues. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience for me, and I am considering canceling my account with Postmates. I request a full refund for this incorrect delivery.

I have contacted Jersey Mike's customer support multiple times regarding my order placed on Monday evening. Unfortunately, half of the items were missing from my delivery. After reaching out to the store, they directed me to contact Postmates. Postmates requested I wait 24 hours, but even after that period, I did not receive an email as promised. I am unable to request a refund through the app as it does not display my Jersey Mike's order, despite being charged for it.

I recently placed an order with Wings Over for pickup using Postmates. Even though I didn't have a Postmates account, I was able to place my order and make a payment. The first time I ordered, it got canceled, so I had to re-enter my card details. After that, the order was confirmed, but later it showed as canceled when I checked. I went to Wings Over to place the order in person, and they confirmed they had received it. I picked up my order and later found that I was charged twice. Customer service assured me that one charge was just a temporary hold and they would refund it, but after five days, I still haven't received the refund.

I placed an order on 12/09/22 for sushi, and as a bonus, I received an offer for a free item from 7-Eleven, choosing a pack of beer. However, to my surprise, the delivery address was changed in the app without my knowledge. The delivery could not be completed as a result.

I urgently need to cancel an order I made at 1:00 PM today. The delivery time has been delayed multiple times, now scheduled for 3:15 PM, which is after I have to pick up my son from school at 3. I won't even be home to enjoy the crispy salmon roll I ordered. It's frustrating that I cannot cancel the order now.
