Good morning, I recently made a sale on your website and provided my bank account details to complete the transaction. However, I have four transactions that are still on hold and encountered issues with completing the account verification due to a request for additional funds, which I am unable to transfer. I would like to cancel the verification process, have my funds made available, and return the charged amount to my client if possible. Best regards.

Hello, I am encountering issues with my registration attempts. Every time I try to log in using my email address with the username "Boulou" and password "Baoalfiedai0617", I repeatedly receive the message "Something went wrong, Please try again later." I have followed the steps you provided on the website, but those options are not available. I need assistance to proceed with my request for a refund for a purchase I canceled which was still shipped out. I sold a dress on Poshmark to a customer who claims she bought it, but I can't find the listing anymore. I received an email to accept the purchase, entered my debit card information, and clicked "done," but now there's just a blue circle spinning and I can't proceed further. I recently canceled a sale on Poshmark because I couldn't find the item, but then I remembered where it was. However, when I tried to log back in, I realized I couldn't remember which email address I had used for my previous account. I was able to log in using a different email address, but it seems I now have a brand new account. How can I access my old account and possibly reverse the cancellation of the sale?

My username is XPATPILGRIM, and my account is under Adele Nieto. I encountered an issue on May 20, [redacted], when I uploaded around 60 photos and 30 listings of items for sale. Yesterday, everything was in My Closet, but this morning, all the photos and listings have disappeared. Additionally, I received 2 messages from Poshmark vendors flagged as spam. It took me hours to upload these items and fill out all the necessary information. I would appreciate it if you could investigate what happened to My Closet photos and listings promptly. I purchased a pair of Vintage earrings from @moxierae13 on May 14, [redacted], using PayPal, and received them on May 17. Unfortunately, the earrings were not accurately represented on Poshmark, and the clips did not function correctly due to a gap between them and the earrings, causing them not to stay on my ears. After contacting the seller, a refund was promised. I followed the 3-day rule and reached out to Support on May 20, [redacted], but my refund request was denied without explanation. I value my experience with Poshmark and wish to continue shopping there, so I kindly ask for this matter to be addressed to align with Poshmark's policies. Thank you.

Please reinstate our Boise system listing. We are confused as to why it was removed after we lowered the price. We didn't realize it was against the rules, as other Bose Wave Systems are still listed. We initially joined Poshmark to have fun and earn some money, yet now my husband and I are disagreeing about this situation. We believed reducing the price would help sell the item faster. With a closet full of items, we are now hesitant and upset about what unfolded. Not being able to seek advice from you is challenging. We would appreciate a prompt response regarding the Bose Wave System matter. We may have made an error by lowering the price, thinking it would benefit the sale. It seems we misunderstood the guidelines. Please clarify our mistake.

Last July, I entrusted Sherri's closet on poshmark.com with two of my LV purses and MK shoes. To date, I have only received $[redacted] from her for one purse. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she has not returned my other LV purse or the money for the shoes. This has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of response or resolution. I am unsure of how to proceed in handling this situation. I placed an order with number 646280a6fedc5c15ccb82804. After not hearing from the person I ordered from, I emailed on May 28 requesting the order to be canceled if no update by June 1. Today, June 5, I received a response from you but cannot access it despite trying for over half an hour. I would like to speak to a representative as your website is not allowing me to confirm I am not a robot. I assure you, I am not a robot, just a frustrated customer. When calling the listed phone number, I reached a fax machine instead. This has been my first experience ordering from your site, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication.

I accidentally bought a purse on Poshmark on Saturday. When I tried to cancel, the seller blocked me and removed their items. Poshmark says I have to contact the seller for a refund, but I can't message them as they blocked me. The package was sent out quickly on Sunday at 5:30 am. This situation is stressful because the seller seems fraudulent, and Poshmark is not helping.

A phone was sold for me by a Poshmark Ambassador, and after 7 months, my problem remains unresolved. Despite following instructions from multiple Poshmark customer service representatives, providing the Ambassador's details, site, and a photo of the phone listing, my issue persists. Local law enforcement advised Poshmark is responsible for the resolution, as the phone, originally sold for $[redacted], was not delivered to me. The item, worth over $[redacted], was signed for by someone with initials OG at the Ambassador's previous address. Although the Ambassador claims to have changed addresses, I am still without the phone or a refund. Seeking assistance from a Poshmark liaison for a fair resolution without denial of accountability. I have not received a response to my support email regarding the 3 photos I sent two days ago. The seller, @moxierae13, agreed to the return of the earrings. They are not vintage as described; they are white, not dark colored. Furthermore, the clips are loose, with a significant gap between the clips and the earrings, making them unwearable due to falling off easily. I am unable to seek help in person due to mobility issues from a failed hip implant. I provided photos promptly within the 3-day limit after receiving the items on May 17. I received a message from Poshmark yesterday morning stating that I needed to scan my license into the app to verify my identity. However, every time I try to do so, the phone screen turns completely black. I have reached out to Poshmark twice via email but have not received a response. Due to this issue, I am unable to pay for my items, resulting in them being canceled, which is quite embarrassing. Although I have already verified my identity with my email and phone number, Poshmark is still requesting my driver's license.

I recently bought 3 pairs of pants from the same seller, @winstoncm58, intending to bundle them for the 10% discount and $7.95 bundle shipping. However, I must not have done it correctly as the seller is charging me $7.95 for each pair. When I reached out to explain, the seller stated that each order follows Poshmark policies for shipping charges which are separate. Is there a way to resolve this and possibly cancel the order to correctly bundle the pants together for shipping?

I am reaching out with great sadness. Your company deducted the last $[redacted] from my account for shoes that are not in my size. I receive $[redacted] every other week and am a single mother to a 2 1/2-year-old. Despite never choosing or handling the shoes, one service representative indicated I could not return them. I am now left with no money due to this unfair situation. Companies should show more compassion. This incident has left me feeling hopeless, and I am struggling to see a way out. My child's well-being is at stake. I plead for my money to be returned as I did not select, purchase, or desire these shoes in any way.

I am writing with deep concern as I am in tears. $[redacted] has been taken from my account without my authorization, leaving me in a difficult situation to care for my 2 1/2-year-old son as a single mother. I did not purchase a pair of shoes for that amount, especially in the wrong size. It is distressing that instead of essentials, this money was spent on unwanted items. I urgently need my funds reimbursed, as my priority is to provide for my child and cover necessary expenses such as my car payment. This error has put me in a desperate position, and I implore the company to rectify this mistake promptly.

On July 2, [redacted], my account on Poshmark got hacked, and I'm unable to log in due to the compromised email linked to it. I've had to deal with five unauthorized charges, but the bank refunded all except one, for which I filed a claim and received a refund. Now, I'm trying to regain access to my account but cannot reset my password as I haven't received a reset link. I've contacted Poshmark and reached out to Poshmark Support on Twitter, who assured me they would escalate my case. I'm patiently waiting for Poshmark to provide instructions on how to access my account and set up 2-factor authentication. An update: on 07/06/23 at 2:18 p.m. CST, I heard back from Poshmark's account security team via email at [redacted] I've replied and am waiting for further instructions, as my account is temporarily locked for security reasons. I'll share another update once I hear back from Poshmark Account Security.

I placed an order and paid for it, providing my full address. Unfortunately, the package was returned to the sender by USPS due to an insufficient address, even though my address is complete on the Poshmark site. I have tried reaching out to the seller without any response and also contacted Poshmark support multiple times, but they only advise me to be patient. I feel like I may have fallen victim to a scam. My address is accurate and has been used by other companies for deliveries without issues. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in recovering my money promptly. I purchased a Burberry belt on Poshmark but received a size L instead of the correct European size. I have been trying to contact support via email multiple times yesterday and today to request a refund. The order number is 64be4564eba4c44a50c3c2f7 and the purchase was made through Affirm on July 25, [redacted].
