Hello, I am Shicketa Reed, known as Shoesoursize on your platform. I have been selling on Poshmark for 3 years and everything has been going well until recently. I have encountered issues with receiving my earnings from the items I sold. In early June, my funds were mistakenly deposited into the wrong account. Although the problem was addressed, I was asked to update my checking account information for future transactions. However, my last fund request was canceled, and the current one has been processing for 6 days. The option for instant pay has also been removed from my account. This delay is concerning as this income is crucial for paying my bills. I seek assistance in understanding the status of my earnings to address this frustrating situation. Thank you for your support.

Hello, I am unsure which email address I used for my order. I may have used [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] My name is Lisa D. The order was supposed to be sent to [redacted] 5th St, Apt [redacted], Santa Monica, CA [redacted]. I bought Arcopedico size 38 shoes for $11, and the total was around $16. My phone number is [redacted], and I paid with a Wells Fargo debit card. Unfortunately, I never received my order, and I didn't keep track of the tracking number as I was too busy. I currently do not have a permanent residence, I am a busy singer, and my roommate is unhelpful. Thank you.

I registered with my email address without realizing I needed to verify my receipt of the merchandise for the seller to receive payment. I attempted to log in but couldn't recall my password. After downloading the app, I encountered an issue stating that the account already existed. I then tried to reset my password via the app, which prompted that I would receive an email with instructions, but I have not received it yet. I am currently unable to access my account, and I am worried about ensuring the seller receives payment.

I am encountering two issues with Poshmark that I would like to address. 1) I utilized the refer a friend program and set up a second account for a family member who is a minor to buy back to school items. However, the $15 credit promised by the program was not received. I reviewed Poshmark's policies and found no restrictions against this. Despite contacting Poshmark support, my concerns have been ignored. 2) With the new account, Poshmark informed me via email that my first purchase would come with free shipping. Regrettably, this offer was not honored since it apparently applied only to Buy It Now purchases and not Poshmark live show transactions. This essential detail was not specified in the email or any terms and conditions provided. Once again, my attempts to seek clarification from Poshmark support have been ignored.

I am experiencing difficulty accepting and submitting offers on the platform. When I try to enter my card's 3-digit security code, the space to input the number appears blank even after I have entered it. I believe someone is trying to guess my passwords on various websites, including Poshmark. Recently, after my email was compromised, I was logged out of many online stores and couldn't reset my password. Despite using a password manager with strong passwords, I managed to reset a few accounts, but Poshmark remains inaccessible. Hello, I am experiencing a significant problem with Poshmark. I placed an order at a discounted price, but Poshmark charged me the full price instead. Despite realizing the error only after the delivery, the charges remained incorrect. When addressing the issue with Poshmark, they only offered free shipping and proceeded to charge my credit card without providing the option to return the item or offering a partial credit. Due to this misleading transaction, I have decided to report this to my credit card company as it appears to be a fraudulent sale. Poshmark's resolution of a $10 credit did not rectify the situation.

Hello, I am currently dealing with a significant problem regarding a purchase I made on Poshmark. Initially, I placed an order with a discount, but Poshmark ended up charging me the full price. Despite my oversight at the time of purchase, upon receiving the order and realizing the overcharge, it became apparent that something was amiss. Poshmark's remedy of providing free shipping and charging my credit card, as opposed to accepting a return or issuing a partial refund, did not sit right with me. Hence, I plan to report this matter to my credit card company on the grounds of a potentially fraudulent transaction.

I sell on PM. I'm confused when a buyer adds items to a bundle in my closet without making an offer. I'm used to receiving emails for items sold, giving me the option to accept or counter. I can see some communication in my closet, but I haven't received an email regarding the potential purchase. Can someone explain what's happening?

I recently purchased AirPods Max on Poshmark, believing they were authentic. Upon inspection, I discovered they were fake. After comparing them online, it was evident that the ones I received were indeed counterfeit. I am looking to return the item and receive a refund. Poshmark should not permit the sale of fake items at exorbitant prices. I have evidence supporting my claim that the AirPods Max are counterfeit. I trusted Poshmark to prevent such scams, but unfortunately, this was my first negative experience.

I received a text notification this morning from my bank indicating that $[redacted].80 was charged to my account for Poshmark, a purchase I did not make. I was unaware of Poshmark before researching it today and I do not have an account with them. I have tried reaching out through email and Facebook, receiving a response indicating a 24 to 48-hour wait, but this is our hard-earned money needed for rent and bills supporting my four children, one of whom is disabled. I am unable to get a hold of anyone at Poshmark nor my bank. Any guidance or assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as it is crucial for our family's financial stability. I have attempted to contact both my bank and Poshmark with no success so far.

Hello! I reached out to Poshmark Support regarding a top that I never purchased, bid on, or followed the seller for. Despite this, my debit card was charged without my approval, causing money to be withdrawn from my account. Poshmark claimed they could not provide compensation for an accidental purchase, which this was not as I did not make the purchase. My spouse used to be a seller on Poshmark.com as an "Ambassador." Due to a prolonged illness, she is unable to recall her password for the account. We have attempted to reach out to Poshmark for assistance, but have not received any response despite their website stating they usually reply within 24 hours. The contact messaging has been unhelpful, and the known phone numbers are no longer in service. It has been approximately two weeks since we first reached out and we are still waiting for a resolution. Thank you for any advice or help you can offer.

Poshmark continues to email me at the incorrect address. My email is [redacted] Three days ago, they sent an email to aol.com, and I did not receive it promptly. It seems my account has been restricted, and I am unable to access my closet. I was notified about two counterfeit listings consecutively. I did not receive the initial notice to rectify the second posting. The items in question are new Christmas tree skirts that I listed as unbranded, as they are. They come with washing instructions. Despite emailing support thrice, I have not received a response. The automated message states they will resolve this within 48 hours, but it has been 68 hours. I came across an item for sale, camouflage seat covers for my Jeep. They were listed at $33 with an additional $8 for shipping and handling. The seller mentioned there were two seat covers in the listing. I saved a screenshot of the advertisement and proceeded to purchase the seat covers for $33 plus $8 shipping and handling. Upon receiving the package, I discovered there was only one seat cover inside. I reached out to the seller, expressing my concern, and received a response stating the pictures were accurate. Feeling misled, I contacted Poshmark support. Despite sending four emails over the past week, I have yet to receive a response. I feel frustrated and unsure of how to proceed with the seller, as I don't believe it is fair to pay $33 plus $8 shipping and handling for just one seat cover.
