I was delighted to have found this rare item on Poshmark. I have a special display area for my sets where I showcase them. However, I encountered an issue with the new string extension I received from you. It stopped lighting up, causing the entire series of lights after it to stay a steady blue color. This has happened to me in previous seasons when just one bulb burned out, leading to the entire string malfunctioning due to the design not allowing for individual bulb replacement.
Please kindly send me a replacement string and provide instructions on how to return the faulty one. To have a backup for the future, I would also like to purchase an additional Illuminate extension string along with the replacement.

I had an order cancelled by Customer Service on POSHMARK after shipping out a $[redacted] purse. I received a shipping slip, sent the item, then 12 hours later, they cancelled, citing unverified funds or address. The package is on its way without tracking info, and when I contacted them, they directed me to the post office with no help. As a top seller with a great track record, this situation is frustrating and feels like a scam. I'm upset and just want my money back.

The products I received appear to be fake, which is truly disappointing as I had specifically sought out the authentic version to gift my daughter for Christmas. I recently discovered that my Poshmark account was hacked, leading me to lock and ultimately close it due to security concerns. I sold some items on Postmark and had a balance of approximately $[redacted] in August. When I tried to withdraw the funds, my account got frozen and I had to go through an identity verification process. It wasn't until last week that I received $[redacted] unexpectedly. They finally verified my account properly, so I requested the remaining balance to be deposited into my checking account. It has been five days now, and the status still shows "processing." I recently created a Poshmark account and successfully sold a pair of boots. I ran into an issue when trying to obtain the mailing label to ship the item to the buyer. The platform now requires additional information fields, including a phone number. However, my phone number, which has been my only contact number for the past 10-15 years since we discontinued our landline, is not being accepted as it is a VoLP. Poshmark explained the reason via email and offered to assist if I had another phone number to provide. Unfortunately, they have not followed up on their offer to help resolve this issue.

I am new to selling on Poshmark. I recently attempted to sell an item and provided my bank information to receive payment. To my surprise, they deducted $[redacted].69 from my account for "security reasons." Despite being told the money would be returned promptly, I have not received it back. The chat agent was unhelpful and failed to provide any evidence of this policy to protect buyers. As a seller, I am concerned about the security of my banking information. I sought assistance from Poshmark support to activate my account and interacted with various representatives. Eventually, I received communication via email from Poshmark that provided me with a specific contact person, Lydia, supervised by Olivia. I conversed with them and was informed about the requirement for American Express verification to activate my account. Subsequently, I completed the verification process by making a payment of $[redacted].00. Moreover, I received a letter signed by the CEO guaranteeing reimbursement. Following the payment, I was promised my site would be operational within 4 hours. However, it has been nearly 5 hours, and my attempts to reach them by phone or email have been unsuccessful. My Poshmark account was compromised by another user on the platform. The individual managed to place orders from my account to theirs, initiated fake shipping, and then confirmed the delivery to receive payment. Unfortunately, there is no official tracking number available on Poshmark or through the postal service. Despite providing evidence, the seller remains unresponsive. Poshmark is declining to look into the matter due to the acceptance and shipping dates coinciding. The transaction involved the only two items listed by this user. I advise caution when setting up an account on this platform and linking your credit card information. Regrettably, regardless of the evidence presented, Poshmark's customer service responses are very standard and unhelpful.

The correction does not reflect after entering [redacted] in the CVV field. I am at risk of missing out on a purchase due to this inconvenience.
