I need urgent assistance. I believe I am being scammed. I posted a Moncler coat for sale, and an individual is insisting on paying with a certified check. They keep sending me unsettling emails about arranging for someone to collect the coat. I have received three concerning emails, and now the person has my contact details and address. They are pressuring me to take the item off Poshmark and reserve it for them. I am extremely frightened by this situation. I wish I could share these emails with someone to help me address the issue promptly.

My mother recently purchased a purse from a Poshmark seller. Upon receiving the item, she discovered discrepancies between the product received and the item displayed online. Despite the fair price paid, valued at over $[redacted] but purchased for $[redacted], the purse shows unforgiving wrinkles not depicted in the listing photos. I ordered a Christmas gift on November 23, [redacted]. I have yet to receive it even though it was supposed to arrive by November 30. I have tried contacting Poshmark but have not succeeded. I have contacted Poshmark four times and submitted the necessary paperwork, but I have yet to receive any assistance. Unfortunately, my wallet and checkbook were stolen, leading me to open a new checking account. Due to an error in providing the wrong routing number, my earnings were deposited into the wrong account on Dec 10 and 12, with a third deposit of $[redacted] also going astray. Despite notifying Poshmark of the issue, their response has been less than satisfactory, leaving me frustrated and needing my earnings to pay bills between jobs. The estimated delivery time was 5 to 7 days, and I was informed that if it didn't arrive by Christmas Eve, I could cancel the order and get a refund. I was scammed on December 26th around 10 pm by a seller on Poshmark with the username @andreharris24. He operates outside of Poshmark, resulting in losing my money. After receiving payment, he blocked me on Poshmark and even on my phone. He deceives customers with false promises of "prioritizing shipping" to steal their money. His Poshmark account serves as a facade for scams and should be removed from the app to prevent more people from falling victim to his schemes.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton Papillon bag, wallet, solid silver lock and key bracelet, white tiger keychain, and gold accessory from Poshmark for over $[redacted]. Poshmark canceled my order, claiming they had never seen a heat stamp like mine. Despite providing proof of authenticity through the Louis Vuitton date code system, they demanded $20 to return my items or threatened to destroy them. I've been wrongly accused of selling counterfeit items before, causing me humiliation and lost income. I'm legally blind, rely on this income for medication and necessities, and have proof of authenticity for most items. Poshmark needs to return my items, refund me, or cover the cost of my purchases. I'm frustrated with their treatment and lack of communication. Please address this urgently as I'm at a loss without my belongings.
