I made several purchases on Poshmark. I was informed that starting on December 8th, if I hadn't received any of the orders, I could cancel them for a refund. I ordered 5 items that day, but 2 have not arrived. It's now December 9th, and I am unable to cancel. The page where I should be able to cancel doesn't have the option available. I need to cancel these orders as I have already purchased the items elsewhere for the event I needed them for.

I believe I am being scammed by a buyer on Poshmark. Despite the clear photos showing the brand new UGG boots I sent, she claims they do not fit or are dirty. She even sent a picture showing her family and the clean boots in a Poshmark case. It seems like she intends to keep the boots and send me back an empty box. This situation is incredibly frustrating and seems like an attempt to defraud me.

I bought an item listed as "like new," but when it arrived, it was dirty, faded, and musty-smelling, giving the impression it had been wet. The seller is refusing to issue a refund, claiming it's in good condition. The boots were supposed to be waterproof, but they appear to have been wet, displaying faded, stiff leather with dirt that wasn't evident in the photos. The description does not match the actual condition of the boots.

I've reached out to Poshmark twice regarding an overcharge issue on an item and promptly contacted the seller as well. I provided a detailed explanation of the situation. Poshmark replied via email denying my request to return the item, which was not what I asked for. The item was not misrepresented, I just accidentally bought it at the "Buy Now" price instead of accepting an offer. This mistake caused me to overpay by $9.79 with shipping included.

**URGENT: HELP NEEDED**
Hello Poshmark,
I am facing two serious issues with my profile @dangerousboots.
1. I had shoes worth $[redacted] missing from a canceled order that was sent and tracked to Poshmark HQ.
2. My entire closet was removed this morning from my profile @dangerousboots due to possible copyright infringement, which is incorrect. I have received seven different 5-star reviews in a month without any complaints.
I am seeking to speak with a representative regarding these concerning matters. Why are the shoes I sent to Poshmark HQ on December 3rd now missing? Additionally, my closet vanished this morning.
I value being a loyal Poshmark buyer and seller and look forward to your prompt attention and support in resolving these issues, as I have invested numerous hours in this.

I recently tried to list items on my old app and received a prompt to update. I'm concerned about losing my existing information and listings during this update.
I noticed that my email on file differs from my actual email, which is [redacted]
Is it possible to modify the listings under the name "Carol Ann’s Closet" instead of "Carol Ann Sewell"?

I bought an Apple Watch, but it arrived without the charger. I contacted the seller and sent a photo as requested. They promised to send the charger but I haven't received it yet. I also emailed them to unlink the watch from their iCloud, but haven't heard back. I tried contacting the support team twice, but no response so far.

I purchased women's size 9 black and pink Muck Boots, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, I have not received any confirmation, tracking details, or the actual shipment. I received a notification on the Postmark app on my phone prompting me to update, but there were no clear instructions or links to click on. I reached out to Postmark for help, and they assured me that my account was safe but suggested trying to log in from another device. Unfortunately, I have been unable to resolve the issue as it keeps saying my email and Postmark name are already in use. Postmark advised me to provide screenshots of the steps leading to the error and a link to the listing if applicable. They also recommended accessing the account from a different device or the web to see if the problem persists. I go by the username "lunatcgirl" on Postmark.

I purchased an Eileen Fisher tank dress that appeared flawless until worn. The back inside seam is misaligned, likely due to being bought from a damaged store where items are sold at a discount. I am a frequent Eileen Fisher buyer and have extensive experience with their products. Despite my loyalty, this flaw is unacceptable. I have spent a significant amount on Poshmark without issues before. I am willing to send the dress for you to inspect personally, as wearing it reveals the issue unequivocally.

$[redacted].79 was wrongly charged to my card without my permission. I am unfamiliar with this site and do not have an account with you. The money was deducted from my card by your website, and I have never used or seen it before. The transaction occurred at 7:02 pm on 12/12/[redacted], and I did not make or authorize it. I request a prompt response via email to resolve this issue and refund my money.

I am disappointed with Poshmark's lack of professionalism and ethics. Despite my numerous attempts to cancel an order made on Dec 10, which was not yet shipped, they refused to do so. I had reached out to them 19 times in two days, but they still went ahead and shipped all the items I asked to cancel. Initially enticed by free shipping for my first order, I ended up being charged over $80 in shipping fees as they failed to clarify it applied to only one item. When I realized this, I asked for the order cancellation if the shipping charges weren't refunded, but received no response even after 48 hours. Their recent reply indicated I would have to pay for shipping, wait for the items to arrive, and then pay for return shipping, totaling over $80. What I thought were good deals for gifts turned out to be more expensive than buying new items locally.

Poshmark's lack of responsiveness and clear communication has made my recent experience quite frustrating. Despite my numerous attempts, totaling 19 emails since December 10, to cancel an order placed on the same day, they have refused to do so even before shipping. Although I received an email on December 12 at 6 PM stating that my requests for cancellation were acknowledged, they had already been shipped. Their initial offer of free shipping for my first order failed to mention it was for only one item, resulting in unexpected shipping charges exceeding $80. Despite my request to cancel the order if shipping costs couldn't be reimbursed, there has been no response even after 48 hours. Their suggestion that I wait for the orders to arrive, pay the shipping fees, then return the items at an additional cost is impractical and disappointing, especially since these items were intended as gifts.

I received a pair of shoes that had a strong smoke smell when they arrived, which also affected the box. Despite trying to air them out, the smell persists. The seller mentioned they were from a non-smoking house, but the cigarette odor lingers. I am sensitive to this due to allergies. It has been over a week since I contacted Poshmark, and I am awaiting a resolution. I have not finalized the payment until this issue is addressed.

I'm having issues with my order. Two pairs of boots were returned without being delivered to me. The system requests me to accept the order that I never received. Additionally, a pair of sneakers was shipped to my previous address despite having the correct address listed as [redacted] SW Hollywood Drive Apartment [redacted].
