I mixed up the packages when shipping products, sending the wrong items to the buyers and my uncle. My uncle returned the mixed-up purse to me. I've contacted Posh customer service via email, explaining the situation. Despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved. The breakdown of items and recipients is as follows:
- Buyer 1: Ordered a bee purse, received a coat
- Buyer 2: Ordered a coat, received a laptop bag
- Uncle: Intended to receive a laptop bag but got a bee purse
I've been trying persistently to rectify the situation, but Poshmark has only facilitated the exchange between the buyers, resulting in Buyer 1 receiving the wrong item again. I'm still waiting for Poshmark to assist me in sending the bee purse to its rightful owner.

The shipping is delayed, and I received an email from Poshmark stating that I can request a refund because the seller has not shipped the item in over 7 days. I am having trouble contacting support as the verification process is not working for me. I am unable to access the order screen or log in. I made a purchase for a Michael Kors bag on November 24th. Despite canceling the order on December 2nd before it was shipped, I received a notification four hours later that it had been shipped on the same day. I no longer want the purchase and do not wish to pay for the return once it arrives. I find it unfair that the seller claimed it was shipped earlier in the week when it was not. I simply want a full refund as promised by Poshmark this morning, mentioning that the funds would be returned to my Mastercard within 1-2 business days.

I bought a Michael Kors purse that turned out to be a fake. I'd like a refund promptly. The seller stated it wasn't authentic, but selling an item with a brand name falsely is against the law. This is the first time I encountered this issue out of the 10 purses I purchased on Poshmark. The seller should have disclosed that the purse was not a genuine Michael Kors product when listing it for sale.

I am unable to update my new security number on my account due to issues with an old stolen card. I attempted to edit the card details but was unable to change the number. I tried entering the security code and expiration date, hoping it would prompt me to update the card information, but was unsuccessful. After trying another card and completing all the steps, the security code is now not being accepted, likely due to the previous attempts with the other card. On December 2nd, $44.82 was charged to my card without my authorization. I did not make any purchases. I made an offer on a $40 coat which was not accepted by the seller. Subsequently, the seller blocked me and sold the coat to someone else, leading to the charge. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for two days with no response. I bought an item a few weeks ago, but it was never delivered to me. Despite receiving a delivery confirmation, the package never arrived at my address. I've been sending daily emails, only to receive responses mentioning Thanksgiving which has already passed. I seek a refund for the undelivered items I paid for. I've been dealing with ongoing theft problems at our mailboxes. The app lacks tracking numbers, and I can't move past the rating request to check my purchases. I requested a summary of all purchases made between 11/22 and 11/29 a week ago and still haven't heard back. I need this information to report the issues to USPS and the Sheriff's Office. I recently purchased a coat from your website for the first time. When I received the coat, I was disappointed to find that it did not match the seller's description as it has a strong smell of cigarette/deodorant and appears dirty. Additionally, there was no tag on the coat and no information included on how to return it for a refund. I contacted Poshmark about the issue and am hopeful they will assist me in resolving this matter. The seller has since contacted me but has not acknowledged the problem or offered a refund, which leads me to believe she was not truthful about the condition of the coat. This situation is very frustrating, and if a resolution is not reached, legal action may be necessary.

I logged into my Poshmark account and proceeded to make a purchase from a seller for items I wanted to gift to my daughter. I entered her mailing and email address for shipping and my credit card details for payment. The problem is that my daughter received all the purchase information, not me. I did not receive any confirmation or order number. Consequently, my daughter now knows the cost of the gift. I attempted to address this issue with Poshmark customer service but was unable to resolve it.
