Regarding Order #[redacted], I am addressing the "Order Not As Described" case for the sale of the "Beautiful Louis Vuitton Keepall 60 Travel Bag". The buyer joined Poshmark on 12/17, bought the bag, and inquired on the Meet the Posher page about receiving it before Christmas. As the bag did not arrive by Christmas, the buyer opened an "Order Not As Described" case. I suspect they are trying to return it despite the no returns policy, possibly unaware of the additional shipping time for Posh Authenticate. I have closely examined the listing details and photos, showcasing the bag's actual condition post-professional cleaning. Although I missed mentioning a minor interior handle issue highlighted by Posh Authenticate, it does not diminish the bag's value or appearance. The thorough packaging reflects my commitment to providing accurate details and supporting visuals in my listings, which has earned me positive reviews in the past. I believe my listing accurately represents the Louis Vuitton Keepall 60 Bag. I appreciate Posh Authenticate's involvement in resolving the case fairly for both parties.

I sold an item to a buyer who then opened a case just two days after purchasing, attempting to cancel the order while I had already shipped it. The buyer alleges their two-year-old made the purchase. Surprisingly, they opened a case even before receiving the item, damaged the brand-new purse, and shared photos to request a refund. The platform moderator approved the refund for them. It's perplexing how this situation unfolded. The buyer now plans to return the damaged purse, leaving me without the purse and the refund amount.

I came across a lovely pair of shoes on Poshmark and decided to download the app and create an account. Surprisingly, within just two days, I started getting followers without engaging in any activity on the platform. I discovered that I was following [redacted] accounts, even though I had only visited a few profiles and hadn't followed anyone. I suspect my account might have been hacked as I've never encountered this issue on any other platform. I am relieved that I didn't input my credit card details, considering the security breach. I am concerned about using my real name and having similar passwords across different accounts. A friend experienced a similar situation. I am seeking an explanation from Poshmark and hope for a resolution; otherwise, I will escalate the matter further.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with your company. Despite sending an authentic Louis Vuitton purse, I received a fake one back. Not only did I lose the money owed to me, but the switch was verified by your team. This is unacceptable, and I demand prompt action to resolve this issue. The delay of over 6 weeks without a resolution has caused me significant distress, especially since I depended on that money for bills. I insist on being compensated not only for the original amount but also for the inconvenience caused by receiving a counterfeit item. If this matter is not appropriately addressed soon, I will be taking legal action against your company. The lack of response within 48 hours to my initial complaint is unacceptable. I urge you to rectify this situation immediately.

Hello, I placed an order with Order #: 5e1cf858600ebc7f8205d6cf for an AUTH LOUIS VUITTON MONOGRAM SPEEDY 25 HAND BAG for $[redacted]. The seller informed me that my order would be delayed, so I requested a cancellation and made a new LV order. Despite emailing Poshmark on 01/16/[redacted] to express my cancellation request due to the delay, I did not receive a response. Today, on 01/24/20, I unexpectedly received the order. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and support channels. If I do not receive a response soon, I will have to consider initiating a chargeback.

I bought a Supreme Duvet Queen set from @taylorvalarie for $[redacted] last Saturday, January 25. I shipped it today, January 27, and then she canceled the order after I had already shipped it. It seems like a scam, especially if she has done this to others as some comments suggest. Poshmark should consider having a shorter window for order cancellations to protect sellers from potential scams. I would appreciate being compensated for the cancellation amount of $[redacted].

I am not receiving message notifications via email. I recently discovered multiple messages on my Poshmark profile that I never received notifications for. One seller was upset with me for not responding promptly, as I didn't accept the package right away. This incident happened a month ago, and I was unaware of it until now. Additionally, I made a bid on a pair of boots but never received an email notification about a counteroffer. I assumed my bid was rejected until I revisited the item page and saw the expired counteroffer before the listing was removed. I checked my notification settings, and most of them are enabled. Can you please investigate this issue and help me understand what's going wrong with my notifications? Thank you.

I purchased a Canada Goose coat for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller did not disclose all the stains, scratches, and grease marks on the coat. I was disappointed. After Poshmark approved the return, I shipped it back. However, the package got lost, and I informed the seller. Strangely, she claimed to have received the coat back. I requested her to update Poshmark. To my surprise, the issue was marked as resolved without proper communication. After sending seven emails and finding out the coat was being returned to the seller, I reached out eight times. Despite choosing the Affirm payment plan and clearing my balance, none of the emails addressed the problem accurately. Even though the case history says it's resolved, it's not. The seller removed the Canada Goose listing where we were in contact. I am frustrated and awaiting a response from the seller.

I purchased a Kavu purse from a seller yesterday, but she informed me this morning that she no longer has the purse available. She mentioned that she doesn't have the card where the funds were loaded, but the payment has already been deducted from my card. Hello, today I shipped a package via FedEx to a buyer from my Poshmark page. In my haste, I used a new label created at the FedEx store instead of the one provided by Poshmark via email. I am worried that this may affect my payment. Unfortunately, I didn't print the original label before heading to FedEx, but they assured me I could create a new one with the correct address. I purchased a pair of shoes worth $[redacted], verified as authentic by a professional. However, they do not fit me. Selling them on Poshmark for $[redacted], I encountered an issue. Poshmark requires shipment to CA for verification before delivery to the buyer. I recently received an email informing me that Poshmark cannot certify the shoes and I must pay an additional $20 for return shipping. This situation is frustrating because the shoes are genuine, and the extra shipping cost was not part of the original agreement. I'm requesting Poshmark to reevaluate the authenticity of the shoes as they are indeed real. If they refuse to proceed with the sale, I will consider selling the shoes elsewhere, as I am unwilling to cover another $20 for return shipping.

I was attempting to order a dress but faced difficulty setting up a password during registration, leading me to abandon the process. However, despite this, I received an email informing me that the dress had been dispatched. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed that completing the registration was necessary. Unfortunately, the system was not functioning properly when I attempted to do so. As a result, a dress I did not intend to purchase arrived due to the confusion with registration. This is [redacted] My site is blocked, and I can't access it. It seems like my listings were removed because I had multiple email addresses linked. I used only one but didn't know how to log in correctly, so I tried creating more. I would like to resume selling and need help deleting the extra sites. I also have pending funds from a sale. Although there was a misunderstanding about the authenticity of my Versace and Dior sunglasses, I appreciate the acceptance of my apology and would like to move forward to continue selling.

I recently purchased a swimsuit from the @sasales account, and my order number is 5e3cf4a20ac17fb987c593a3. I had initially ordered a size small, but it was out of stock, and it was replaced with a large without my consent. I promptly contacted Poshmark 14 minutes after placing the order, but I have not received a response yet. I am seeking a refund for this $27 purchase since the large size will not fit me. I recently bought a VTG Handmade Carved Wood African Bead Necklace on Poshmark from the seller athreadedfox for $30. However, I see two pending charges on my checking account for the same item, listed as preauthorized card transactions from Poshmark for $39.29 each, likely processed very close in time to each other. This discrepancy concerns me as my previous two Poshmark purchases today showed up accurately in my account. I am unable to reach out directly to the seller or contact anyone on Poshmark other than through this message board. I urgently need this issue resolved promptly and correctly. I would like to request not to use my list of friends as many of them are men, and your bras and related items are not suitable for men. Thank you for understanding. Upon signing up, I expected to receive items like sweaters in my size, and have the option to select preferences such as sweaters. I prefer not to sift through numerous products, so it seems Poshmark may not be the right fit for me. Additionally, I intended to adjust my size from a 6 to a 4 but was unsure how to do so. I typically shop for more affordable clothing that tends to run smaller. Your platform has a fantastic concept that is evidently quite successful. Thank you, Mila Ann R.

I accidentally deleted my Lemonade1956 account, but I recently recovered it. I made a purchase for a Natori yellow sleep set. Unfortunately, I forgot to save my password and cannot recall it. I have a history of purchases on this account and wish to view my order history and make future purchases. I have additional Poshmark accounts. I decided to give PoshMark a try for the first time. I found the platform great, but I encountered an issue with sellers not accurately measuring items. I purchased a pair of pants labeled as 30, but upon receiving them, they were clearly a size 34. When I raised the concern with PoshMark, it turned into a dispute with the seller. Despite my efforts to explain the importance of checking measurements before listing items, PoshMark did not take any action and closed the dispute. Now, the seller has my money, and I am left feeling frustrated. I simply want a full refund.

I have not received the pair of shoes I ordered. They were shipped to the wrong address in Katy, while I reside [redacted] miles away in San Antonio. Despite being in touch with the seller, they directed me to contact you via email, which has not been successful. I have also involved my bank and asked a friend in Katy to check the delivery address, to no avail. It has been over two weeks since the shoes were due, and I am uncertain of their whereabouts. The shoes cost $33, and I am requesting either a refund or for them to be sent to the correct address promptly. My patience is wearing thin.
