I went to the Popeyes located at [redacted] Stone Mountain Hwy, and unfortunately, my order was canceled. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I finally reached the order station. The staff member there had a very rude and unpleasant tone when informing me they only had tenders available instead of the boxes I wanted. When I questioned if they didn't feel like working, I was met with a negative response.
I waited until around 10:55, honking my horn and calling out for assistance, but no one responded. Eventually, a staff member with dreads and a Shiloh sweater attended to me, only to have someone from the back rudely state that they were closed. I requested the name of the person who refused to take my order, and after some back and forth, I was given the name Janay by the staff.
Although I understand they might have been eager to close up, the lack of proper service, availability of items, and the way I was treated is unacceptable. It's frustrating to have driven 15 minutes to the store and leave empty-handed after such a long wait.

I have attempted to find a way online to speak with someone who owns the restaurant in our town. I am not one to complain online when the owners may not be aware of how their restaurant is being managed.
I am not seeking any discounts or lodging a complaint about an incorrect order. My intention is simply to inform the owners about the operations of their establishment in our small community. Despite being a new restaurant, unlike other businesses that get busy right away, our Popeyes in Macclenny is not experiencing the same rush.
Although I do not plan to return, as a local business owner, I felt it necessary to reach out and provide feedback on why this particular restaurant's performance is lacking in the eyes of customers.

I visited Popeye's on Hamilton Blvd. for lunch on 4/3/[redacted]. Upon reaching the window, I was informed they could only accept cash. This marks the second time I've left Popeye's without food; the first time I was told they had run out of chicken.
The employee, who identified herself as the general manager (Casey), seemed indifferent. When I mentioned her lack of concern, she became defensive, insisting it wasn't her fault without allowing me to speak freely. I eventually drove away. I must admit that I used an inappropriate expletive in my departure, although it was not directed at her specifically. I have a video of the incident if anyone is interested.

I had a terrible experience at Popeyes located at [redacted] E New Circle Rd, Lexington, KY, [redacted]. Arriving at 9pm on a Friday when the Google listing showed closing at 11pm, I queued in the drive-through for an hour. Upon reaching the speaker at 10:20pm, I was informed abruptly that they had closed and wouldn't take orders. Despite the long line, nobody from the restaurant informed us of the closure. Stuck in the single lane, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes until reaching the pickup window. When I questioned the staff, they were unhelpful, stating they couldn't do anything and closed the window while I was still there. Unable to exit the line due to cars behind me, I had to leave. I hope my report will prevent others from having the same disappointing experience.

I visited the Popeyes in Michigan City, Indiana, and had to pull over to wait for my food. Unfortunately, after waiting for 25 minutes, my order never arrived. When I informed the manager and requested a refund, she responded rudely, instructing me to come inside to collect it with a disrespectful tone. I found her attitude completely unacceptable for a manager. Despite my objection to her behavior and stating that I'm not a child to be spoken to in such a manner, she refused to provide her name and mentioned issues with the receipt machine.
Eventually, she manually processed a refund, but the experience left me dissatisfied with the customer service. I believe the situation could be rectified by offering a gift card and addressing the manager's behavior. My visit took place on a Thursday evening between 5:30 and 6:00 Central Standard Time.

Today around 10:30, I visited the Popeyes in Jennings, LA. Unfortunately, I experienced a long wait as no staff members were available to take my order. After waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance, I decided to leave and went to KFC instead. This is the third time in the past month that my husband and I have encountered service issues at this location. We truly enjoy the food at Popeyes, but the service in Jennings, LA needs improvement.

On April 17, [redacted], at 4:17 p.m. at store #[redacted], I made two purchases totaling $[redacted].63. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that my red beans and rice smelled bad. My daughter informed me that her Mac and Cheese had black stuff on top, so she threw it out, and her red beans had too much rice and too few beans. I called the store at 5:43 and spoke with manager Miguel. Despite living 45 minutes away from Popeyes, I reached out to address the issue. Miguel's handling of the situation was unprofessional. When I asked for compensation, he offered three potatoes which did not suffice as a replacement. Miguel was sarcastic and dismissed my concerns about the food quality. I had to insist on getting a tender meal as compensation, explaining to Miguel that this is the appropriate action a manager should take when a customer faces inconvenience. It is crucial for Miguel to learn how to better engage with customers and address their concerns respectfully during such situations.

I visited the Popeyes location on Grand River at Southfield Freeway in Detroit, Michigan. There were eight cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line. After waiting from 8:25 to 8:58, I finally reached the ordering point. However, I was then informed that they were out of chicken and would only have sides available for the next half hour. Despite this, I decided to wait for the chicken to be prepared. After another half hour passed, I ordered a big box with a breast and thigh, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Upon arriving home, I found the food tasted awful. The chicken did not resemble classic Popeyes, looking more like KFC original with none of the signature Popeyes seasoning. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt, and the entire ordeal took over an hour.

Hello, my name is Cora Dellosa. I am currently working at the Prescott Arizona location and would like to report some concerning behavior regarding our General Manager, Connor.
Since starting less than a month ago, I have observed poor leadership, neglect of store maintenance, unsafe food handling practices, and mistreatment of other managers. Connor's inappropriate jokes, unsanitary store conditions, and disrespectful behavior towards staff have created an uncomfortable work environment. Examples include making inappropriate comments in front of minors, neglecting food safety protocols, and exhibiting violent behavior towards colleagues.
Connor's actions have jeopardized the safety and well-being of employees, including failing to enforce health and safety regulations, mishandling food products, and creating a hostile work environment. I feel compelled to speak out to address these issues to ensure a safer and more professional workplace for myself, my sister Ella, and all my coworkers.

I bought a 3-piece combo meal with fries and 2 extra biscuits for $15. It was one of the worst meals I have ever had and definitely not worth the price. The chicken was mostly fried batter with hardly any actual chicken. The fries were cold and hard, but the biscuits were the only edible part. I couldn't return to the store as I was on a tight lunch break. I've had bad fast food experiences before, but this was the worst. I hope management reads this and works on improving food quality. Sadly, I won't be returning to Popeyes after this disappointing meal.

I requested a refund after a 15-minute wait. The manager was rude when asked about the fries' cooking time, stating they needed to cook. I requested a refund but was told they do not issue them, despite their posted policy. The receipt indicated no refunds. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused and spoke through an employee. Another lady claiming to be a manager also refused to provide her name. I visited on 4/20/23 at 2:00 pm but left without my order or a refund.

I have not received my paycheck, unlike everyone else in my former workplace. Even though I am no longer working for the company, they are not responding to my inquiries about this issue. I have called multiple times and left messages, but I have not received any response. The paycheck is visible in my UKG account but does not display an account number and is incorrect in terms of the amount I am supposed to receive. It indicates a pay date of 4/28, but the payment is not there. I have also contacted the work wages department, and I am waiting for a response, which is expected by Monday. Unfortunately, the direct manager has not been responsive and is ignoring my messages and calls. I would appreciate if someone higher up could further investigate this situation.

On Friday, I visited Popeye's and ordered a big box with a side of coleslaw. They were out of coleslaw, so they offered me Mac n cheese but wanted to charge me extra. I pointed this out to the manager, who had a rude attitude. Despite his response, he continued serving chicken without wearing gloves. If Mac n cheese isn't considered a standard side with the big box, it shouldn't be listed as one. The store only had four workers at 12 noon, and I spent my whole lunch hour there. I believe I deserve a complimentary meal for this experience. The manager definitely needs some customer service training; there's no need to respond with "so what" to customers.

The service at Popeyes in Ever Commonwealth, Quezon City is declining. The staff takes a long time to serve food, and many of them do not wear name tags. When I requested their full names for a complaint, they refused to provide them. The food I received was not what I ordered; for example, instead of lemonade, I got a drink that was mostly water with a hint of lemonade flavor. I am extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers.
