I had an awful experience at this Popeyes location. The food was not good and the service was the worst I've ever encountered. I only went there because I was hungry and there was no line at the drive-thru. They messed up my simple order completely - gave me white meat instead of dark, only provided one side instead of two, and did not have the sides I wanted. The chicken breast was dry and seemed old. When I called to inform them about the mistake, the person who answered was not helpful. I requested the corporate number, and they gave me a wrong response. I am very disappointed with this particular Popeyes on POPEYES LOUISIANA KITCHEN [redacted] Governors Hwy. Thank you, Marcus.

I drove to the Popeyes drive-thru and waited for at least 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. I then proceeded to the window, where the staff member asked me to return to the drive-thru line, which I did. After waiting for another 5 minutes, my order was taken, but it was incorrect. Upon calling the store multiple times without a response, I am frustrated. I believe the manager needs to be held accountable for the consistent rudeness I have experienced. I am unsure how to resolve this situation; perhaps a gift certificate or refund for the $27.20 order would be appropriate.

I was thrilled when a Popeyes opened on Central Park Ave in Yonkers, just 10 minutes away. I usually spend around $50 monthly, buying for myself and my niece, including extra items. Unfortunately, my recent visits to this location have been disappointing. Missing items in my order, lacking desserts, and the chicken not properly seasoned at the Mt Vernon location on Prospect Ave have left me dissatisfied. The staff not speaking English and the chaotic atmosphere further added to the negative experience. The inconsistency in the quality and service is a stark contrast to the previously reliable service I used to enjoy. I hope this issue can be addressed soon as I miss the convenience of having Popeyes for my regular orders and church gatherings. - Elizabeth

I am Mrs. Moody. I recently purchased two Popeyes 24 piece family nugget meals and a surf and turf meal with unsweetened tea. Unfortunately, my order arrived cold, missing half the food, and with the wrong beverage, which is a concern for me as a type 1 diabetic. This is the third time my orders have been incorrect at the St. Louis, MO location. I believe an undercover boss should investigate this matter. I am requesting a refund for my purchase.

I arrived at [redacted] N Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, AL and noticed a sign at the drive-thru stating "cash only." I was directed to park and go inside as they only accepted credit and debit cards. I found the lack of a register at the drive-thru frustrating. Inside, I was not greeted or acknowledged. The service was poor. Despite being informed of a shift change, I placed an order for 3 pieces of bone-in chicken and red beans and rice, with a drink. I paid and received change but no receipt. The drink area was messy with no napkins, and water on the floor. After a 10-minute wait, I received my order, left, and discovered at home that my red beans were missing. When I called the location, they promised the missing item, but hung up without providing information on who to speak to. Subsequent calls went unanswered.

I visited Popeyes today around 3 o’clock. I attempted to call the store regarding an issue with my order, but the lady on the phone kept hanging up due to not being able to hear me properly. The chicken I received was unusually dark, and the supposedly "icy" lemonade was not cold. I was charged an extra dollar for Mac and Cheese, which I believe should have been included as part of my 10-piece meal. Despite calling the store multiple times, I was unable to communicate my concerns. I tried ordering from Popeyes, and the total was initially $8.xx. When proceeding, it suddenly changed to $11.76, which is too high for 2 chicken pieces. Dissatisfied, I didn't complete the order. Contacted support but received unhelpful responses. Frustrated, I opted to order from another place instead. Now, the $11.76 charge is pending in my bank account.

On May 5, [redacted], I purchased a 3 pc chicken tender meal. Later, I spoke with Brook, who noted my name. On the 10th, when I returned to exchange my meal for shrimp, I was given poor quality food. I'm extremely upset with my order. Despite trying to have it corrected twice, I faced issues, even rejecting it the third time due to the manager Stacey's attitude. Stacey insinuated I was lying and served me recooked shrimp, implying I ate them, although it was clear they were overcooked and dried out. This is the third time I've received overcooked food. I am disappointed in the service after spending my hard-earned money. I simply want a refund and will never visit that Popeyes Chicken branch again.

On Saturday, May 13, [redacted], at 4:47 p.m., I placed an order for a 16-piece family meal at Popeyes located on [redacted] East Brooks Road in Memphis, Tennessee. While conversing with the employee, Chenille, at the drive-thru, I requested freshly cooked chicken. Chenille mentioned that the chicken was recently fried and fresh, but I insisted on hot chicken. Unfortunately, Chenille declined my order mentioning potential issues, which left me feeling skeptical about her honesty. Experiencing such inconsistencies in customer service at this location is disappointing. There seem to be frequent problems. I hope the management can address this matter with their staff to avoid losing more customers in the future.

I visited the Popeyes on Eastex Freeway in Beaumont, Texas, and was informed my drive-thru order would take 3 minutes, but it ended up taking over 30 minutes. Despite seeing others served ahead of me, the staff seemed indifferent when I asked for assistance. No one had a name tag, and a young lady rudely dismissed my request before walking away. I had to go inside and wait at the counter until I was finally able to get someone to help me with my order. The lack of customer service and disregard for my time has left me extremely dissatisfied. I will be sharing my negative experience with others and choosing not to return to Popeyes in the future.

I spent 16 minutes waiting in the drive-through line. The staff instructed me to park and wait for my order. After 33 minutes, I entered the store to inquire about my order. They mentioned it would be ready soon. I questioned the delay especially for ghost peppers. It turned out they had given my order to another customer who walked in. The situation was handled poorly, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were dismissive. I informed them this was unacceptable, but the response was indifferent. When I requested the name of the staff member in a green shirt, they claimed not to have a name, just an employee.

There is an issue with a manager and a cashier at the store who speak rudely to customers. The cashier overcharged for an item on the receipt but instead of refunding, the manager was confrontational. Despite a kind gesture from the cashier to cover the overcharge, their behavior was unprofessional. Additionally, the restroom experienced maintenance problems. The customer witnessed the cashier gossiping about them and the unresolved toilet overflow issue. The customer highlighted how other establishments handle similar situations more smoothly without the need for customers to demand refunds for small amounts.

While the service provided by the staff was exceptional, I was disappointed with the quality of the food I received. I ordered three combo meals with extra sides, but unfortunately, the chicken seemed old and overcooked, the coleslaw appeared spoiled, and the biscuits were extremely hard. Additionally, some items were missing, such as the Mash/Gravy, though I take responsibility for not double-checking at the time of receipt due to the busy environment and language barrier with the Spanish-speaking workers. Despite their kindness, the overall dining experience was unsatisfactory, especially considering the total cost of $63.69. The only redeeming items were the Rice/Beans. After placing an order in the drive-through, I realized I didn't receive a receipt, my credit card, and one of my drinks. I went back and waited at the window while they tried to find my receipt. Eventually, I left without it. While the staff was friendly, I expected an apology or some form of compensation for the inconvenience of needing to return.

I made an online order payment, but when I arrived, the store was closed. This has happened three times in the past month. The first time, I waited for an additional 45 minutes before receiving my order. This time, I left with no food and lost my money. This Popeyes location has been consistently disappointing since its opening. The long wait times, incorrect orders, and now the store being closed have made it the worst experience ever.

I am Virginia Mason. On July 15, [redacted], at 1:27pm, I visited one of your Popeye's locations. I inquired about the ghost pepper wings' spiciness, and a customer kindly allowed me to try one. However, when I requested to wash my hands before touching the food, Nickie, who I believe is an employee, commented to a coworker about a restroom door. It seemed unprofessional as both restrooms should be open in a restaurant. The store is situated at [redacted] S. Halsted in Chicago. Due to the unpleasant interaction, I would appreciate receiving a complimentary 3-piece wings combo at a different Popeye's location.

I enjoy dining at Popeyes for their delicious fresh chicken. One of my top picks is the Cajun rice, which seems to be frequently removed and added back to the menu. I believe it is a popular item and should always be available. I kindly request for the Cajun rice to be permanently reinstated on the menu. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On June 18, [redacted], I visited Popeyes on East Bessemer Ave in Greensboro, NC. I ordered two three-piece dinners and specifically requested the cook to prepare them fresh, one spicy and one original. Despite arriving at 7:14, it took until 9:15 to receive my order. The staff at the front were not using hair nets or gloves while handling food. I observed the manager leaving the restaurant to smoke without washing her hands upon returning. Furthermore, my order was incorrect; instead of both sides being mac and coleslaw, I received one mac and one coleslaw, and my wife did not receive either. I placed an order for a chicken sandwich, 2 kids' meals, and 4 pieces of cheese balls. Unfortunately, the children's meals did not come in their boxes with toys, resulting in the first disappointment. The second tragic incident was that one of the kids' meals had no drink or dessert, causing one child to watch the other enjoy dessert. Worst of all, the food arrived wet and cold after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I tried calling but couldn't reach them. Today, when I finally got through, they mentioned they have a birthday event and couldn't assist me due to being very busy. This situation is embarrassing.

I was charged for jalapeños by the employee Juan at the window, but they were missing from my order. When I called Juan, he claimed to be the manager and admitted to removing them from the bag by mistake. I was quite upset and inconvenienced by this situation. Despite his apology, the service was subpar, and I am disappointed with this experience. I wanted to inform you about the disrespectful behavior of your employees, like Juan, as it may negatively impact your business.
