Hello, I've been attempting to buy Pokecoins in the shop for the past few days. Every time I try, I receive the error message "something went wrong. please try again (3)." I attempted the purchase using a different phone, which displayed "all set," but I did not receive any Pokecoins. Despite this, I have been charged multiple times for these transactions. I've attempted troubleshooting steps like restarting my phone and logging out and back into Pokemon Go, but none of these have resolved the issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Niantic team,
I am a dedicated player of Pokémon Go, and my account name is JCelprotegido. I reside in Peru and frequently purchase Pokémon coins. I have bought coins for varying amounts such as 16.9, 32.9, 64.9, and even [redacted].9 soles. I noticed that when purchasing [redacted] Pokémon coins, the value is 1.9 soles, which seems unfair compared to other offers. Ideally, the more coins purchased, the cheaper they should be. I regret not noticing this sooner. Could someone address this issue and provide me with some form of compensation for the oversight on the offers? I hope Niantic can review this matter and provide a fair resolution.
Thank you.

I am experiencing ongoing lag problems in Pokemon GO. The game seems to focus on introducing new raid bosses and features rather than addressing the frustrating bugs and lag. Even with a good device and network, the game continues to lag. Additionally, players in areas without Pokestops are left out, as reaching level 40 without them is nearly impossible. Despite attempts to nominate valid Pokestops, they are continuously rejected. The GO Battle League is plagued with hackers and more lag. It feels like my feedback goes unnoticed as the game is heavily promoted without resolving these issues. Improvements to fix these frustrating aspects could help retain old players like me who are avid fans of the Pokemon franchise but are discouraged by the current gameplay experience.

I recently discovered that I have the option to voice my concerns or questions. When I try to invite my trainer friends to a raid, the sorting function for "online" does not work properly, and I often have to search by name, causing me to lose several remote raid passes.
I believe there should be stones available for purchase, especially the "Sinnoh stone." Waiting for months to receive one as a reward from field research is frustrating, as I have multiple pokemon waiting to evolve that require this specific item.
I also think there should not be a cap on the number of coins that can be earned. It's disheartening to have pokemon in gyms for days and only receive 50 coins when they are knocked out. This restriction has been a reason for me quitting before.
Lastly, I appreciate the opportunity to purchase a remote raid pass for 1 coin and suggest this should be a daily offer. Encouraging more active participation with daily free passes or including one in the free daily box would benefit players who cannot afford to buy coins regularly.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
CheLLshock

My trainer's club has been hacked, and the password and email have been changed for XJediMasterX. I have been emailing Niantic for a month now, and I have all screenshots and proof of ownership. Every time I try to sign in, it leads me to reset the password, but I can't since the email was changed. I am still receiving mail from xJediMasterX. I have found the website where the hacked account was resold to another person. I messaged them with proof, but they blocked me from their chat after sending a laughing face. The website accepts PayPal and Google Playstore payments, making it easier for you to track down. I followed a forum to try to figure out why I couldn't regain access and started a new game with that email. I'm frustrated and confused, hoping for a real solution instead of getting stuck in email loops.

I have been playing Pokémon Go for a while now and have kept the app updated. I linked my account to either Facebook or Gmail for security. Recently, when trying to log back in, I encountered issues with authentication. I provided relevant details about my account, such as my username, level, buddy Pokémon, character appearance, and team affiliation. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account as I am unable to access it despite multiple attempts. I am eager to continue playing and would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted]

I am having issues with raid passes and level 5 raids in the game. The weather is not accurate, lure modules do not attract Pokémon, and even with 8 people in a raid battle, I struggle to catch Pokémon even after using many balls with great throws. I feel misled after buying raid passes and encountering freezing issues and missing weather boosts. This game experience has made my family upset. The intensity of catching Pokémon in level 5 raids is causing me distress and anxiety. I am seeking assistance from the support team urgently. Please get in touch with me at +[redacted]1 or email me at [redacted] I believe the game needs to be more transparent for the safety and enjoyment of players worldwide. Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you, Tash.

I've been attempting to access PokéStops and deploy Pokémon in gyms. Whenever I spin a PokéStop, it continuously spins and eventually displays a message to try again later without providing any items. When I try to place my Pokémon in a gym with my team, even if there is only one other Pokémon present, it indicates that there is no space for additional Pokémon. I have attempted to log out, log back in, and force stop the app, but none of these steps have resolved the issue.

I have completed page 4 out of 6 for the "Investigate a Mysterious Encounter" quest in Pokémon GO. Victini was successfully caught and registered to my Pokédex, allowing me to proceed to page 5. After fulfilling the requirements of catching 30 different species and sending 3 gifts, I was ready to take a picture of Victini. However, when I attempted to do so, Victini was no longer registered in my Pokédex. Despite my efforts to contact Customer Service with proof of my progress, they have dismissed the issue. This has caused frustration within the Pokémon player community. Customer Service claims that the only way to obtain Victini is through GoFest, but I only participated on the second day, which should not affect the Victini I initially caught and registered. I believe there is a glitch, and I need assistance in resolving this matter as I feel like I am not being heard.

I attempted to create an account for my son but was prompted to provide the total of my social security number which I did not disclose. I am uncomfortable sharing this sensitive information online and did not provide it during the signup process. I only wish to add my son to the account using basic details like my date of birth. It is concerning that the system seems to have access to my social security number without my consent. How can I proceed with setting up the account for my son without compromising my personal information?

I am experiencing an issue with my Pokémon GO app where the home screen freezes after 10-20 seconds, and my buddy's picture is not displayed. This problem arose when attempting to evolve Eevee for the level 42 requirements. I have tried various troubleshooting steps including hitting the in-game refresh button, reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, logging in with a different account, and using a different phone. I have also submitted bug reports without any resolution. I have been unable to use the app for a day and a half now. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeff.

I missed out on valuable chances to gain experience and progress in the game. It's frustrating not being able to make use of my excellent throws. Even though I managed to make some good throws today, they weren't counted. Additionally, I can't commit the entire day to playing. Missing out on opportunities ruins the fun of it all. I was only able to purchase the priciest ticket using a different phone, not the weekend pass. You mentioned that others encountered the same issue. With the event concluded, how do you plan to address these missed opportunities now?

I was walking my Eevee in Pokémon Go, and I completed the task to evolve it, but it didn't turn into the desired Eevee evolution. When I checked, the distance wasn't actually 10km despite it showing as completed. Can you please remove this task from my research? I'm not concerned about the rewards; I just want to move forward as I feel cheated. Thank you.

I have been working hard to level up in PokemonGO to reach level 40 by the new year. I have been participating in remote raids, and I usually get notifications when I am invited to them. However, since this morning, I have not received any notifications. I have confirmed that invitations are being sent to others, but I am not receiving them for some reason. I need assistance resolving this issue so I can participate in the exclusive event that ends today.

I've encountered multiple problems during raid battles where I end up using more than one pass due to not being able to attack or throw poke balls, leading me to restart the app. Despite reporting this issue in-game several times, the response I received was that it only shows an extra pass being used, which is not the case. I am positive that on four separate occasions, I faced this problem. For instance, during a local raid next to me, I used a regular raid pass, restarted the app due to being unable to attack, and then it prompted me to buy another pass, which I did each time it asked. However, in these specific situations where both passes were undoubtedly used, the raid timer ended. Upon re-entering with a purchased premium pass, the raid had vanished as the timer had expired. Despite seeking assistance from a supervisor in-game to no avail, and being told they cannot provide further help after granting me one pass previously, I am left without both passes once again from an incident that occurred just 30 minutes ago.

I believe there is a way to reinvigorate the Pokemon player community with a marketing idea. Imagine if for every 10,[redacted] km a player walked, they received a promotional item such as clothes, shoes, or a bag. This could encourage both new and old players to get active and engaged. The challenge lies in the financial aspect, but external cooperation from governments and famous stores could help. Governments could support the initiative to tackle issues like obesity and sedentary lifestyles, while stores could offer promotions where purchasing an item unlocks a discount and a code for a prize in the Pokemon store. This idea has the potential to revitalize the industry and increase player engagement.

Two weeks ago, my Pokemon Go account was banned due to software my brother used without my knowledge. I waited out the first ban but was surprised to receive the same ban a week later for no apparent reason. Despite ensuring my account's security, I faced difficulties reaching Niantic for assistance. After the ban was lifted, I played without issue until receiving the "First Strike" message again the next day. Frustrated by this recurring problem, I hope to find help resolving these issues here.

I am experiencing issues with my Pokemon Go account named SmbassAlt. Whenever I try to load the account on my iPhone, it freezes. I attempted to troubleshoot by quitting and restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it, using the account on my iPad, and updating the app to the latest version, but none of these actions resolved the problem. Interestingly, other accounts work normally on the same device, but when trying to log in with my SmbassAlt account, the issue persists. I have not found a solution in the FAQs or troubleshooting guides, and I am frustrated as I cannot access my account to play.

Hello, I recently received the following message from Niantic:
"If you suspect someone else has access to your email address, please contact the email provider to resolve this issue. I noticed that the Pokémon GO account "Hihi543tgn" is linked to "[redacted]," from which you submitted a support ticket. Therefore, you must have access to it. This account is new and at a starting level. Please follow up with your email provider as mentioned, or update the login credentials."
I have never associated the name "Hihi543tgn" with my email address, raising concerns that my email might be hacked. I would like to remove this association promptly. The only name that should be connected to my email is Elissahi804.
I also need to ensure that the unauthorized individual does not have access to my password. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter promptly.

Hello, I am inquiring about the possibility of recovering my Pokémon Go account. I was at a high level and would prefer not to start over. I deleted the Gmail account linked to the game, so I am uncertain how to proceed with the recovery. My username was Mgtyymig19. Is it feasible to connect the account to a different email address that I currently have? I would like to resume playing as soon as possible. The old associated Gmail, [redacted], was deleted long ago and cannot be retrieved. Any assistance in accessing my account again would be greatly appreciated. I may have previously contacted you through another email, and I am following up on my request. Thank you for your attention.
