Hello, I need assistance with my Pokémon GO account. I play the game daily and typically add £20 to my account every two weeks for raid passes. Despite playing fairly and abiding by the game rules, I received a 30-day ban a month ago. I reported this issue to Niantic, explaining that my account had been hacked a few weeks prior, as evidenced by two Pokémon being caught that I hadn't captured. Today, upon logging in, I discovered that someone had accessed my account and caught an Absol, a Pokémon I did not encounter yesterday or today. I suspect my account has been hacked again, especially since many accounts are reportedly being tampered with by spoofers. I need help in securing my account to prevent any further unauthorized access. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello,
I would like to address the issues I have encountered with the Pokemon GO game. Despite reaching out to support several times and following their instructions, I have had a disappointing experience. The responses from the support team have been unhelpful and, frankly, disrespectful. I received an email that was both unfriendly and used inappropriate language, which is not acceptable. I am considering taking legal action, as I have evidence to support my claims. I am requesting to speak directly with the CEOs urgently. I would appreciate a prompt response, as the matter is time-sensitive. Could you provide me with their contact information for a discussion about my concerns and complaints?
I apologize for any frustration in my message. I was hurt by the response I received and felt compelled to address these issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I initially created my Pokémon Trainer Club account in [redacted] when I was 12 years old, so my parents helped me set up a kids' account linked to my father's email address.
Recently, my father changed his email, and now we are unable to make any changes to my Pokémon Trainer Club account because we require access to his account, which we cannot remember the username or password for.
All I'm hoping for is to connect with friends in Pokémon GO and engage in trading Pokémon. Unfortunately, my father is currently unable to assist due to the email change. I am wondering if there is a way to bypass the parental login requirement or if someone else can enable the friend and trade features for me. I simply wish to enjoy these features on my Pokémon app without having to start over.
My Pokémon username is Luzy131.

Please remove the address 62 Main Street, Cotuit, MA [redacted] (St Michael’s Church) from your app. The GPS settings are causing disruptions at neighboring properties, including 53 Main Street (Holy Ghost Society/Freedom Church) and 45 Main Street, Cotuit, MA [redacted] (my address). There have been random cars driving around our private property multiple times a day, which is intrusive and unwelcome. This behavior has caused concerns, and we were considering contacting the police. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated as we are all trying to ‘shelter in place’. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding an issue my wife encountered with her account, 'veaseygirl,' during the Go Battle Marill event. Despite winning 4 out of 5 battles to earn premium rewards, she is unable to claim them due to the persistent error message stating 'error claiming battle rewards.' The event concluded at 1400hrs UK time, leaving her with missed opportunities to both claim the rewards and potentially win a shiny Marill.
An update at [redacted] revealed that the event has ended, and the rewards have reverted to the original ones prior to the event. The rewards she was expecting, specifically Marills/shiny Marills that she had also paid for, remain unclaimed due to the error. Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Reena, and in the Pokemon Go world, I go by the name Roxwy. I faced a 30-day ban, which was my second strike. The ban was lifted on March 22nd, only to be permanently banned on April 9th, which is not even three weeks after regaining access to my account. On April 10th, I received an email demanding $[redacted], threatening to expose me to my friends and family unless I paid. I promptly contacted Niantic by submitting a ticket, providing evidence of the blackmailing email as proof that my account was compromised. Despite this, Niantic responded by informing me that they decided to maintain the permanent ban and would not engage in further communication. I am puzzled about why my account is permanently banned when I did not violate any terms after the initial ban was lifted. Additionally, I shared the blackmailing email to prove my account was hacked; however, it seems that this evidence is not being considered at all. I seek clarification on this matter.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to make a request to Niantic Pokemon Go Company on behalf of the players in India, specifically during the current COVID-19 lockdown. Due to restrictions, it's challenging to enjoy the Pokemon Go game outdoors. I kindly ask for the consideration of adding a new Poke Gym and Pokestop at the following location for the convenience of all players in the area.
Details:
- Gym Name: Shivji Mandir Pop
- Pokestop Name: Shivji Mandir Pop
- GPS Location: 22.[redacted][redacted], 88.[redacted]
- Altitude: 15.0
Address:
63/1/1 Nayalanka Thakur Road, Bhatpara, North 24 Parganas, Pin-[redacted], West Bengal, India.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a positive outcome. I have also recommended the game to my friends, and this addition would enhance the experience for everyone. Would you kindly discuss this with the senior personnel?
Thank you for your cooperation.

I have not violated the terms of use. There was a period when my account was banned for 30 days, during which my wife used my phone to play on her account since it had better signal. After my account was reactivated, I provided my wife with an iPod for her to play on, allowing me to use my phone exclusively for my account. I want to clarify that I have not used any third-party apps.
I kindly request the reactivation of my account as I believe I have not breached any terms. I have also invested in purchasing coins in the game. It does not make sense for a hacker to purchase coins when they could easily obtain items within the game. Please reconsider and reactivate my account.

Earlier today, I came across a shiny Volbeat in Pokémon Go and realized I was out of Pokeballs. I tried to purchase more from the in-game store, but the app froze on the loading screen after buying coins. When I restarted the app, the shiny Volbeat had disappeared. It's a region-exclusive shiny that I may never encounter again, which is frustrating. I know there might not be much that can be done, but I can't help feeling annoyed about missing out on this rare opportunity. I'm not concerned about the money spent; I just really wanted that shiny. I don't recall the exact stats or CP of the Volbeat, but that's not my main concern. I'm hoping there might be some way to help with this situation.

Hello Niantic,
I have been enjoying playing Pokemon Go for several years, but recently my experience has been disappointing. During the last Tuesday event featuring Magnemite, all my friends, including one who lives nearby, managed to catch a Shiny Magnemite. However, I did not find a single one despite walking several miles to participate in the event.
I spoke with many people at the park, and they all caught 1 or 2 Shiny Magnemites each. I felt left out and unappreciated, which made me question the fairness of the game. Everyone present seemed to be on Team Valor, unlike me, which added to my feelings of exclusion.
I believe that every player should have the opportunity to catch at least one Shiny Pokemon during events. As someone with only one account, my chances are limited. I hope Niantic can address this issue and ensure a more equitable distribution of Shinies in the future.
Thank you for considering my feedback.

Users are misusing one or more accounts at the Playground gym on Via degli Ulivi, Turin, Italy. There are the usual six players at the gym. If I manage to put my Pokémon, which is from the same team as theirs, they start a battle where only my Pokémon comes out, and they stay there, preventing me from earning coins in the Pokémon go game. Please do something. I'm getting tired of playing like this. The players are Kenzo83 Level 40, Rutto83 Level 38, Bheretta Level 35, MarcoTheReal99 Level 40, Steo7791 Level 40, and llCharles02ll Level 40.

Hello, I am Lakshmi from India. On April 30th, my account was hacked by someone who changed my linked email on Pogo. The previous email address was [redacted] The username was call[redacted]. For two days, they used my account before changing the username to t[redacted][redacted]. After an hour, it was changed to username Mark0959. I have been trying to contact support for three days and tweeted over 20 times, but I haven't received a proper reply. I have been using this Pogo ID for almost 2 years, and it's frustrating how easily someone else could take control of it. Niantic support has not been helpful. I am disappointed with the lack of response.

I am frustrated with the presence of cheaters and hackers ruining the Go Battle League experience. The amount of time and money I have invested in this game is being overshadowed by these issues. Several battles have been unfair due to opponents starting with fully charged attacks. The game crashing randomly leads to lost matches, stardust, and Pokémon. I am requesting a refund of 5,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] stardust to address these ongoing problems. Despite spending $1,[redacted] over the years, the lack of effective communication from Niantic is disappointing. Reporting cheaters is cumbersome, and blaming game crashes on internet connections is unjustified. I am seeking urgent assistance and demand a way to reach out to senior management at Niantic to voice my concerns about the subpar customer service. If no response is provided promptly, I will have to explore legal options.

I am experiencing persistent freezing whenever I launch the app. Following support advice, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried various troubleshooting steps, and consulted the Android guide to no avail. Interestingly, my girlfriend's identical phone runs the app without issue when logged into her account. Hence, I suspect the problem lies with Niantic.
My account is under the username Browncowmoo, associated with the Google sign-in [redacted] It appears I no longer remember my password due to a prolonged lack of necessity. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as my girlfriend's account functions seamlessly on our shared device.
Thank you for addressing this concern promptly.
Best,
Conrad C.

I'm having trouble with my app. It won't progress past the initial Niantic screen. I've attempted various fixes like clearing the cache on my Android device, restarting my phone, but it continues to display an error message stating that my Pokemon GO app has stopped working. After contacting my phone provider, they confirmed it's an issue with the app, not my phone. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

Hello, I am a Pokémon GO player. I restarted playing yesterday and I am experiencing issues with hatching eggs. I have synced with Google Fit and gained some kilometers, but not all of them are registering. The main problem is that my eggs are not hatching; I have walked over 4 km but the egg progress remains unchanged. I even tried putting another egg in a different incubator, but it did not help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, signed in and out of my account, and deleted the data, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I hope someone can assist me with this. Thank you for your help.

My Facebook account linked to Pokemon Go got hacked and then disabled by Facebook. Consequently, I am unable to log in to Pokemon Go as I didn't have a secondary authentication method set up. I require assistance in connecting the account SkullCrusher681 to my email address so I can retain access to my account, which I have been using for more than two years with genuine gameplay. Niantic support is unwilling to link the email and is suggesting that I start anew.

On June 15, [redacted], an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].25 was made to my account. I had several $10 to $20 purchases before and after this charge. A week ago, $[redacted] was refunded by my card issuer, but I have been unable to contact Niantic despite sending multiple emails. Yesterday at 5 p.m., I logged in and purchased an egg incubator with pokecoins I had saved. However, when I logged in again at 5:25 p.m., my account had a negative pokecoin balance of 12,[redacted]. I am concerned about not being able to reach Niantic as my account is now negative, causing me to miss out on free boxes and other purchases I wanted to make.

My Pokémon Trainer Club account was hacked, and the password was changed. The account used an email address blocked by Microsoft due to past password leaks from various sites. I couldn't update the email on the PTC account because I no longer had access to it. Unfortunately, the hacker gained entry through the leaked passwords, altered the password, accessed my Pokémon Go account, and switched my Facebook login for their Google credentials. PTC refused to assist as I couldn't access the old email, and Niantic claimed they couldn't modify account credentials. They also declined to disclose the hacker's email, hindering any negotiation to reclaim control. The account in question is under the name BlakeJar.

Hello,
I recently caught a Shiny female Eevee and planned to evolve it into an Umbreon. I made sure to evolve it at night and renamed it "Tamao." However, after evolving it, I was surprised to have a Jolteon instead of the desired Umbreon. This was quite disappointing, especially since it's my only Shiny Pokémon. Is there any way to reverse this evolution or exchange my shiny Jolteon for a shiny Umbreon?
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
