I have noticed that my husband and friends are leveling up much faster than me in the game. Despite using 3 double experience boost items for 30 minutes, I did not see the same progress. While I was stuck at level 33 and only managed to reach level 34, my husband has progressed from level 29 to 32 and then to 33 swiftly. I observed that taking screenshots seemed to affect my experience points unfairly. I have attempted troubleshooting such as reinstalling the game and restarting my phone to no avail. It's frustrating not to see my efforts reflected in my progress after playing daily for over six months. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. I am willing to provide proof, and I kindly request that the 3 double experience items be restored to me so that they work correctly. Additionally, I believe I should have reached the next level by now. Thank you for addressing this concern.

Hello, I'm Leigh H. I'm having trouble watching Pokémon online. I created an account and opened the app hoping for a better experience, but I still can't access most episodes like Johto Journeys, Johto League Championship, Xyz, Black and White. I can find many episodes, but I expect to have access to all seasons. Also, in the movies section, I can't watch any movies at all. I created an account to watch Pokémon, not just play games. I am disappointed that I can't access everything on Pokémon.com despite creating an account. I have been trying all summer, and only recently was I able to create an account. Please assist me with this issue so I can enjoy the full content. Thank you for your help!

I had an issue logging into the Pokémon Go game. When I attempted to log in and couldn't recall my Facebook login details, I received a code on my old and unused Facebook account. I then updated the email address to receive the code but have since been unable to access my account. Despite changing my Facebook password and reinstalling the app, I am still unable to sign in via Facebook. My in-game name is InnocentPam, and I started playing on June 6, [redacted]. I am eager to resume playing without losing my progress. I am uncertain about the next steps to take. Thank you!

I am experiencing an issue where the Team Go Rocket members do not appear on my game's Pokestops. The Team Rocket Pokestops are not showing as darker and shaking to indicate their presence. Even if I am informed of their location, I am unable to battle them. I feel completely disconnected from this aspect of the game. I would appreciate a response as I believe interacting with the Team Go Rocket would enhance my gaming experience. Thank you! :)

I've recently picked up Pokemon Go again. I've noticed that where I live, there aren't many players around. The ones I did find seem to be part of a closed group. I've been struggling to find players who will let me join them for raids. I think it would be great if there was a special event that allowed players to encounter four and five-star Pokemon in three-star raids. This would really spice up the game for people like me in quieter areas looking to grow their collection.

I recently reinstalled PokemonGo for my son, Joel K., and he is eager to play with his old account. However, he is facing issues signing in as he did not jot down his old username or password. Despite our attempts to retrieve this information, we have been unsuccessful. I am reaching out here in the hopes that you may assist him in recovering his account. The player name on the screen is "joeliitto" at level 28. The associated email address is [redacted], and his date of birth is 06.03.[redacted]. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I recently got logged out of my account and had to reset my password. However, even after verifying the new password, I am unable to log in. Every time I enter my email, I am only given the option to start a new game instead of accessing my old account. Despite using the same email I've always used, the system keeps prompting me to create a new account. I'm eager to regain access to my account as I have invested a significant amount of time and money into it.

I recently upgraded my phone and am having trouble signing into my Pokémon GO account. When I try to sign in using either the Pokémon Trainer Club or Niantic Kids options, I am unable to log in. I am certain that my game email is [redacted] as I still receive emails from the game, and I remember my username. Since the app does not provide an option to change the password and my account is linked to my Gmail, I am unable to access it with my Gmail password. I have resorted to creating a new account, but I really want to regain access to my original Pokémon GO account associated with my Gmail.

I am currently enhancing my Wigglytuff for PvP competitions this month. However, I encountered an issue where it powered up twice unexpectedly, surpassing fifteen hundred CP. I had spent over 60,[redacted] stardust on it, which was a significant investment for me as a newer player. It's disheartening to see all my effort go to waste. I wish to reduce its power level by one to bring it back under fifteen hundred. Any assistance or guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My grandson had "Pokemon Go" on my phone, but his brother accidentally deleted it. I have been searching for the login information for his account for about two years. He is 11 years old and is going through a tough time, and all he wants is to retrieve his old account. It would mean a lot to us to see him smile again. I remember some of the usernames and passwords we used, but we can't seem to recall the correct combination or email associated with it. I am willing to provide my phone number and any usernames and passwords we remember. Please contact me so I can try to recover his account and make him happy. We have downloaded a new "Pokemon Go" on my phone, but he keeps talking about his old account. Thank you for your time, and I am eager to hear from you.

Hello, I am Daniel from Fullerton, CA, a 43-year-old dealing with harassment from players in your game. This situation has disrupted my life in many ways. A player has hacked me, obtained my information, and is tracking me through my work platforms. I have sought help from a detective. I have not used your app and never will. Having my privacy violated like this is unacceptable. Your game lacks support for those who do not wish to participate. Whoever is tracking me is heartless and unstable. The lack of boundaries and respect is concerning. My family's safety is at risk. This situation is dangerous, and action should be taken to prevent harm. I have been followed by multiple cars which is terrifying. I urge you to understand the seriousness of this matter and the impact it has on people's lives. Please contact me through my email to address this issue promptly.

Given the current concern surrounding the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus in Asia, I am wondering if it would be possible to expand the event planned for Taichung, Taiwan to encompass the entire area of Taichung City instead of just the lantern festival location. Many participants in Taiwan are senior citizens aged 60 and above, making it unwise to gather them in one restricted spot. While people may be walking around, stopping to admire something or taking breaks could lead to close contact with strangers. As a reputable company in Taiwan, I believe Nintendo would not wish to be held responsible if any attendees were to contract the coronavirus. I urge you to give this matter serious consideration. Thank you for continuously improving the game!

With the current concern about the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus in Asia, I am wondering if the event scheduled in Taichung, Taiwan could be expanded to cover the entire area of Taichung City instead of just limiting it to the lantern festival location. Many of the players in Taiwan are senior citizens over 60 years old, and it may not be wise to have them gather in a confined space at the moment. Although people would be walking around, the possibility of close contact with strangers increases if they stop to look at something or take a rest. As a respected company in Taiwan, I believe Nintendo would not want to be held responsible if attendees were to contract the coronavirus. Please take this matter seriously, and thank you for continually improving the game!

The concern with Pokémon Go, as per my experience and that of several acquaintances, revolves around the battles with Team Rocket Grunts' Pokémon from PokéStops being excessively unfair. Their levels are extreme and their shadow Pokémon's CP levels are overwhelmingly high, making it a highly uneven matchup. Transitioning from, for example, a CP of [redacted] to [redacted] doesn't seem logical. Many share this disappointment and wish to address this issue. It's disheartening for players who invest time and money into the game to encounter such unbalanced battles. While Pokémon Go may not acknowledge this problem, it is important for the community. Hopefully, they take notice and address this concern. Thank you.

I recently deleted my email account [redacted], which is linked to my Pokemon Go account. I need to switch the email to [redacted] in order to log in and recover my account. The username information for my trainer is Sasuke4325. I am attempting to switch the emails to prevent losing my account that I have had for almost 3-4 years. I have contacted Google as well to recover the email address, but unfortunately, once it's deleted, they are unable to retrieve it.

I encountered an issue when trying to connect my Nintendo account to the Pokémon Home mobile app on iOS. Initially, I received an error message prompting me to check the Q&A for my Nintendo account, so I uninstalled the app from my Switch in an attempt to resolve the problem. However, upon reinstalling and attempting to sign in again, I encountered a new error message with the code 2-ALZTA-[redacted], followed by another error with the code [redacted]. Strangely, when using a second account, everything works perfectly fine. Both of my accounts are on the [redacted]-day paid plan. I am hopeful that someone can assist me in resolving this frustrating issue.

For the past few months, my girlfriend and I have been dealing with spoofers and players using multiple accounts in our area. recently, a yellow spoofer account named DroppingDuece has causing issues, even getting us removed from a gym. Now, there are six new blue accounts in the gym: BlueGymStopper, BlueSpotter, BlueGymTaker, BlueCanthaveit, BlueShinHunter, and BlueCantHave. We've been trying to report these incidents, but it seems challenging to do so through the app. We are looking for ways to combat this unfair advantage these players have. It would be helpful if there were measures to detect multiple accounts from the same IP address or device to prevent this kind of cheating. We believe that the GPS signal integrity or player movement patterns could be used to identify and address these issues within the game. It's frustrating to see unfair practices continue while legitimate players face consequences for using helpful apps.

Dear Support,
I am contacting you about the penalty imposed on my account, resulting in its permanent closure due to suspected cheating. I want to clarify that I did not cheat, but I suspect that my account may have been compromised since I had limited playing time recently.
Before my absence for work, I encountered issues with the game client and received frequent phone authentication requests for a secret code, indicating someone was attempting to access my account. After changing my password and leaving, I believed keeping my computer off during my absence would suffice, not realizing the hacker already had my passwords through a keylogger or trojan.
Now that I am back home, I have reinstalled Windows, changed all passwords, upgraded my antivirus to the [redacted] version, implemented two-factor authentication, and taken steps to enhance security. I am uncertain how the keylogger infiltrated my system, but I will exercise caution with my clicks moving forward.
I kindly request the reversal of this penalty so I can reunite with my friends in the game. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a ban 39 days ago, which lasted 39 days for something I didn't do. I play Pokemon Go daily and typically spend around £20 every two weeks on raid passes for my account. I was delighted when my ban was lifted, and I could resume playing. Unfortunately, upon logging in this morning, I noticed that someone caught an Absol on my account, which I know I didn't do. I need assistance to secure my account, prevent any potential loss, and stop hackers from accessing it. Please help me safeguard my account from being compromised and prevent anyone from spoofing on it. Thank you.
