I have experienced three disappearances of my POF accounts over the past three weeks. I was unable to log in with my username and password and tried to reset my password through the system. Although it stated that the reset email was sent to my registered email, I never received any response to address this issue. Every time this occurred, I created a new POF account with different login credentials and successfully logged in, only to be presented with an error message requiring re-login. However, upon attempting to log back in, I received an error stating that my username or password was incorrect. This has happened thrice in the last three weeks. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Thank you.

There is an unauthorized charge of $38 on my account that I would like to be removed. My old account, [redacted], was supposed to be deleted as I could not access it due to password issues. My new account is SAB33801 with just the extreme basic package. I should not be charged for anything on this account. Please address this promptly as I am facing potential bank overdraft fees. Today, while chatting online and updating my profile with pet pictures, I mistakenly uploaded a picture from Facebook that showed an elderly couple hugging (naked) along with a cute saying. I promptly deleted it and added the photo of my dog before logging out. However, I am now facing difficulties logging back in.

Username: Samanthadancy Email: [redacted] I can view my profile but am unable to send messages as I am blocked. Despite requesting a new password for my Yahoo account numerous times on POF, I never receive the reset email in my inbox. I even tried using my alternate email [redacted], but to no avail. How can I access my account if I'm not receiving the password reset links from POF? It's frustrating because I believe I have unread messages.

Hello POF community members, I have noticed a high number of men trying to catfish women on the platform. In just a year, I've encountered over fifty of them. I have a suggestion that might help genuine users. While I know there is safety information on the site, not everyone reads it all. How about adding a video in the profile setup area to educate users on how scammers operate and provide warnings? This could be a deterrent to scammers and a great benefit to your clients. I have used other dating sites and have not encountered as many scammers as on this site. Just food for thought to help improve faith in the platform.

I was overcharged on my debit card ending in [redacted]. I requested the $6.99 monthly plan, but was actually billed for the 12-month plan, resulting in a charge of $83.88, with an additional charge of $16.90, totaling $[redacted].78. This was not authorized by me. I urgently need the money back as I am disabled. My name is Dantes H., though I go by Don H. Unfortunately, I do not remember my username and password. Kindly refund the money to my debit card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on social media. I am encountering a repeated issue where only a select few profiles appear in my searches. Despite previous attempts to seek assistance, I have not received a resolution. Could you please address this promptly? Moreover, one of my profile pictures was removed while many others containing semi-nudity and cartoons remain unaffected. This discrepancy surprises me. While I understand and accept the removal of my image featuring a shoulder tattoo, the content visible from the male profiles I am presented with is significantly more explicit. I would appreciate it if you could review and enforce consistent guidelines for all users. My deleted picture was modest and tasteful. I apologize for any confusion and for my interactions with the customer service representative. I recently upgraded my subscription on POF and then decided to cancel the premium service within 24 hours. I encountered issues during the cancellation process with numerous hung up calls and call backs. The customer service representative assured me that he would follow up the next week regarding the refund, but I never heard back. To my dismay, I discovered that my account was charged 15 times at $19.99, resulting in overdraft fees and additional charges totaling $[redacted].54. Hello, I created a profile and can no longer access it in any way. I created a second one with the same information, oddly it worked. I expected POF to say, account already exists, but once again, I cannot log in. I created a third profile, same problem. I am worried because my photo is online. I would like to delete my profiles myself to make sure there is no photo online. I am not enjoying my experience. This has never happened to me before. I have profiles online with photos that I cannot access. I don't want my photo on POF if I am not managing the profile. I am afraid my account has been hacked. If it's a bug, it's very unpleasant and stressful. Also, it's very difficult to reach customer service with POF. So far, I liked POF. Now I have a very bad experience. I want this resolved. I noticed the membership priced at $6.00 per month for a year and was planning to purchase it until I realized I would be charged the full $71.99 at once. Unfortunately, I mistakenly accepted this on my phone and have been struggling to contact customer service to address the issue and request a refund. I created my profile and wanted to check it, but I couldn't access it. After logging out and attempting to log back in, I couldn't get in despite entering the correct password. To reset my password, I requested an email several times, but I never received it, not even in my spam folder. I'm feeling very frustrated, and I question if your site is worth all this trouble. I received these emails 2 days ago without making any changes to my POF account. I was out of town when it happened. Someone has hacked my account, and now I am unable to make any changes or access it. Can you assist me with this issue? I've been using POF for around 5 days without any issues until today. I closed the app briefly, and when I went back on, I was prompted to log in again, which seemed odd. Despite entering my usual credentials, I was unable to access my account. After attempting to reset my password multiple times, I never received the reset link in my email. Feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do, I reluctantly created a new account. However, even after successfully registering and uploading a picture, I was abruptly redirected to the login page once more. Despite entering the new credentials, I was told they were incorrect. This situation is quite frustrating and needs to be resolved promptly.

I have been struggling for two days to get assistance promptly from your company. I have not been able to find any available help. Every contact number associated with your company either goes unanswered or redirects me to a paid service for my network issue. I refuse to pay extra for resolving this matter when I have already made payments. My devices have stable Internet connections, one using ethernet and the other via Wi-Fi, but your program keeps signaling that there is no connection.

Hello, I would like to report that I was contacted by user spyridon100 on 9/8/18, who introduced me to his friend Tony Pence, a widower with a 21-year-old son named Anderson. Tony claimed to be a construction engineer moving to Australia in September. We communicated via email at [redacted] and then switched to WhatsApp. I shared a lot of personal information with Tony, believing him to be genuine. He used terms of endearment and expressed love and marriage intentions. However, on 10th August, I confronted him about being a potential scammer, and he insulted me. Feeling unsafe, I no longer trust anyone on the site and requested my username ajq to be removed. While Tony does not have my banking details, he knows a lot about me and my children, excluding their surnames, which is unsettling.

Hello, My name is Tetyana. I created a POF account at the beginning of July. However, a day ago, I got unexpectedly logged out of my account and now I can't log back in. I am experiencing issues with accessing my Plenty of Fish account. I have multiple accounts under the usernames Smile1203, LH1122, RC0419, and KB1203, associated with two different email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] It seems that I am not able to access any of these accounts properly. Whenever I try to delete an account, I am prompted to wait 24 hours, but by then, I lose access again. I suspect this may be related to cookies on my iPhone.
