While using my POF app, I noticed that all my photos were missing. I promptly uploaded new pictures, but unexpectedly, I was redirected to the login page. Despite several attempts to reset my password by requesting an email, I have not received any reset instructions. Around a month ago, my email password was compromised, and after changing it, I suspect that my POF account may have also been hacked as my photos were not deleted. Typically, I stay logged in on my phone, but now I am unable to access my account, especially while engaged in a conversation with a guy.

I am experiencing difficulties with utilizing the "Meet Me" feature on my POF account due to it not being upgraded to premium membership. Consequently, I am unable to generate revenue or see the changes in my account's specifications. Additionally, I am unsure who has read my messages.
Despite attempting to contact POF customer service through various means such as phone and technical support, I have been unable to receive assistance for any technical issues encountered.
I believe that there has been a violation of the terms of service, and I am requesting a full refund without any additional charges. I request an immediate refund to be issued to my account and any pending charges to be canceled to avoid further escalation.

I want to report a user, "lovethesunshine," from Kissimmee, Florida, whose real name is Andree. We had been texting for a few days and arranged to meet for a drink. However, her messages made me uncomfortable, such as asking for a photo I had already sent. Feeling uneasy, I decided not to meet her. When I explained this, she became verbally abusive, calling me a loser and threatening to report me. This behavior indicates her instability. I am a legitimate member of POF and had already shared recent photos with her.

There are many fake profiles on this site. Some members use photos of celebrities like a young Brad Pitt. It's concerning that despite reporting numerous fake profiles with proof, POF has not taken action. This lack of response puts women at risk and emboldens scammers.

I suspect unauthorized access to my account has occurred. My username is casbah1, and my email is [redacted] I recently received a concerning email claiming to have access to my computer and sensitive information, including a video allegedly recorded through my webcam. The sender is demanding $[redacted] in bitcoin within three days to prevent the release of this alleged compromising material. I have been trying to get a refund for about two weeks and have been ignored each time. I signed up for the upgraded service on this dating website, thinking it would be a monthly fee, but I was actually charged for the full year. I requested the service be removed the next day, which was done within two hours of my email. However, I have not received my refund yet. I am fed up with asking and receiving no response. My account has been compromised on POF. While using the site, I noticed I couldn't send messages, and when I tried to log back in, my account was gone. I attempted to reset my password but didn't receive the email, likely because the hacker changed my email address. I am worried as the hacker has access to my pictures. I recently upgraded my account, but when I attempt to access Meet Me, it prompts me to upgrade again, only to then indicate that I've already upgraded. What's causing this issue?
Additionally, I am receiving emails intended for someone else with the username CtinePrettyGirL01. The latest email says Carmanali has sent a new message on POF.com. It includes links to view the conversations, upgrade the account, and try Match.
I would appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly.

I have recently reported multiple users who sent me harassing messages, and I am concerned about whether the reported offenders are being removed from the platform. This situation has made me and my friends feel unsafe using the website. I have been a POF user for 7 years and have noticed a significant decline in the service recently. It seems like something has changed on your end.
I am troubled by the way complaints are handled. Some men have created new profiles to continue harassing me, insulted me for no reason, solicited prostitution, and even asked me to become their mistress. I have encountered alarming situations where individuals knew personal details about me without my consent, including one incident involving a man with a gun. I always take precautions by reading profiles thoroughly and meeting in public places.
I am reaching out to express my concerns about the safety of women on your platform and to inquire about the measures being taken to address these issues. I hope to receive a response and see the profiles I reported being removed promptly.

I have been a member of Pof for a few years. However, a couple of months ago, I was unable to sign in, so I deleted the app from my iPhone. Now that I want to return, I am facing issues. I have not had any trouble in the past and have not acted in a way that would warrant being blocked. Despite trying to rejoin using my original email address, I am not receiving the password retrieval emails. I am willing to create a new profile with a different email if necessary, but I am frustrated by my inability to access the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. GEverett

I accidentally deleted my upgraded account due to the age restriction set after two weeks. I was unaware that the age setting would become permanent after this time. I had to delete the account to try and change the age but lost the upgrade along with it, as was explained to me.
I created a new account with the same email as advised. I then purchased a three-month package for $38.99, but the upgrade hasn't been activated. When checking iTunes subscriptions, it shows the one-month subscription ending on May 19, [redacted], and the newly purchased three-month package starting on the same date. I can't understand why this is linked to my new account. I've tried emailing the support team but haven't received a response. I urgently need assistance to activate my upgrade, as I've already paid for it and set up a new account. Thank you for your help.

I was able to log in yesterday, but tonight I'm unable to access my account. Despite using a password manager that saves my login details, I can't log in. I've attempted to change my password, but I haven't received the password reset email on any of the three email addresses I may have used. I've tried different browsers and cleared settings, but it seems like I can't reach the POF servers. I'm able to access other sites like Zoosk and OkCupid, but not yours. Even using the app on my iPhone hasn't worked. Whether logging in, changing the password, or creating a new account, nothing seems to be working. This issue began today on 5/5/19. Please address this promptly.
It's possible my account has been hacked. Can you reset my password for my user ID?

My account was deactivated after someone reported it unfairly. I encountered a rude individual on the platform who behaved inappropriately towards me when I declined to engage with him. Despite expressing my disinterest and mentioning I was in a relationship, he continued to harass me with disrespectful remarks. I stood my ground and defended myself against his unacceptable behavior. As a woman, I believe I have the right to confront such misconduct. I urge the platform to reconsider deactivating my account and investigate the situation thoroughly. The other user's conduct was uncalled for, and I hope their account is reviewed and appropriate actions are taken.

A man made inappropriate sexual comments towards me despite my repeated requests for him to stop. I mentioned I was in a relationship, hoping he would desist, but he persisted. I eventually had to respond with strong words to make him understand he was crossing boundaries. No one should have to endure such disrespect and harassment. I stood up for myself after exhausting all polite options. I'm requesting the reactivation of my account, as I don't feel it's fair that I was penalized for standing up against mistreatment.

I want to share my recent experience on pof. Last Friday, 3/5/19, I believe I was catfished by an ex-girlfriend who sent me to an address for a meeting, but it turned out to be an off-duty police officer's property. I was mistaken for trespassing, and the police were called. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived, the fake profile had been deleted, leaving me without evidence of the conversation. Now, I have a court date next month (12/6/19) and fear the repercussions on my job with Australia Post. Is there any way to retrieve the conversation or prove it took place? I recently signed up on the site. Within 30 minutes, a girl suggested video chatting. After some difficulty getting it to work, she sent me a suspicious link to assist me. I provided my personal details like username and password and suddenly couldn't access my account. The conversation language changed, and I started getting messages from someone else. I removed the pof app, changed my Google account password, and blocked my credit card. I paid for the service and want my account, with the username vicster778 and email [redacted], restored. I had to cancel my account due to receiving threatening and abusive emails from members after expressing my views on President Trump. The messages were disturbing and contained violent threats. I attempted to block these individuals and report the messages to the administration, but I couldn't find a way to do so on the site. Unfortunately, I felt unsafe and had to cancel my account.

Hello! Last night, I created a new account on POF with the username August11 and I have the verification email. However, when I tried to log in, it stated that the username and password were incorrect. Despite being confident in entering the correct password and username, I attempted to reset the password. I entered my registered email but did not receive any reset information. I added the [redacted] email to my contacts and have tried multiple times to resolve the issue.
