Hello, I recently encountered an issue where I opened the app and found myself logged out. Unfortunately, when I tried to log back in, my password was not accepted. I attempted to reset my password multiple times, but I have not received any reset email. Additionally, I received a notification that my email was changed without my consent, prompting me to reset my password if this was not authorized by me, which it was not.
Despite trying to get the reset link sent to my email, I have not received it, and I have also checked my spam and junk folders with no luck. I am concerned about potentially having to create a new account because of this issue and I don't want to lose access to my current account. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My account allabout1964, with the email [redacted], was hacked on April 9, [redacted]. Someone has taken over my profile and is pretending to be me. I attempted to change the password and notify those who were contacted to alert them about the hack. Unfortunately, I was locked out of my account when I tried to make these changes, and the hacker changed the email associated with the account. I have created a new account and am reaching out to potential scam victims.

Last night, when I tried to access my Plenty of Fish account, I was prompted to enter a password. Over the past five years of using the POF app, I have never encountered this before. Despite entering my password, the system kept rejecting it. Upon selecting 'forgot password' for instructions, I didn't receive any emails despite trying three times.
This morning, a friend informed me that my photos were replaced with another woman's, and my occupation was mysteriously changed from 'teacher' to 'cryptic' on my profile under the username guinnlivia and email [redacted]
Intrigued by these unsettling changes, I would appreciate any advice on how to rectify this situation.

I attempted to send a message within the mobile app on my iPhone X using the microphone feature. However, the app keeps interrupting me by attempting to insert emojis, capitalizing almost every word, and stopping in the middle of sentences. I believe this might be a setting issue. How can I disable this feature? I prefer not to have emojis automatically inserted unless I specifically search for them. This behavior is hindering proper conversations. I am a paid subscriber, and I am concerned about receiving unwanted emails. Please address and fix these issues in the app. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account was compromised. A female user claimed to have contacted me on POF video chat, a feature I was unaware of. She directed me to a seemingly legitimate email for verification. Despite some skepticism, the email resembled POF's format and insisted on confirming my upgraded membership status. I naively entered all my information, including my card details. Realization struck when I received notification of attempted charges on my card. Confronting the individual revealed their deception, blaming it on rivals seeking to harm POF's reputation. Subsequently, I started receiving unsolicited messages from male users, but couldn't open or reset my password. I seek guidance on restoring access as a paid member invested in continuing my POF experience. Thank you, Eric.

I encountered an issue using the PoF Android app where a message prompted me to try logging in again due to account errors. However, after attempting to log in again, it stated my username was not found or the password was invalid. I followed the forgotten password link and submitted my email, which I use for notifications, but I have not received the password reset link yet. Hello, I'm Mark. I am having trouble logging into my POF account as my password is not working. I've attempted to reset it multiple times by requesting an email to be sent to reset it to my email address: [redacted] Surprisingly, I have not received any emails, which is unusual as I used to get at least 1 email per hour from POF. My POF username is 5150guy, and I use a Samsung (Android) phone with the number [redacted]. I would appreciate any help with resolving this issue, even if it turns out to be something I did incorrectly. I have checked my spam folder and have not found any emails from POF. I'm concerned about losing my account as I've had to create it three times now, although I haven't violated any rules. There's a user, jonboy7979, who keeps reporting me each time he finds me. It's unfair that he can influence my account like this just because I turned him down. I believe he's cyberbullying me. My original account was a paying membership, and if necessary, I can provide the details. Please investigate this matter and prevent him from causing me further issues. Thank you. I have been struggling to receive assistance with my issue. I recently joined the platform and encountered both friendly individuals and scammers within a couple of days. Upon confronting the scammers, they either block me or I end up blocking them due to their persistent behavior. I decided to delete my account, but now I wish to return because of the genuine friends I made on there. There's one particular friend I was planning to meet, and I am unsure how to reach out to them outside of the platform. It is frustrating that scammers seem to linger on the site while legitimate users face difficulties rejoining. I am in need of assistance, please help me with this matter.

A POF member with the name Rolland Jacobson contacted me, claiming to be a US Soldier stationed in Syria. He requested a care package including specific high-end items and later asked for an iPhone X. After being persistent about the phone, I blocked him on POF. Recently, another user named Scaparroti_love77 messaged me with a slightly altered profile which felt threatening. I ignored and blocked this user as well. I believe Scaparroti is engaging in phishing activities for expensive items rather than using the platform for dating purposes. I would appreciate it if this user could be investigated and removed from the site. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have encountered issues where my profiles get deleted within 24 hours, causing me to create over 13 accounts. It seems like the policy for deleting profiles is biased, as it appears to target only men. Despite being honest in the "about me" section, my profiles continue to get removed while women with worse content remain. Some women even openly discuss inappropriate activities on the site. It is frustrating to see the same women still active after I recreate my profile, indicating a discrepancy in the deletion process favoring women. This discriminatory behavior and double standards have led me to believe that this platform is sexist and unfair. I have decided to discontinue using this site due to these recurring issues.

I sent my complaints via email to you 10 hours ago. I have not been a member for 24 hours yet. I am requesting a complete refund as I am legally entitled to a cooling-off period of 3 days. I have kept copies of all emails I have sent to you. Tomorrow, I will be contacting Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. After the disturbing news and the recent tragedy, I do not wish to support a firm with these issues. Please do not ignore my emails as a matter of principle, I will not let this matter go under any circumstances.

I have been charged $38.70 on three occasions: 11/19/18, 1/21/19, and 3/21/19. The service I received was terrible as I only got spam and messages from bots. I stopped using the service after the first week in November because of the spam. Unfortunately, my account auto-renewed twice without my knowledge, and I only noticed the charges in March when my bank alerted me. I messaged the service on 4/14 to show that it was still spam and bots, and now I am requesting a full refund.

I am having issues with my POF account. I was using it earlier today, but now I am unable to log in as it says there is an incorrect screen name or password, which I know is not true. This is the second time my account has been deleted recently, and I suspect it might be due to calling out scammers on the platform. Could my account be hacked? I have tried creating multiple new accounts, but none of them seem to work. I even reached out to POF with evidence of a scammer, but only received a generic response.

Several years ago, when I initially set up my account on PlentyOfFish, I used an email address that I no longer have access to. Now, when I try to reset my POF password and request the code, it is being sent to the old email address "[redacted]" which I cannot retrieve. I already contacted Yahoo, but they were unable to assist in accessing the email account. Living in a rural area without transportation, PlentyOfFish has been my connection to the outside world. I am in desperate need of help to regain access to my account.

My girlfriend was harmed by two individuals she met on a site and engaged in a three-person encounter with on 12-29-[redacted]. She accidentally left her iPad unattended, and upon reading her messages, I discovered she had been mistreated by these men on that date. It's distressing to see the impact on her mental well-being. As we have two children, aged 13 and 4, witnessing her suffering is heartbreaking. The incident took place in Bismarck, North Dakota. I am determined to seek justice for her by identifying these individuals and holding them accountable in court. The trauma she endured has put her at risk of losing everything, including custody of our kids. It's essential for their safety and the safety of other women that these perpetrators are brought to justice.
