Hi, I'm having trouble logging into my account. I recently met someone, and after a good encounter, she informed me via email that she may not be ready for love. When I mentioned her outdated profile pictures on POF, she lashed out, accusing men on the site of being dishonest and claiming it's all a sham. A week ago, my account Dannyluv73/[redacted], which I've had for years, disappeared when I tried to log in. Despite multiple recovery attempts, it kept saying my email was not registered. This is impossible as I had received over 40 emails from Meet Me that very day. Frustrated, I created a new account and reconnected with some of the men I was speaking to. However, today the same issue occurred again! I fear I am losing contact with potential matches. Could my account be hacked? I signed up for POF this past Saturday and have been a frequent user over the years without any issues. However, on Sunday, when I tried to log in, my password was not accepted. I reached out to a friend who is also on POF to look up my profile, but she couldn't find it. I emailed POF about my login trouble, but I only received an automated response about their terms of use and policy. I recently connected with someone on your site and was in the process of getting to know them. However, upon logging in yesterday after a brief interruption, I discovered that my profile had been deleted. I believe this may be due to a misunderstanding with another user who made inappropriate remarks to me after we exchanged pictures. I am reaching out regarding the disappearance of a conversation I had earlier today with a user named goodtoknow258, known as Matthew, aged 32 from Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. I chatted with him for less than an hour, and our conversation was all appropriate. It's disappointing that he suddenly vanished, similar to a previous experience I had back in August.

I created an account less than a week ago, but I am unable to log in even though I am using the correct credentials. I have tried the "forgot password" option multiple times, but haven't received an email to reset it. My username is FarmHand1988. I want to keep the same username and email and only change the password. If that's not possible, I would appreciate it if you could delete the account so I can recreate it with the same details. I recently made a profile on the Plenty of Fish app under the username SarcasmAndCaffeine. I put effort into my profile, sharing a detailed bio and photos. After engaging in nice conversations, I tried to log in less than 24 hours later to find my login failed, with no password reset email received despite requesting one. It appears my profile was deleted, and I've been banned from the app. I'm puzzled as I haven't violated any terms, been disrespectful, or shared inappropriate content. For the past two weeks, I've been trying to sign up for your service, both on the website and the app. I have completed all the required steps, such as providing information, writing bios, and uploading pictures. I have even received the confirmation emails for creating an account each time. However, when I try to log back in, the system says my account doesn't exist. It seems like the accounts I create are being deleted within the first 15-30 minutes. I'm not sure why this is happening. Could there be server issues on your end, or am I missing something? I want to address an issue with my POF account. Last year, between December [redacted] and January [redacted], I had a profile under the username scarlett76 as Sharan Gale. Due to some bad experiences, I stopped using the site when I reunited with my partner. To my surprise on Sunday, September 9th, [redacted], I noticed that POF charged £79 to my credit card without my awareness. I demand a full refund as I haven't used the service and was unaware of any pending charges. My credit card should not have been charged without my consent. This coincided with a flood of scam messages, making me feel overwhelmed. I've received numerous notifications from suspicious accounts claiming to have added me as a favorite, only to redirect me to adult websites. These accounts disappear overnight, leaving no trace. Despite my attempts to reach out through feedback, I have not received any replies. This situation has even affected a potential date, leading to misunderstandings. I hope POF can address these problems and prevent scammers from targeting me, allowing me to communicate without interference.

I recently created a POF account, which was my first one. Unfortunately, my account seems to have been deleted for some reason. I spent about two hours uploading photos and filling out my profile, excited to finally join after being invited for years. I was even considering purchasing tokens, although I'm unsure about how they function, and was about to provide my payment details before my account disappeared. I hope I didn't make a mistake; I tried to be very truthful in my profile, perhaps overly so. Is there a way to restore my account? I am currently experiencing a sign-in issue on Pof and have reached out to gethuman.com for assistance. Despite receiving three emails claiming that my issue has been resolved, I am still unable to sign in. I am frustrated that the problem persists after multiple attempts to address it. Considering the continued failure to resolve my concern, I am tempted to share my negative experience with gethuman.com on social media to highlight the inaccuracies in their claims. I expect a more reliable service, especially when it comes to addressing reported issues accurately.

I am disappointed with the online dating platform for removing profiles based on reports from disrespectful users. Discrimination towards transgender women engaging with bisexual individuals is unacceptable. Not all transgender women prefer straight men, and it is important for the platform to acknowledge and respect individual preferences. As a transgender woman interested in straight men, I do not appreciate being wrongly categorized. The site should address the issues with monitoring and blocking inappropriate content to create a more inclusive environment for all users.

I recently joined Plenty of Fish and have reached out to several members. After being informed that over 40 women want to connect with me, I decided to buy 10 tokens instead of committing to a monthly subscription. I wanted to use the tokens to see who was interested in chatting with me first to avoid leading anyone on and to screen them.
However, since buying the tokens, I have been unable to view email alerts due to a prompt asking me to upgrade my subscription, despite purchasing tokens. I reached out to customer service via email regarding this issue, but now find myself blocked from accessing my POF account.

I am currently unable to access my POF account. Despite entering the correct password, I keep receiving an error message stating it's incorrect. I have attempted to reset my password multiple times but have not received any reset emails after entering my email address. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success.
Although the login issue does not concern me much as I have other dating apps to use, I am frustrated that I cannot delete my POF account. I prefer not to have a profile on a site I cannot access. I understand my rights to have my information removed from the site, but to delete my account, I need access, which I currently lack. Can you please assist me in logging in or delete my account directly? I have clearly stated my preference.

I recently created an account as I had used POF a few years ago and am now single again. I experienced difficulties using my old username and password, so I decided to start fresh. Unfortunately, my roommate accidentally threw away the information I needed to save. Now, I am unsure of my username, email, and password. I recently created a profile on your dating site and downloaded the app for my Samsung phone. I have deactivated my account and requested for it to be deleted to avoid further billing. This marks the third time a charge has been deducted from my account, and I am extremely displeased. I am requesting the $35.00 be refunded promptly today. To address this matter, I have sought legal advice and contacted the Better Business Bureau. I have kept records of the correspondence, where assurances were made that no additional charges would occur, and my account would be permanently removed. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the service, the issue persists. It is essential for the screening process of users to be enhanced.
